Always had a good experience here until today. The girl working the register acted as if it was my fault that they made a mistake. I’ve been in customer service all my life and know how it should be done. This is not it and I won’t be back!

I use this place frequently. I havent used the full service, but I do use the express wash and free vacuums. The wash is great and cleans your vehicle well. The vacuums are strong, but the last time I was there they had parked full service vehicles blocking some of the free vacuums.

Honest, hard workers. I can appreciate the level of care they place on your personal belongings.

The oil change guys are on top of it. Very thorough but they did get leaves in my heater once and the ladies that wipe down your call after the wash go over it so quickly they usually miss some things, but overall they do a decent job.

I tip big and make every effort to brag on good service. I am also not afraid to voice my dissatisfaction when necessary, especially when I am treated with disrespect when discreetly trying to address an issue. That said, after the way the rude cashier spoke to me just now when I asked why we were being charged one price for an item that was clearly advertised for a lower price, I have no plans to spend another dime for products or services at at Diamond Auto Spa & Lube on Thompson Bridge Rd 😡 They just lost a long time customer over $0.20 not because of the money, but because of the poor customer service. End rant.

We got the diamond preferred wash which for the most part it was done very well. More emphasis needs to be done on actually getting the wheels clean and the bugs off the front end of the vehicle. Thats what you pay for, thats what you should get! Otherwise interior was nice and clean with Windows and dash done very well.

Went up there and requested the top tier of work they offered. Needless to say they did not deliver. 300 bucks later attention to “detail” is not the goal at diamond. I’ll never go back and never recommend them.

Cutting Corners and Dishonest WorkI really don’t make reviews like this, but I was incredibly unhappy with my service.The short story is I paid for some repairs, a full service synthetic oil change, and an upgraded car wash. When I picked up my car the battery had been drained and needed a jump start, the interior was still dirty, and it became clear many of the services were skipped over.We originally discussed a $25 refund because they drained my battery, and I wasn’t real happy with the car wash. (I paid $20 extra for detail work inside too). I went back to get the refund, and they offered me a coupon for a free car wash instead.I explained that the battery was my main issue, and the wash was secondary. My car was turning over fine when it arrived. They reported no issues with the battery to me when they called to update me on all the other work I “needed” after the service. It then needed a jump start because during the washing they left the headlights and heat on blast with the doors open.We then had a discussion about how they tested the battery during the service and it was fine, it would recharge. Great, but I still felt it was not ok that they drained it like that. They responded that this happens when batteries are old and need to be replaced. (Sidebar while we called O’Reilly auto parts to verify that my battery is indeed 2 months passed warranty and they wouldn’t replace it). I then felt it was strange that my battery was simultaneously “fine” while also being in need of replacement. And if it tested fine in the maintenance department, why did it die in the time it took to wash?It was apparent to me that they hadn’t tested my battery like they said they did. Yet they insisted on doubling down on the assertion that they were blameless and owed me no refund. They did however offer to change my battery at cost for $110. I asked if they would assume part of that cost, and they refused.I didn’t feel that I could even trust their services at this point, because if they cut corners on the battery test, what else did they cut corners on.Did they actually replace my air filter? Because they claimed to have done that 6 months ago too, yet this time it was “black”.Did they check my fluids? Because the caps were untouched and dusty.Did they really use synthetic oil?Either way, they refused to make it right, and doubled down on service that I found to be shotty at best.Please keep in mind that I thought $25 was fair at first to help go towards a battery replacement and unsatisfactory service.

Worst car wash EVER. Used brown packing tape to tape rear windshield wiper, left glue residue that I had to scrap off with razor. Rinse was a joke, left soap spots all over my car. Back latch was somehow dirtier coming out than going in. NEVER again.

I have used this Diamond location for 10 years for car cleaning services for my personal vehicles and for many business vehicles. The service is always friendly, jobs done well and quickly. Id especially like to recognize the gentlemen who greets customers at the car wash entry. I am sorry I do not have his name but he has been there for many years and does a great job. He always meets me with a smile & although he explains options to me when I need him to, I really like that he doesnt try to push unwanted services on me. Its just nice to have the consistency of his friendly and professional greeting every time I arrive for so many years.I have used this location for oil change services and been pleased with that as well. I believe there is also a representative there, that seems to oversee a lot of whats going on. Hes been there for quite a while too and hes very professional and friendly to deal with...knows his stuff, but doesnt try to push unnecessary items into your oil change visit like so many places do.Id also like to say thanks to Sandra E. at the check out counter. She is always friendly and even opens my air fresheners for me so they are ready to go when my car is done and I dont have trash to deal with. I know that may seem like an unimportant thing, but to me its just one of the many little things that are done well and make customers appreciate coming to this location.

