I have to say that Im impressed! I took my car in for an alignment and to balance the tires. First off, they did a full alignment. Toe, camber, and caster on all four wheels. Even gave me a copy of before and after results! Everyone was professional and respectful!

Price was good and work was done well. Only complaint was the gentleman at the front desk. He for some reason felt entitled to tell me what he felt of my car. Just to clarify. It was not even mine it is my girlfriends. Furthermore its a Toyota Soarer. A Japanese import with a 1JZ-GTE. He thought he needed to tell me that it was not an import and that was not the engine and how he sees them all the time and so on. I dont know his issue with imports. But again the work was great and the price was good. One more think. The lady upfront helped me earlier on the day and she was amazing.

We love the Roper brothers. My husband has been friends with these guys for 50+ years. Were always treated like family. Thank you for all youve done for us over the years!

The associate(Graham Edwards) that helped us had very poor customer service skills. Embarrassed my girlfriend in front of other customers with his impatient know it all demeanor. She was trying to explain to him about a question he had, and he yelled at her Dont interrupt me when Im talking she was very upset and embarrassed. Dont recommend this place if u expect to be treated respectfully. Im going to Tire Rack from now on.

Excellent work and get your vehicle back in a manly time

I went for a tire rotation and balance. The car was driving differently after they did the rotation, so I ended up checking the air in the tires and realized that there was way too much air. Average is like 40 and it was probably at like 55 psi. A very careless mistake

This place is a nostalgic throw back when you walk inside and full of local history. The staff are friendly and their prices are decent. The work performed on my car was honest and well done. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants truthful.people and estimates.

Good genuine people but there was a major issue. The mechanic broke my lugnut trying to rotate my tire and tried to suggest that I PAY them $100 to take it off . What sense does that make ?

They are supposed to be the experts. NOT!!!!. I told them my tire was squeaking. They checked EVERYTHING EXCEPT the tire. Turns out the tire was delaminating and very dangerous to drive on. They told me nothing wrong with the car. Dont go to tire barn. Dangerous to your health.

Tire Barn always makes things easy. From basic oil change to emergency repairs I never have to worry that it will be done right and in a timely manner. Also the only shop in town that found has the right tools to remove locking lugs when you dont have the factory key.

First of all the first time we went there they sold us bad tires and when we went back the second time they were nice enough to replace our bad tires with new ones which was great, but then we waited over an hour for them to be delivered and then it took the guy 2 hours to change our tires. It probably wouldnt have took so long had he not been standing around piddling and walking off every 5 minutes to talk to everyone. We probably wont come back to the tire barn.

I found tire barn while looking for another place to install tires I had already purchased online. I was finally fed up with going to Mavis Discount Tire in Oakwood. They could never get your car done in a timely manner. Anytime you made an appointment with them, they would still tell you how they had however many appointments before you and couldn’t guarantee a time they would finish. You would always have to drop your car off. They could never do a service in a reasonable time for you to wait. And they would try to get you to spend more money on anything every time you came through. Enough was enough. I found tire barn while doing searches online and they had great reviews. Once more, they actually offered a service where you make an appointment and get seen at that appointment time. What!? Lol. I took my car up there at my scheduled time, they moved my car in within 5 minutes of me getting there, and had all 4 new tires installed within an hour and a half. No upselling. What a great experience. Will definitely return.

Company has me take my work truck there. Fixed a tire for me and it was done quick. I did have an appointment so if you are going there make an appointment they are always very busy.

I have been using Tire Barn for tires and other services since I moved to Gainesville in 06. Thats been 4 cars and 3 trucks worth and I have always been super satisfied with every visit. Bill and Jack are the best in the business in my opinion. I rate the Tire Barn 6 out of 5 for excellent customer service and great attitudes from everyone I have dealt with there.

As usual friendly efficient service. No pressure selling. Sorry but I must add an update. I took the truck in to have steering checked. I couldnt believe what I read. The mechanic thought the idler arm had been put on upside down I will willingly give him $100 bill if he can perform this feat. It was the wrong arm but installed the right way up. I had the alignment done at another shop just incase.

