Seth was amazing helped me find tires to fit my jeep when I couldn’t find tires anywhere. The whole staff is amazing they go way above and beyond to help their customers. Been buying tires here for 10 years and I will only buy tires from here. In and out in 45 min with a wait.

Mike was really courteous. My car was attended to within 5 minutes. One tire needed patching due to a small nail and it was done within 2 hours and they did it for free. Would recommend for quick service and great service.

That staff overall displayed great customer service! I went to discount tire because I was stressed out about having a leak in one of my tires! Special shout-out to Mike; he was very helpful and patient and didn’t make it seem like he was just trying to take my money like some places. They were able to plug my tire which saved me money!! Ordered my tires online through Discount Tire and made an appointment at the same time. When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately assisted. They gave me tracking info so I would know how they were progressing. I was told it would take about an hour....it was more like half an hour!!!! That quick and at least 8 other customers there at the same time. I would say they run the business like a well oiled machine. Will be back for sure!

Super easy experience. Ordered tires online and also made appointment online. When I arrived, an employee met me at my car to verify my appointment. They needed my ID and the credit card I purchased the tires with online. Handed over my keys. They had places to sit outside and inside. I had my car back under an hour. Very easy transaction. Love getting tires at this place. Except for watching this dirt bag the entire time I’m waiting for my car wearing a mask on his chin. It wasn’t because he was on the phone, or drinking... the entire time. At one point he even called an employee that was wearing a mask and was talking 1’ from his face. It’s not fair for everyone working here that’s wearing a mask 100 degrees outside. Not fair for us customers. His audacity is appalling.

The associates are not trust worthy. They has a technician break the tire sensor, and the had to wait three day to have my new car tire sensor replaced. They never call me about when the replacement sensor was going to be in. Then on the day the tire sensor came in. I had to wait, the associates KEITH, replaced the tire sensor, the advised me they did not have the tool to make adjustments the new 2021 vehicle sensor. I have take the car to a Nissan dealership. I as a customer and US ARMY VET. Should not have received the service I received.

Tires are priced lower than most competitors, additional services like free air, tire rotations and more, plus a great selection of alloy rim/wheels if youre looking to give your ride some personal touch. Might be busy to the point of a little wait so plan to take some time here. All in all, great place and great staff!

I would have given this place a 4.5 out of 5; however, I went ahead and rounded up :). The service was fast, the people were kind, and the whole process was smooth. Everyone wore masks, I stayed in my car, and was able to get in and out quicker than the estimated time.The only thing I disliked about the whole experience was the sales pitch when inspecting tires. I felt like I was being pressured into buying tires when all I wanted was a balance/rotation. Aside from this, I would highly recommend this place.

Huge thumbs up for these guys! Got a large bolt in my tire around 5:30pm on a Tuesday, was heading to pick up dinner and found myself right next to this Discount Tire. Even though they were already closed, they were still working and the manager took care of the bolt without even charging me. Didnt want me to drive home on a spare that night (75 miles). Really, really cool of them to go the extra mile and make sure we were taken care of.

I recommend this place because of Ryan Dolbier!!!! This guy, is the assistant manager and made me feel incredible. As long as he’s there I will always come there and spend my money because this guy is that incredible..

I was so appreciative that they were able to accommodate me when my tires came in and change my appointment, on a whim, from the following day to the day they arrived. They have excellent customer service! We have been going to them for years. I trust Discount Tire and have no intentions of going anywhere else for my vehicles tires.

Great service and minimal wait time. I schedule an appointment a day ago and my tires were mounted the next day. The guys working in the shop is very hard working and get the job done on time. They also allowed me to watch my car in the shop. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

DISAPPOINTED...Ive patronized this particular Discount Tire for years and have always been satisfied except for this morning. I had an appointment yet my vehicle wasnt taken in for twenty minutes after scheduled appointment. Appointment was for rotation and balance. My car was ready approximately ten minutes after it was taken in. The associate told me itd be an hour for service. I goggled service and learned that rotation takes 15 minutes and balance takes about 45 minutes. Essentially, my car wasnt serviced. Two stars today for courteous intake tech.

