Absolutely horrible. I ordered a speaker for my 2012 F150 on Sept. 17th. I still havent received my speaker (oct. 19th). I also havent gotten a single update on what is going on. I have sent multiple emails with no response.
I placed an order for a part on Tuesday. On the confirmation email it states the part was sent and would arrive in 1-3 days. Yesterday was three days. I have not received a tracking number to be able to see where it is. I have called, left several messages, emailed, and even called the dealership they said it was coming from. No one has responded, no one ever answers the phone, they say that your call is important to us but never return calls. Im highly frustrated and believe that they have scammed me. I though OEM was a legitimate business, but they took my money and wont give me the part I paid for, or any information on the whereabouts of the part. I have two kids and havent been able to even go to the grocery store since Monday. Not happy and I will report to the BBB. Anyone who has been able to reach someone by phone, can you please tell me how you got someone to answer? Please?

They changed the part number that I ordered without consulting me and sent me the wrong part. Will not respond to email, will not answer the phone. Phone number isn’t to a company, and you cannot leave a voicemail because box is full. Do not buy from whoever this is supposed to be

Having an issue with these guys. I ordered a part that is hard to find for a 97 Explorer. But they claimed they had. I bought the part and was charged for priority shipping and its been over a week and I still didnt get the part. I called and I was told that the part was back ordered. At no point did they tell me this so Ive been driving around without a headlight expecting to be able to fix it. Now I have to try and find another place that sells this part OR wait another month for the part to come in. Very dissatisfied with the customer service end of this business.
I bought a part from these guys on the internet and they charge double for shipping, they wont answer email or the phone, I had to call a ton of times thought out he day, it took to days of calling to talk to someone, when I did he blamed me for sending the wrong part, even know everything matched the, make, model, and with ac and the pic was the same one I bought before. There pic was wrong, so I had to pay shipping back, now I just hope to hell they will give me my money back!! Dont buy form these guys there are way better places on the internet!

Jeff helped me thoroughly to get the correct part numbers i needed. He was very helpful in making a sale. I had already been told a price from a different seller and he did his best to match that price but was a little higher but still purchased from him because he was closer to me and helped me. He told me that the parts would ship out that day and I’d receive an email with tracking. Friday- never received an email, figured no biggie it’s only a 3 hour drive to where he’s at from me, I’m sure it will be here Saturday (usps). Didn’t show up Saturday.Monday- I call him and call him and call him. No answers. He gave me his personal cell because I had planned on referring several guys wanting the remote access to him. Tried that, no answers. Texted him and asked what was going on. He says that one of the parts was backordered and he had to pay 10% extra for overnight shipping and the part arrived Monday. I should have been informed when ordering that it was on backorder, not that it would ship out that day. Well the Monday fell on Columbus Day and no mail was running. Sent me a picture of the package implying it was shipping out. Fishy to me but hey whatever, let it go. Well Tuesday comes and it arrives to my surprise. Great. Well all of the information needed to install wasn’t supplied with it. I call and call and call him- no answers. Call the dealership he runs the website from and he’s not there and nobody can help. Text him and text him and he finally reply’s and says he will see what he can figure out for me what happened when he gets home in 30 minutes. It’s now Friday and I haven’t had the first text from him, much less a call. Won’t answer calls or return them, which he hasn’t done since he made the sell. Has no desire to help.Needless to say when he asked me to go write a good review on here after the sale because his competitors have been writing false ones, I’m glad I waited. Very disappointed in his follow through of the sale and support. I’ve paid another dealer to help with the issue and hopefully it’s resloved. Meanwhile still haven’t heard from anyone.$500 lost him potential thousands because of his bad customer service. I gave him several chances to make this right before creating this review. Guess it’s just water under the bridge at this point.

DO NOT ORDER ON LINE. I don’t believe that this is an actual dealer. I believe it may have been at some point. They do not answer the cust Serv phone. They do not reply to e-mails. All customers seems to have the same bad experience.