My opinion, it was slightly overpriced for the service you received. I paid for a complete detail and my dashboard and doors came back oily instead of conditioned. We were also missing a radio knob from the compressed air that they use to blow out the car. Followed up a, but never received the item back.

I visited Diamond Auto Spa today and paid for the “premier” wash for $30. First off, the outside of the car was not completely clean. I have a white car, and there was visible dirt on the lower trim covering the length of both sides of the car that I was easily able to wipe off with a towel once I got home. There was also visible dirt in other areas that again was easily wiped clean. While it was easy to clean the dirt they left, I should not have to do that immediately after paying $30 for a car wash. The interior cleaning was just okay. I have a dog, and there was dog hair left in many places. This was my second visit to this location, and I was disappointed the last time for the same reasons. I gave them another chance because the first time I visited they were extremely busy, but this time it was slow and they still did not give my car the attention it deserved. There are better car washes out there, and I would recommend avoiding this place. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I usually go here for the car wash and oil change package. I’ll avoid this place from now on. I recommend you do as well. Here’s why . . .My car had been leaking oil so much that I had to carry a 5 quart oil jug with me and top my oil off every time I drove. I decided to have my oil changed elsewhere and was told the reason my car had been leaking oil is because the oil filter was barely screwed/tightened on. My engine could’ve burned up!I called and spoke to Junior about my issue(who told me he was the service manager and the only person above him was the owner and I couldn’t get the owners name or contact info). Juniors response was “well, what do you want me to do?”Avoid this place for oil changes. It almost cost me an engine.

I just got the Platinum Wash and was very dissatisfied. So much did not come off in the wash, even though I was able to easily wipe it off with plain water (minimal effort). I was told I would have to pay more for detailing to have one of their employees wipe it off. Even though hand drying with a soft cloth was included in the wash I purchased.

Needed a part for a 2006 for explorer. The regulator on window is totally broke. The part is under warranty and i got it fixed through them only charged me $80 it was goi g to be 180 plus 80 for labor. Said i could get it at auto zone and it would only cost me 80. Anyway place is clean! Bathroom provided. Snacks, drinks, inside in a air conditioning place while you wait. Comfortable seating available. A table is provided to plug devices. Car wash and get car fixed all in one place.

The Manager, Kevin, provides great customer service. We have used him at 2 different locations and continue to go to Diamond because of the customer service and the good quality of work. Kevin makes sure that we are provided with a great product and is very friendly and professional. We also had window tinting done on 3 cars and they did a great job and provided a life time warranty.I highly recommend Diamond services.

Diamond Auto Spa is the best car wash service in Hall County! They dont let anything slip by them. I can always count on them to clean the inside and outside of my car to perfection. Tires, rims, windows, dash, you name it, they clean it. It always feels so good to drive away from Diamond knowing that my car looks so much better. The service there is amazing!

It is a good Auto Spa. It has free popcorn. It has drinks and snacks. You can get your car fixed and you can get it cleaned. It has a car wash. You can go inside and watch your car in the car wash. It has good bathrooms. You can sit down and charge your computer or phone. It has good service and nice staff.

Their machine was having trouble shining my tires. They let me through again for free, same issue. I was just going to leave, but without making a stir an employee came out and shined my tires by hand. Issues happen, but it’s great to see they are committed to customer service. Good job

They will pressure you into buying things you do not need and will do so maliciously. They said I needed the brakes changed on my car. They said if I didnt it would damage my car. In retrospect, I realize this was not true and a high pressure sales tactic because my brakes had been giving me no problems.The replacement brakes were terrible from day one and now my car squeaks constantly. I took them back in to show them how they squeak because they are supposed to give you a money back guarantee, but the technician tricked me into buying a new starter plug. I couldnt understand what he was saying due to an accent and turns out he was selling me a new starter plug, not fixing my brakes. Thats just outright trickery.They do a good job on the car wash, but after my experience I wouldnt even trust them to change my oil. Use at your own risk.

Johnathan was my window tint person. He did a great job on my car. He met all my standards for quality.I liked the fact that when i arrived to pick up my car he took all the time he needed to make sure i understood what i could do and not do. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. This was the second vehicle he has done for me. He will do all my future cars as well..... Thank you. Great job

The first time I had my car wash in this place, it came out great. I had the premium wash and it turned out the way I expect out of a premium wash. So now, I keep on coming back for my car wash needs. I wonder if the owner would consider a membership club of some sort so patrons will have certain discounts and privileges for wash and other stuff.

