I needed a heavy used tire to train for Spartan races and these guys were happy to give me one, which saved them the recycling fee. They even loaded it into my truck, which I appreciated. Thanks guys!

Today I just so happen to blow a tire at the same location as another woman who had a roadside flat, the woman had called Southern Tire Mart and when the gentleman showed up to help her he saw I was stranded as well...with my 9 year old my 2 year old and my 2 week old babies in the car, the man refused to leave me on the side of the road with my babies and helped me as well! I had no money as I had just had a baby and moved the Gentleman covered the cost of my tire and got me back on the road I was speechless and feel so blessed to have encountered that young man (Johnathan I believe) It was the best service I could have ever asked for. That man was a true blessing today and even though I had never dealt with Southern Tire Mart I will definitely remember them next time Im stranded with a flat. I give the customer service quality 100 stars!!!

On our way from south alabama to Gatlinburg we had a tire problem and found this place. We decided to stop in and they were very nice and quick to help us out. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stop into during our situation on this vacation. I recommend them to anyone!

I just wanted to say thank you for your kind assistance on Tuesday, November 5! When I pulled our church bus into your lot, I was at a loss for what to do. You and your team welcomed me and jumped right on the problem, low tire pressure. After all was said and done, both rear tires on the passenger side were leaking and had to be plugged.When your manager told me “there would be no charge because I already had my hands full with the ladies on the bus,” I was speechless! We were thrilled and very appreciative! Our ladies responded by coming up with two $20 bills to share with the very capable young men who serviced the bus tires and got us back on the road.Seriously, I am so taken by the blessing your shop turned out to be for our seniors group.
