Called to get a price on a chevy engine. Was quoted 2500 by David. I spoke to my customer he approved. I called back about 6 times just got placed on hold for hours. Spoke to gentleman named Phil, and he was as clueless as they come. I ended purchasing my engine elsewhere and saved $300. First and last for me.

Ordered a remanufactured 6.4 hemi for a 2014 srt8 jeep im having built and its been right at a month now. Was told 3 days ago it would be delivered in 2 days time but could not get a tracking number for some reason. Tried to call again today and couldnt get an answer. The guy i last talked to was no help whatsoever seemed like he just wanted to get me off the phone. My deadline is just a few days away and at this point i have no idea where my $5000 motor is that ive paid for. Hopefully someone will notice this and i can get the service i need to redeem this 1 star review and make it 5 stars.. I dont like leaving bad reviews but beyond frustrated at this point

Ive ordered used motors and transmissions from just about every supplier in the southeast. All other yards pale in comparison to CTV. It is very rare to get a bad motor or trans form this company, but if we do, they have the easiest warranty process Ive ever encountered. We soley purchase from CTV.

I always get excellent service from Sue and Stacy at this location. My only bad experience came J that all the bad reviews are from he basically told me they cannot deliver anytime after 9am so I can either pay for the parts to be shipped through the freight or kick rocks; even though i had ordered over $3000 parts that has been successful delivered on time with no issues. Its pathetic that this Jeremy is their sales lead smh, he is rude, and has no people skills and resolution skills to be a leader.

Horrible experience, spineless men that their word carries no weight. I ordered a part with J and it was no good - called in and spoke J who transferred me to Derrick and I inquired about there return policy, due to there invoice not having one listed. After many questions I was advised by Derrick that they would come by and pick up the door. I then ordered the door from another junk yard, and resolved the issue with the vehicle. 8 days later, I call in to inquire why the part hasnt been picked up and at that time I am informed that they only have a 7 day return policy and that they will not be picking up the part. As another small business owner there there is simply no honor in what they did - I understand that no one wants to take the hit but having the integrity to honor what you said is something else. I followed protocol, I called and spoke to them before we ordered another door. We trusted their word but seams like they need the $140 bucks more than we do. Best of luck to you all but we will not purchase another part from yall ever again.