My wife and I use Diamond Auto Spa for our Jeeps oil change for around 3 years now and before that my wife had her 16 year old Toyota Camry serviced here as well. It has been a pleasant experience each time. They do not try add all kinds of other products at you without asking and if you say no they dont breath down your back.

I take my car here at least once a week. The self service records wash is great. I wish theyd give you a towel like some other places do. Thatd be very helpful in just taking care of some the smaller details. All in all, Im a very happy customer!

Went there Wednesday and the wash broke down had to rerun my truck. Soap dried and left truck not a shinny as in the past. They forgot to put drivers mirror in so had to stop at the beginning to correct. They lost the rubber grommet on my antenna, didnt wash the exterior of windows, they used use towel to clean interior windows,I had to ask for them to vacuum the passengers side and rear floor carpet and I had to wipe the brake film from my mags. I have one more coupon that I bought at Christmas, then I will be looking for another place to take care of my vehicles.

I have been here twice now with 2 different vehicles and my mother and I were assisted by Andrew. He was wonderful!!! Andrew explained what we should have replaced and showed us how bad the parts were compared to good ones. I will continue to make a 20 minute drive to this location. Totally worth it.

It was easy to understand where to do and it was very quick. The waiting area was okay. The car seemed fresh and clean when I was ready. The only thing I wouldve asked is to vacuum the kids carseat; another Diamond Auto Spa I visited did it and it was appreciated. Otherwise, it is efficient service.

Usually when I go here I have a quick friendly experience. But today I went to get my oil changed (took 50 minutes) then they sent my car through the wash without a driver. A washer person is suppose to be at the end of the wash to take the car out of neutral and drive it to the washing station. WELL TODAY there wasnt an employee waiting so my defenseless vehicle got REAR ENDED 3 times and THEN pushed out of the way by the same car BEFORE ANY EMPLOYEE NOTICED THEY NEEDED TO MOVE MY CAR.Even better when the driver of the other vehicle confronted the managers, THE MANAGERS STARTED YELLING AT US (as if it was our fault)?!?!

My son had his windows tinted here by Jonathan, and he did a fantastic job. He offers a lifetime warranty with all his work which is great. We will definitely be using him for all our future cars tints.

I had an oil change today that was prompt and courteous. All of the employees from the oil change to the car wash were very friendly. I am especially grateful for JR, the mechanic who took the time to answer my questions and made recommendations in a professional manner.

Great Auto Service shop. I go there every time I need my oil changed because they are very reliable, quick and affordable. Plus every oil change you get you recieve a free car wash which is an amazing addition.

I came in to have my familys van cleaned after a long road trip to the beach. I paid $39.95 for the most expensive interior and exterior package they had available and was told that all of the trays and cup holders would be cleaned out, everything would be polished, including the dash, console and leather, etc. They only had the car for about 5-8 minutes before they waived me over to say it was done. At first glance, it looked ok. It was an improvement from how I brought it in with sand and dog fur. But when I got it home and took a better look, it appeared as though they had barely run a dry rag over it. They missed all of the areas that Id specifically asked to have cleaned. You can see by the photos that I posted that there is dirt, dust and crumbs everywhere. I realize I didnt get a detailing job, but I did get the best package they offer and wouldve expected far more than what they provided. I decided to visit this place based on the high reviews, but I definitely will not be returning. They did a $15 job (at best), and I feel like I wasted a lot of money there. I had to finish it up myself when I got home, and the wipes I used were filthy. I think the rags they used were dirty and added more grime to the car than was originally there. My wipes pulled a lot of brown gunk from the doors, console, dash and switches (blinker, wipers, etc.) Would not recommend this place.

I have been a customer of Diamond Auto Spa for over 5 years, the service is great and you cant beat the price for what you get. $35.00 for a Penzoil oil change a car wash, vacuum the interior, clean the windows inside and out, clean the door pillars and the door frames. I wouldnt do it for $35.00 its a lot of work.. 😊 and you are usually in out in 30 minutes. What more could you ask?

When my car started driving all wonky yesterday because of a bad coil and spark plugs, I thought it was going to be a terrible day. But Diamonds Auto & lube totally fixed me up and their staff was so helpful and nice; had me up and going in no time despite them being busy. Totally made my day, highly recommended.

Pretty good. Theres no posted prices for all the services; you have to ask. They didnt bring my change when I paid cash with large bills. I had to remind them they owed me $15 change. Teenage staff running around, flirting with each other, sitting on the curbs playing with their phones, etc. The basic wash was ok though.

