Well, if anyone wants to know the real story about Jessica Gilreaths experience here please give me a call or I can show you pictures of what kind of shape her engine was in when I got it. I will admit she did have an oil leak but when I got the car back to fix it and then drove it myself it wasnt leaking. She immediately carries it to the dealership where they changed her 3000.00 to repair it. I stand behind my work and I would not have been in business for this long if I treated my customers like this. The engine repair we did was major and was due to her not changing her oil. If it leaked then I need to be the one to fix it . She can carry me to small claims court if she wants, I have all the proof I need. Oh and about the venmo, I have proof of that too. She is the unprofessional one .....as you can tell by her personality.

Terrible experience here. I was hesitant to go to a place other than the dealership but the owner went to school with my boyfriend’s mom so I thought I would give them a chance. The car was in the shop over a week before they even looked at it unbeknownst to me (“because they were waiting on Venmo transaction” Which was per their request that I sent and it came out of my account the first day). It took three weeks to get the car back (engine repair). When I got the car back, driving home the check oil pressure light came on with a message to turn off the engine immediately. I checked the oil and it was two quarts low and the coolant was below the minimum line. There was also oil leaking everywhere. When we had a chance to bring it back(Saturday), they said to bring it to his mother’s house next to the shop. By Tuesday we still had not heard one word from the mechanic. Returning phone calls or giving a timeline are clearly not part of their business. Finally, they called back after several unreturned messages. Go figure, they had not touched the car yet (on an issue they created). My car NEVER leaked oil EVER. First three weeks of “work” was $3500 and the second stint $334. The car still has a SIGNIFICANT oil leak that was caused by them. I believe they should fix it since they messed it up but my level in trust in this place is below zero. They were unprofessional and incompetent. Do not go here. You will truly be sorry if you do.Update: I ended up having to take my car to the volkswagon dealership because it was pouring oil out onto the ground and not driving correctly. After thorough diagnostic, they quoted me $3300 to correct errors that were made in Marty Roberts’ work.Contacted BBB and filed a complaint, he was unregistered with the Hall County Chamber of Commerce. I will be taking Marty Roberts to Small Claims Court to stand up for anyone else he has done wrong.
