I have been taking my cars to Jackson for 18 years now. He is a very kind, knowledgeable, and professional man. Most importantly, I have always trusted his judgment. He also gives reasonable prices compared to most other mechanics. If something doesnt really need repair he would either tell you it is not needed or wait longer. If he tells you that something needs to be repaired you can trust him that it is really time to do that fix. He wont play games with customers to make extra money on things that dont really require work. I know some other local businesses have practices like that. Jackson is an honest man with a good character. That is what I like about him the most.
