I truly love Napa, but I was sorely disappointed with the selection at this store. I came for simple things like a can of engine paint, a couple of exhaust manifold studs and nuts, a battery tie down bracket, and J bolts. They had battery tie down but no studs or paint. Referred me to a fastener store instead of an auto parts store. When they told me they would not tie my order with my Napa online account, I put the products back and left. The advance auto nearby had what I needed, all in stock. Auto parts store without nuts? Nuts to that. I prefer Napa, but this is like a bank which has no cash. You cant expect satisfaction without at least a selection of Dorman stud kits.

Along time ago I worked closed by until I move, The store is still there really good new staff. Napa had everything that I needed better and bigger selection of parts . Worth the trip !!!

I live in East Gainesville so I usually shop the three nearby competition but, the service Ive got this weekend makes this a short trip for future parts.

No other parts store is comparable. The main reason I use them is because of the quality of the parts themself. Far superior to the discount places. And the knowledge and want to help attitude these guys have make it the best place hands down

Best parts store in Gainesville. Very knowledgeable an friendly staff. I work for the state an go to this Napa location at least once a month for the last 13 yrs and have always received outstanding service.

This is my home Napa. I tend to spend a lot of time here as I drive an old truck and need parts all the time. The counter people are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are always fair and the selection is top notch.

Great and friendly people that know how to treat a customer. Prices arent the best but you get what you pay for! I try to buy every part i possibly can here!

They do not replace batteries (even their own) in vehicles. Save yourself some time and money and go straight to Advance Auto or AutoZone where you will not only get a cheaper price for the same battery, but also free installation.
