They tested my car battery for free, and it only took a couple minutes. I get my oil changed here, and they always do a good job. Theyre fast and friendly. I shop, and by the time Im done, so is the car.

Ive Been using Walmart auto center to service my vehicle for a year, receipt shows service they never done but receipt says diffafter every service they provided me with the receipt that they Checked my transmission fluid a reported it as normal.So this month I took it in for its scheduled service, I mentioned to them that the transmission is feeling rough, they looked at it an told me that they have never serviced it in the past when I took my car to Walmart auto center.Every receipt theyve given me said they Checked my transmission fluids from the past yearNow that I bring the issue to their attention they treated me like trash an printed out a new receipt that Claims that they cannot service my transmissions an that the service Is declined. An never performed, receipt shows they checked my fluidsSo I bring my car to the mechanic an in results of my car running with little to no transmission fluid its ruined an needs rebuilt or replaced.Every service from Walmart auto center receipt has they serviced my transmission when in fact they Never did according to my new receiptIs this a breech of contract or what!

I understand the limitations of the local Walmart Auto Center, but I can’t wrap my head around this visit.I asked for an oil change and for the tires to be rotated as my rear tires were in better shape than the front. The fronts were worn, but not terribly. After waiting an hour, a gentleman who was performing my service advised that they could not rotate the tires because the front tires were worn. I asked, “Then wouldn’t it be safer to have the two better tires from the back on the front?” To which he agreed, but said they couldn’t rotate because of the wear. If safety isn’t a priority, what is?Been years since I used Walmart TLE, and I now remember why I avoid the place. Very frustrating!

They guys that worked in the auto department wouldnt put my new tire on my truck because I had a broke lug nut on that particular tire hub even though I still had five out of six lug nuts that were perfectly fine. Nor did they offer to repair the lug nut at cost. They did however suggest my boyfriend put it on himself. Seeing as how the tire had a blowout we had no choice. They also wouldnt let us use any of their tools to complete the task at hand, so we had to purchase the appropriate tools to change the tire and remove the broken lug nut, which my boyfriend did both. Then the credit card slider wouldnt read my card amd they can not put it in manually, so they suggested i add the walmart app and my card to walmart pay. I did this. With no such luck of the credit card being able to complete the transaction supposedly we still paid cash after the numerous failed attempts to use our credit card. Once we got down the road i received a digital receipt from google and walmart pay for the transaction of the tire as well as also having a paper receipt for the cash payment in store which was also over charged by 50$ only on the recipet though. So we paid double and someone got 50$ change but not us. Horrible experience.

I was I can give zero because my friend order so we plan go pick so we did let them know we are here ... Woman say will come out at 5 min I was okay ...guess what we have sit in car 🚗 wait for them bring our order we been here almost 1hr 30It so ridiculously... I waited an hour and a half to have two tires put on even though they only had one car ahead of me. Absolutely shocking. There literally were in no effort to expedite the work quickly. With the excuse that only one person was working on it. With four people behind the cashier desk including a manager.

Returned a defective car battery yesterday, it was was 7 months old and had gone bad, the customer rep in Automotive ( a physically challenged man) handled the situation, less than five minutes later I was walking out the door with a brand new battery for my Camry.Five Stars for this man and Wal-Mart customer service.Sincerely,Russell A. I took my car in for tires, oil and air filter today.The air filter was out of stock, no big deal. But the technicians wouldnt change my tires because they said my lug nuts were stripped.Being curious about this claim, I took out my tire iron, and SURPRISE, proceeded to loosen all of the lug nuts myself. Yes, a girl with a tire iron can do better than those supposedly trained technicians.I tried to call to let the manager Robby know because he seemed like a nice guy. Dont bother, you cant reach anyone. Anywhere. Ever.And THIS is why I havent been to a Walmart in years, and why I wont be back for many more.I also went to Tires Plus down the road. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I showed up here at 0650 sharp and waited for them to open. First one at the door. I didnt leave until about 0945. On top of that, I left with my tires still unmounted. So they wasted 3 hours of my day to not even give me service. I went in, gave them the specs and an hour and a half later the guy comes out and says he cant mount them because they dont match the door. Liability problems. I understand its policy. He called a manager to see if an exception could be made and she worked it out by discussing the matter with another manager. I would have no warranty which is no problem. They pulled my vehicle back in and it sat for another hour. A separate tech came out and told me the manager didnt know what she was talking about and told me they wouldnt do it. I thanked the people who tried to help and left. I wont be going back. It couldve been a simple no up front, not three hours later. Other customers waited for a while because of this issue as well. Took 2 hours for the guy behind me, who was second in the door, to get one tire. I was so thankful to leave and will never look back.

The most awful customer service! I call them to get quick information and they don’t pick up the phone ever. If they miraculously do, it just days “Walmart care center. Please hold.” And then they leave on you on hold for 30 minutes and you’re forced to hang up because who has time for that?! This has happened every time I call these people. I’ve taken my car several times of the day: 9am, 10am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm and they always have some reason about not being able to do an oil change because it’s “too late in the day” or “it’s going to take us at least 3 hours to bring your car back.” Honestly don’t know how 3:30pm is too late for an oil change if your hours are 7am to SEVEN PM! Like in what job would I ever be able to just not provide service during business hours?!?! Get it together Walmart!

Tired of coming here! Longest oil changes (if you can get one), horrible customer service (for anything (oil, batterys, tires), theyve put me on the road with mismatching tires (dangerous), and a high turnover rate of inexperienced employees to deal with. I have great experiences with any other walmart auto service!

Poor customer service, I wouldnt recommend anyone coming here I rather pay 20 extra dollars for a better customer service experience, the mechanics dont have any sense of urgency. I have never seen so many unhappy employees when leaving a business establishment

Called them 5 times. Each time I was put on hold by a man that answered and just said, “Automotive. Please hold” and no one ever answered the phone again. All I wanted was to ask was how long the wait was, which would have taken 10 seconds. I ended up going somewhere else because of the awful customer service.

Ive tried going up here 5 or 6 times to get a new set of tires and their hours are from 7 - 7, I would get up there around 3:30 and try to get them done but I hear the same old excuse everytime, One of our technicians is leaving early so we can no longer do tires. They barley anwser the phone and when they do they put you on hold and forget about you, definitely will not be coming back.

They wont work on your car if its thundering, they cant work on your car if its only 2 guys, and the customer service is rude! I come in at 5:30pm to get a tire placed that I special ordered. One guy tells me they arent taking any more cars today because its only 2 guys. Then the manager comes and says its thundering so they cant replace my already paid for tire. Even though there are 3 guys behind the counter, just leaning on the counter, holding down the floor. Im wondering what do they do on a daily basis in the Florida summer, because there are daily thunder storms. I took my car and my tire to Tires Plus and got great service.

I have tried 2 times to service my truck here and dropped it off. Once again I was called hours later to be told filters were not in stock. It is probably because I drive the very rare and hard to find F150. They did have time to screw up my radio and reset the oil life to 100% even know they did not do it.
