What a great experience. I had a tire warning light on so I went in expecting a long wait and to pay for assistance.The service advisor sent me to the service bay where the nicest young man explained the effects cold weather has on air pressure. He filled the tires, the light went out and he sent me on my way with a smile. I will definitely take my vehicle to Harrison for all my repairs and maintenance from now on. I will also recommend to friends and family.

My daughter had a flat tire at about 4:45pm yesterday. I called Harrison Tire, which closes at 5pm, and told them of her situation. They had a tire that fit her car and stayed well past five to get it on her car. This was our first time using them but it will definitely not be our last! They were extremely nice and very helpful! Yesterday I accidentally hit a piece on concrete that fell off the back of a dump truck. We called Harrison to see if they had my tire and found out they were closing within like 5 mins. We explained the situation and without hesitation several guys volunteered to stay until I could get there and them change my tire for me. They were all so very nice which is always a bonus!!! Thank you all who stayed and helped me get my kids and myself off the side of the road. Youre appreciated more than you know!!!! You have not only me as a customer for life but my mom as well!

I have been a loyal customer of Harrison Tire since late 2017. They have always been fantastic, up until my last visit where there was a miscommunication around cost of repairs. Honestly, I left feeling a bit frustrated with the transaction. So, why am I giving them 5 stars on this review? Jim Harrison, the owner, took the time to personally call me on my phone and apologize for the mishap. The fact that he paid attention to the feedback and went the extra mile goes a long ways with me as a customer. I applaud and thank Jim for this level of professionalism. I will continue to be a loyal customer to Harrison Tire, and I now have a personal experience to demonstrate how the owner truly does care about providing an exceptional level of service to his customers.

So far so good. Just fixed and replaced a flat, but they did what they said they would in reasonable time and cost. Im gonna give um another try, and I know this stuff pretty well.

Awesome staff try not to go on a Saturday all other days try to get there by eight depending what you are having done depends on your wait time. Last wait time was three hours yet I had an oil change,tires rotated and balanced and the transmission serviced also I did not follow my own advice and got there at 8:30.

Mr. Harrison and crew ALWAYS do an awesome job on ANY vehicle service or repair work they undertake. I go to Harrisons for all my work, and have done so since My Beloved and I moved to Hall County 24 years ago. I have always appreciated Mr. Harrison and crew as a great bunch of folks that charge very fair prices and truly pay attention to the details. Having lost My Beloved in August 2019, it means alot to me that I do have honest good neighbors I can trust to do business with right now. I will even gladly snap a few of my own photos with the guys as a few of them are personal friends as well.

I was doing a show in Georgia and my tires were worn out! I saw the Harrison Tire sign near my hotel and decided to call them and 2 other tire places. The latter 2 were quite a bit over priced and could not work on my car any time soon. The guys at Harrison quoted me a really excellent price and said they would do what they could to get me going. Well! In a really short amount of time and with some really fantastic tires for the price, I was on the road!!I TRULY cannot say enough GREAT things about this shop and the people working there. The sales men as well as the mechanics were 100% fantastic people and so cool to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend Harrison Tire for your new tires! This is a great place to find quality tires at a reasonable price. The customer service here its impeccable, compared to a lot of other places I have been.

I was traveling through the area and hit a bad pothole, blowing out two of my tires. The deputy that helped me recommended Harrison’s. They closed at 5:00 (it was a Friday). The tow truck was late, but the owner waited 45 minutes after closing for me to get there. They replace my two tires at a very reasonable price, and I was ready by noon the next day! Very grateful for the exceptional service.

Great pricing on brakes.

Was overcharged, lied to, and taken advantage of. I was told my car was ready but showed up the next day to find car wasnt started on and then waiting an additional two hours. Told parts needed to be replaced that ended up not being broken. And was charged for brand new tires but given obviously used tires. Plus to top it off the alignment of my car wasnt fixed properly causing me more problems. Would NEVER come here, would NEVER recommend this place, and would NEVER trust a word they say.

I hit a deer a few months back and had alot of damage on my front fender they installed both headlights and did body work to make it fit at a GREAT price. What kind of reputable tire establishment does not offer any kind of warranty. My mother in law bought $800.00 worth of tires. There was damage to the tread. Brought the tire back and said there was nothing they could do. They dont offer any road Hazzard or warranty. She had no choice but to spend 180.00 on a new tire. So now she spent almost a thousand dollars there in two weeks. The tires were already completely over priced as it was. They took total advantge of an older woman. Makes me sick .... Dont go here. I went to Sears for my truck and got a great deal plus the tires are covered for 70,000 miles for anything that happens to them...

I would not recommend Harrison Tire to any of my family or friends. I took my truck in for a simple flat tire repair that they said would cost $20. They called me 30 minutes before they closed to tell me they broke a stud and wanted to know if I wanted them to fix it or just put the tire back. I told them to fix it because they broke it. They told me they couldnt be held liable and it would cost an additional $35 to repair the stud. Never received a call letting me know my truck was ready. Finally picked up my truck the next day and got the bill for $55. When I brought up the fact that they admitted breaking the stud and I shouldnt have to pay for it they got an attitude and showed no care that they caused the damage. Left mad after paying my now $55 flat tire repair bill.

Today was my first visit to this 88 year old busines and based on the entire experience theyll be around another 88 if you need tires or darn near anything just go there

Prices are outrageous. I asked for a set of New 35x12.50R18 Nitto Trail Grapplers and their price was $2,060. Went to Kauffman Tire and got a set of New 35x12.5R18 Toyo Open Country R/Ts (better, more expensive, longer lasting tires) for only $1440 mounted, balanced, and aligned. If the prices werent so dang high id come here but thats none of my business 🐸☕️