Tire Barn has earned my future business thanks to Matt. Matt provided me with excellent service, care, and complete honesty. I had my 94 Corolla towed to Tire Barn on the recommendation of a friend knowing that what needed to be done wasnt going to be pretty for my wallet regardless. I explained to Matt what was going on with it and that I basically just wanted to make it road worthy.Matt was able to get me in the same day I had it towed without even having an appointment and had a diagnosis for me within a couple hours. Matt did not push any extra tests/costs on me and was very upfront about my issue and what he thought could be done with it. Unfortunately the extent of the repairs that it needed was not something Tire Barn could do which was totally understandable since it involved completely removing the engine but Matt also offered me a great recommendation for a shop that does engine work and gave me advice to get it back on the road that very day. Outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles and will be recommending all my friends/family come here. Thanks Matt!

Their mechanics have been there so long they know us by name and know our vehicles as if they drive them every day.

Ran by and got an oil change before a trip. Very nice facility, friendly team and didn’t have to wait too long. Great price, was even able to get military discount. Will come back again!!

I got a wheel alignment and the steering wheel was off-centered 5 degree to the right. In the beginning, they were reluctant to resolve the issue saying the numbers are correct. But somewhat I insisted and got it corrected after 3 more visits. On the last visit, my beige seat looked too dirty because the technician didnt cover the seat and sat on it while fixing the car. They tried to clean the seat but some residue still remained. It must be kidding. Amazingly unpleasant experience. Not sure how well they perform other services but I do not recommend the tire barn for the wheel alignment. They dont seem to care about your seat too. If you have bright seat, be ready to get some stains and dirt on them. I think have to drive longer to see the steering is corrected but I dont think I would go back to them although its not corrected. Hope this review will help some folks out there who is going to do the wheel alignment and looking for a good and reliable repair shop.

Ive been going to tire barn for 4 years now and that is saying something in and of itself. Im hard to please and constantly shop around for the best deal. And while they may not be the cheapest they are certainly close to it and the work quality customer care and speedy service cannot be matched in all of Gainesville.

When we moved to Gainesville in 1978 I asked a neighbor where to go for tire service, and without hesitation he recommended the Tire Barn. What great advice. Everyone in my family, many of our friends, and many of my employees over the years have found the same great, reliable, and reasonably priced car and tire care that we have enjoyed ever since that first trip. I am so thankful that Jack and Bill have continued the legacy started by their dad so many years ago.

I gave 5 stars because there wasnt an option to simply ask a question. Im not saying there was anything bad because Ive never been there, just scared I guess. Ive only been here in Georgia for a few months. I came from the big city in the mid Atlantic region where there is a business on every corner out to take advantage of you, especially being a female. I need two new tires on my 04 Chevy Trailblazer plus a front end alignment. After reading the poor review regarding the front end alignment makes me shy away from your company. This place has such high reviews so Im going to give it a shot. Im so hopeful my experience will be a positive one. Ill make an appointment soon then write a review.

Our roadside assistance service routed us here by chance (I think) when we got a flat out on the road while coming home from vacation weekend. We were already riding on the compact spare due to an earlier flat. We arrived at 5 p.m. on Memorial Day Monday, but the folks at Tire Barn fixed the spare, mounted a new full-size tire on our Honda Pilot, and got us back on the road home in about 30 minutes! Gave us a free flying disc, too! Clean, well-appointed waiting area with lots of neat local history displayed. Clean restrooms and free wi-fi. Fair price for a good tire and labor. Great experience!

This is the only place I trust 100℅ to fix my car. They are always up front and they have even made payment arrangements with me for larger repairs. My son also has a collection of their frisbees. Their waiting room is super comfortable and has free wifi and a charging station.

Ive been coming here for years. As a woman, I always feel respected. They are very honest. I once saw them tell an elderly lady that she didnt need the oil change shed come in for, she needed to bring it back after she put more miles on her car. They sent her away with no charge.Also, they have a very comfortable waiting room with a Keurig and a bottled water cooler, a coloring table for kids, and free wi-fi. The bathroom is always clean and nice as well.They are not a full service mechanic, but they do a lot more than just tires. Highly recommend!
