It was good and they were very helpful in correcting an issue due to another shop. Issue is the ungodly price. Even with the $100 off it was so expensive. I know I can trust then though. They did show me the issues and try to help.

At first I was totally upset because of my car, come to find out there was a recall & by that I was too happy I did not have to pay, I mean who wants to pay almost 6 grand for a new motor and engine ? But I was very happy with Andrew helped me through it all & was on time with it, I am glad I have my car back and I get to drive in my own car. Thank you for the help I’ll be returning there for an oil change in the future .

Took my Telluride in for Service and Alex Cruz was polite, professional and paid attention to every detail of importance to me. This experience was so refreshing. More dealerships should hire professionals like Mr. Cruz.

Had a damaged tire and vehicle was towed to Carriage Kia. They had great communication. Kept in touch with me, let me know about cost of new tire and they had my vehicle ready to go in record time. When I arrived to pick it up, they had cleaned it, did oil change that was due, brought it up front. Showed me where spare tire was located and how to access it. Very friendly