They do a good job but not a great one. I noticed I actually had a dent in my cars quarter panel but I didnt notice it until after I got home. It wasnt there when I took it in. So if you go there be sure to check all around your vehicle before you pull off.

I can not give this place enough accolades and / or Kudos They always do an excellent job on washing and detailing my car. the staff is friendly and professional and take exceptional care with my car. Even in unfortunate circumstances when I had a flat tire twice right across from their location they were happy to send a service tech over to put my spare tire on for me.I would HIGHLY recommend this place to any one living in the North Hall county area

First off the staff I dealt with were rude and patronizing. I called at 9:49am and asked if I needed an appointment to have a star in my windshield looked at and repaired. I got there at 10:03. I was then told that I needed an appointment. I told them I had just called and was told that I did not need an appointment. They came back after talking to whomever and said that I could go have some breakfast and come back. The worker then proceeded to let me know that I couldnt expect to be put in front of everyone else and the other things they were doing. At that point I was done. I did NOT expect to be placed in front of anyone. This could have been avoided if they had simply told me I needed an appointment. I will be paying more to have it repaired but the customer service experience is worth the extra cost to me.

Was ignored for 15 minutes after being told to wait in the car before I left. They had a total of three cars, including mine. No idea how long it would be until they would have decided to recognize me.

*****I will NEVER be back******Not sure where to start. But to give a background, I have been coming to this THOMPSON BRIDGE location off and on for about 3 years. The last year or so they have done ALL of my oil changes, every 3,000 miles. Bad service started when about a year ago they priced me brakes and rotors at $400. I called around and get different quotes and ended up only paying $200 at another mechanic. The highest quote I got other than this place is $270. That day is when I decided that I would never let diamond auto spa do any general maintenance other than oil changes, carwashes, bulbs etc.*side note, after the last wash I also discovered MOLD under my floor mats where they weren’t being dried before being put back in.Fast forward about six months, my car completely runs out of coolant and stalls while I’m driving down the road. I had to get a tow truck to come pick it up and bring it to my general mechanic. He ran several pressure tests, Let it sit for several hours running at hour at a time and couldn’t find anything wrong with the coolant as far as leaks go. So to sum up that whole experience my car quit because my coolant hasn’t been getting topped off for probably over a year. I should’ve been checking it myself, but I was trusting diamond auto spa to take care of that for me when I got my oil changed.I am not one to leave bad reviews without giving the company a chance to redeem themselves. So, I took my car in today to have the oil changed and to talk to the manager. As I drove up to the bay to wait for someone to come out and help me, a man came out of the bay and very rudely and aggressively was pointing toward the other bay like he was aggravated. So I went to the other bay he came up and asked me what I wanted done I told him an oil change and car wash. He still seem to have a bad attitude but I didn’t take it personally figuring he had a bad day. So I went in to wait in my car, and while I was waiting I asked to speak to the manager to inform him that maybe his employees weren’t doing their jobs correctly, since I know customer service is the hinge of every business. The cashier said that I could speak to Michael the manager of the lube. I asked what he look like and she told me he had a ponytail. I then said is there anyone else I can talk to because he already has a bad attitude. She said no that he was “the best of the best”. Trusting that, I want to head and asked to speak to him. He came in to where all of the customers were sitting including myself. He asked what was going on, so I told him this whole situation. He then proceeded to tell me that they had been checking his fluids and no way on earth his guys would not be checking them. I told him no, that somewhere along the line my coolant has gotten overlooked. He basically called me a liar and went back out to my car. A few minutes later he came back in yelling down the hallway, that my car had a leak, and that it needed to be taken care of because that’s why the coolant was low. (My car has a VERY small coolant leak that hasn’t been a problem for YEARS, as long as it is topped off and. Unless it’s allowed to go an entire YEAR without being topped off)I then got up and decided to walk out to my car to take it and go somewhere else. When I walked up to my car which was already in the bay, He had the hood up and several other mechanic standing around and he was taking pictures of under the hood of my car. Yelling at me that I had a leak and it wasn’t their fault. I told him to move and put my hood down because I wanted to leave, he was rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing and taking pictures still. So I put my hood down and began to drive off. He was STILL yelling at me to get it fixed or I would have to buy a motor!This place is so very unprofessional. They have a high employee turnover and former employees have told me that there is drug use on the premises.****DO NOT GO HERE****They do not do a even a decent job.

Diamond Auto in Oakwood is my favorite carwash business. The staff are very helpful & friendly. I like that I can just leave my keys & scoot over to the restaurant nearby to have lunch and know that my car will be all taken care of when I return. They strive to have really good customer service. I have been using their services for several years now and will continue to do so!

