Suzy was a huge help! When my car started making a very loud noise, I brought it in and she said it sounded like my exhaust even before taking a look. When they inspected my car, Suzy suggested I take it to a muffler shop because if Ford were to do the maintenance, it would be pretty expensive. I appreciated her kindness and honesty, especially since I ended up saving $1500! She could’ve swindled me and made a profit, but she didn’t. It’s that kind of business that makes me want to return for future service!

This company seems to have a great staff Ashley has reached out several times and the sales staff has been great. I did not buy a van from them because I am upside down with my trade they were honest with me about that instead of taking advantage of me.
