I had an issue with a faulty hydraulic tensioner. I showed up at JC Auto on Sat am. He was quick to confirm the issue and to begin work on my car. He had my repair completed quickly and at a fair price. I wish I lived close enough to Gainesville that I could use him for future car issues.

DO NOT GO HERE. THE GUY RIPS YOU OFF. I WENT IN FOR ONE THING And all of sudden I had 5 other things wrong. Now my check engine light is on (which it was not on before his shop) and it runs worse than before. HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED! This is the old address they moved down the street going away from CVS

Rude owner, changed his word in price, didn’t write down the exact cost, he kept saying no problem no problem then later when its time to pay he said no its not the amount we agreed on. Expensive work, You will waste money and time, he refuses to schedule a time and will keep saying Waite I am busy while at the phone he keeps welcoming customers to track them. I hope my car issue has been solved. Will waite for awhile then update you.

We had a flat, & were having an impossible time with our roadside service. Three hours in to being stranded within eyesight of the Paynes Prairie Observation boardwalk (& three calls to setup towing), my husband had enough. He drove slowly, & as carefully as possible to JC Auto Services. In less than 30 minutes, Warren had found is the tire we needed, & put it on our rim and back on our car. He had to look hard to find the correct size, and was one of the good things that happened for us today. Would send my Mom here to have work done if she lived local.

I bought a car from JC auto. They were amazing! Its a nice 2001 Hyundai Elentra! Well 2 days later my belt started squealing so I called them and they told me to bring it in and fixed on the spot! Im surprised to hear anything negative about them because they were amazing! I also need a front end alignment and they are doing it for very good price and I have a 30 day mechanical warranty in case anything goes wrong! I mean NO ONE does that! Quoted me 20 minutes till the car was on the lift and they could tell me the price and time for the work. 2 and a 1/2 hours later, I finally had to go and get my car because I had to go do other things. All three times I had called to see what was up, they just kept telling me to wait and that they would call me when it was ready to be discussed, without telling me what the holdup was. Once I came in in person, they said they were waiting for parts for cars on the lift. If you need parts, dont put it on the lift and waste a lift, I would think. Will have to try another place.

My husband and I called for a price on replacing a car for our vehicle. Not only was the owner rude on the phone they told us they would call back,and we never received a call back. I am glad I will not be doing business with them, if customer service is important to you I would not recommend this place.

THEY INTENTIONALLY SABOTAGE CARS.I went in for an oil change, and they removed some screws from the panel underneath my car so that the wind pushed it down when I got on the freeway, resulting in scraping.This place will intentionally sabotage your car so that you go back to them. Another reviewer says the same thing happened to them.

Honest, straightforward and dependable. Always charges reasonably and almost always does great work on an issue the first time. JC will be fair and tell you what needs work and what doesnt. Wont gouge a customer for every minor repair he can get his hands on. We trust JC and Iris and appreciate their excellent customer service.

I appreciate small, hard working businesses like JC Auto. They were personable, friendly, and provided prompt service. As busy as they were, I could walk in on a Saturday and get an oil change. Ill be returning for more business in the future.

Stay away of this place, I take one of my cargo vans with out any issues, just for an tune up maintenance, alignment, tire rotation and had to returned 4 times to fixed the problem they created the engine was shaking and my truck was in very good condition, although they fixed after the 4 times Im not sure if they replaced cables, sparks, the car is not well alignment and the light for service tire is on, they wasted my entire week and my money, they taxes the labor too, Im still have to go to check my truck somewheres else.

My Boyfriend took his car over to him for a clutch job. and and after 3 months the car is still not fixed. waiting for a clutch cable. and also this place damaged his driver side mirror and his hood on his car. this guy is a joke. never take your car to JC because you will wait forever to get it back. now we have to rent a car so we can go and enjoy Halloween horror night on sep 21. never use this guy

At JC Auto Services the customer service and car service is excellent. My car is in great condition thanks to them.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the prices (3 times!!!, my mistake I know). I thought I saved money by taking my car here but ended up having to pay a lot more since the car was never fixed. Jc did not responded for the work done so I had to take the car somewhere else. I dont mean to discredit anybodys business but if you are a student with a low budget do not take the chances here, its not worth it.
