Ryan..... Top notch service.Had to leave my truck at this shop overnight, since I had no where else to tow it to, being that I am from out of town. Thank you for working with my auto warranty company and getting the repairs to my truck done. Appreciate the service and the friendliness I received as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. I spent more than 400 on repairing the car air conditioner here, but I found that there were a few screws missing in the car, and the storage box couldnt be closed tightly. I bought some screws myself and put them in, and my hand was hurt.

I sat in the parking lot and waited for more than 10 minutes and then had to go find someone to get help when I first arrived, when I showed up the next day to get my vehicle I couldnt find anybody and they had not entered any of my vehicle information into the computer nor had they given me an oil change sticker. Took more than 20 minutes to find someone and complete being able to pick my vehicle up they had from early the previous day to get everything done Their service quality has definitely gone downhill

I started using this place after getting feed up with Walmarts lack luster service. Walmart takes forever to service your vehicle. And that is pretty consistent to. Ive been there several times. Anyway, Castrol is way faster and have very knowledgeable staff with ASE certified staff and mechanics on duty. Very friendly to. I am now a repeat customer.

My car is back!!!These mechanics are awesome,I have never had this kind of amazing service before.Over the weekend, my car stalled and I was frantically looking for a shop. At the time of the occurrence, all shops had closed. I reached out via Facebook messenger to this shop and they responded immediately for me to tow the car there and theyll fix it during their business hours.when I arrived at the shop, I was in scrubs when I arrived at the shop, they asked if I was just getting off a shift and I said yes.They diagnosed my car, told me to go to sleep and by the time I wake up, my car will be ready. In my head, I was like I am in a small town, no taxi and I had borrowed one of my colleagues car to get around. I guess he understood what I was thinking and he said hell bring the car to the house for me. In and out quickly. I had my kids and dogs in the truck, they didnt mind at all. Oil change went quick but price was a little more than Walmart but then again I didnt have to deal with walmart so its very worth it! Bringing my wifes car here here to get hers done as well. Very soon. They even offered to help me find a leak that I have in my power steering system. Above and beyond customer service. Very nice and courteous.

Ryan and his staff always take great care of me and my family. Many times they have given me a ride when I had to leave my car, and I always know that they are being honest and doing all they can to help me. As a person who doesnt know a whole lot about cars, its great to have a company that I know will do right.

Very friendly and fast. Went in for inspection, they caught that my serpentine belt was ripped down the middle..fixed and goin in an hour. Gotta love a place that gets things done right and fast with some southern hospitality thrown in.

I was inline to get an inspection done and they ask me to move over, then a car pulled up and ask for the inspection and they survived him before me which I was waiting patiently.

My wife went to get oil changed and windshield wipers done. Salesperson proceeds to sell her on discount package. Gets to register and the wind shield wipers were 20 extra...not included in the package. Seems to me that you shouldnt send your wife in this place alone or they will try and rook you. They were nice enough to put our old wipers back on after lying about the package though.

I was there with my daughters car on 6/25 to get it inspected as she was home from college. I also got an oil change and the cooling system recharged. The guy that waited on me was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will use them again today for my car. I never write reviews, but this place deserves a good one.

Called about a synthetic oil change for my car, was told about 50.00. Went and got the oil change,. Charged me 9ver 90.00. Neglected to tell me about the up charges until thw oil was changed. I could have taken my car to the dealership got the oil change and a tire rotation for what Castrol charged me for an oil change. Update...the owner called me and apologized. He wanted to make it right. Will take vehicles to them.

After changing the oil they did not screw the oil filter back on securely. Caused oil leak that cost us money to detect and could have caused the engine to seize up if the filter had fallen off on the highway.

Even though the self service car wash is owned by a different person, and do not have a sign of their own, it is a joke. Horrible water pressure. Janky equipment. Wont go back again.

Appointments are not upheld! The boys did not tighten the oil filter on good. Now I have an oil stained driveway and need another oil change! Dont waste your time or money!

They dont check some things under your hood, and check off that they did. In cabin filter you have to remove the cowl panel and the filter cover, they did not do that