Every other time I go they do a horrible job. Today they didnt even open the trunk and there was pine straw everywhere. I guess the managers special for $40 isnt so special. I also had to use their stuff to clean the inside tiny liking and never get offered any assistance. Gave a $5 tip and will never tip them again!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR WINDOW TINT!I went here to have my windows tinted and to start with they charged me a $55 fee for tint removal even though my truck only had factory tint on it and they just went over it.I gave the tint two weeks to cure before cleaning or rolling the windows down. When I did finally clean and inspect the job they did I was very disappointed. All four doors and one of the three panels on the rear had to be redone because they either scratched it during installation or left bubbles that were too big and residue formed while drying.So I dropped my truck off to have the windows redone free of charge and three hours later picked it up and when inspecting the work the SECOND TIME I found a long scratch on one of the pieces they just replaced and dirty foot prints all over my rear seats.Very aggravated I drove back the same day and had the window tint replaced on one of my doors for the THIRD TIME. Time will tell after the others have time to cure if I have to go back again and get more of my windows redone. I would think a $400+ dollar job would come out better than this.If you have them tint your windows and you only have factory tint pay before they start and if they charge you the $55 tint removal fee than tell them you want to watch them remove it or take off the fee because I promise they are planning on just going over the factory tint.

If they quote you at 69 dollars for a synthetic oil change watch out. They charged my wife 100 for a basic change and an extra 5 dollar premium wash. My wife both called in asking for the price and asked in person to the manager when she arrived she didnt realize the price until after she came to the register. He came off very condescending on the phone when I asked why they didnt tell my wife the price upfront after seeing the car and realizing it would need a premium filter (the same price online as any other filter) and slightly more then 5 qts of oil. All in all if you want a movie experience of being price gouged go to this shady mechanic. If you want to actually get your oil changed without dealing with people more slimy than the oil they change go anywhere else.

I have been using Diamond Auto Spa since 2009 for both my wifes vehicles and mine and recently have become very disappointed in them. I had a headlight issue on my BMW 3 series and the mechanic there repaired it 1 time at a charge, then the same issue the second time he fixed for free and again the 3rd time for free. Then the exact issue came up again and I was becoming furious so I took it to him and was told in response, oh Ill have to charge you this time for a connector to fix it, so with my history and trust in this place I said go for it, I gave the serial number to him so he could get the parts and just like that no more communication. So I took my car somewhere else and they fixed it with ease. Sad to say after all these years my wife nor me will be back at that place.

Surprisingly took longer than anticipated to just ride through, but was worth it. Great salesmanship, sold me a package deal buying 5 washes and getting 2 free. Then the attention to making certain things were presoaked and scrubbed before entering the machine was fantastic! I had watched the cars before me and figured they had bought extra services, but for a $5 ride through to also get that type of attention, great! Only issue was the free vacuums were out of order, but it was for maintenance and replumbing some of the pipes, so its all good! Looking forward to going again!

THERE ARE NO NEGATIVE RATINGS, SO UNFORTUNATELY THEY GET A 1 STAR WHICH IS FAR HIGHER THAN THEY DESERVE! Worst car wash and lube service EVER!!! WHEN I PULLED UP AND SAW COPS MAKING A POLICE REPORT BECAUSE OF TOOLS THAT WERE STOLEN BY A LUBE TECH FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMERS CAR, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN WISE ENOUGH TO LEAVE THEN. Unfortunately, I stayed. They BROKE my cabin air filter, refused to replace it, did a HORRIBLE job cleaning the inside. Did not even lift 2 of my 4 floor mats to vaccum under them, left an empty chip bag in the floor because of lack of paying attention to the cleaning that they were supposed to do! When I was paying, without being given any discount, ANOTHER customer was complaining about the bad service and poor employee attitudes as well. As we were leaving, 2 Hispanic ladies, employees, were arguing and fussing in Spanish at one another. Very UNprofessional! This place was a circus and Ill NEVER BE BACK! CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS NOTHING TO DIAMOND AUTO ON THOMPSON BRIDGE ROAD, therefore Ill be contacting the owner himself.

Always a job well done. Indoor waiting area seating worn out and needs to be more comfortable.

Worst experience ever! They taped my rear windshield wiper down and left glue residue in body and window. Wash stopped in the middle kind enough for soap to dry and rinsing was also cut short. Taped the rear windshield for nothing as the brushes never cleaned back there any way. My car looked like a skunk rinsed and soapy on either side and dirty down the middle. Will NEVER go there again. Manager offered to re wash but I wouldnt trust them to do any better the 2nd time around. Stay away!