I ordered from the website and made an appointment to have them installed. I got a phone call a few days before confirming the order and letting us know the tires werent there yet but they would call of they didnt arrive on time. We never received a phone call so I took off work and went to Gainesville. Got to Discount Tire and no tires, they didnt show up and we never got a phone call. To say I was mad is an understatement, however, Mike and Jeremy were extremely apologetic and tried to find a similar tire for us. My wife was really set on the ones she picked out so Mike got on the phone and tracked them down for us. The next day when they arrived we received a call and they told us to show up whenever we could. We showed up and they were extremely apologetic still and took care of the wifes truck. The tech that did the install apologized again when he brought the keys to her. This could have been a really bad experience but Mike and Jeremy owned the mistake and went above and beyond to make it right. This is the way to keep customers! Well done guys.

This company is absolutely FANTASTIC!! Nick is a manager and he needs to head the customer service department at the corporate office. Even the staff at the location said hes an awesome manager. Nick took care of me from the moment I called, ensuring that he would get my home safely after my tire blew out on the side of the road. I called to see if they had the tire I needed. Nick told me that regardless of if they had the tire, he would give me a tire to get my home safely. I had the car towed and Nick greeted me upon arrival. Turns out they had the tire. I was pretty upset with the stress of having to be towed and having my dog with me and Nick went above and beyond, not charging me a single dime for the new tire. He didnt have to do that, but the customer service form this company has made me a loyal customer. The way I was treated from the moment I called until I left with just unreal (in a good way!). The staff even stayed late on a Saturday to make it happen for me!! When things like this happen, it really restores faith in humanity. I will definitely pay this one forward!!!

Mike was the rep we dealed with. Super polite and willing to talk to us which is uncommon in the everyday American work place. The guys in the shop were courteous and proficient. We had to stop in on the middle of our road trip and we were in and out in 45 minutes. Price was way cheaper than going to costco who we usually buy tires through. A good attitude by the staff made this stressful incident much better.

I was very impressed by the service I received today! After being told by another shop that the nail in my tire couldnt be patched, and that I would need to replace it (which they said would take a few hours), I stopped by Discount Tire for a 2nd opinion. Everyone was so nice, and they removed not one, but 2 nails, and replaced a valve stem at no charge! I almost hugged the guy! They made a bad morning a little better, and saved me a couple hundred dollars. I will definitely be going back for any future tire needs.

I waited over an hour even though I had an appointment. The service was quick once I got in, but they weren’t very knowledgeable when I asked questions about my tires. I asked the guy to reset my service light and he said I would have to take my car into Nissan to get that done?? Not true at all. I went to jiffy lube and they reset it without any issues. Won’t be going back

We had a blowout on the interstate with our travel trailer, I told the gentlemen outside that was doing curbside expediting the situation with my family still on the side of the highway and he took the tire and removed it himself, asked which tire I wanted and threw it on by the time i was done paying for it. Was in and out within 5 to 10 minutes. Insanely professional and polite. Thanks for everything.

Went in to get a tire patched. Waiting room was well marked for socially distancing needs. They were quick to patch the tire and even didnt charge for it. Definitely will be going back for all my future tire needs!

Good and quick service.They took precautions to limit contact and allow for social distancing (like limiting the number of people in the lobby; arranging chairs outside with some distance between them; asking customers to drive their car in, so they would not touch the wheel, and installing plastic barriers between the customers and the staff for check-out)

Called for tire prices got a decent price on 2 tires for.my KIA. Asked if I could get an appointment but the person on the phone said no appointments were taken. Get here they had me wait 35 minutes to check in then it was gonna be 2 hrs for the tires to be done. As busy as they are appointments would be beneficial to all. 2.5 hr wait to find out everyone had an appointment. Wow DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT ever visit discount tire in Gainesville Florida on archer road and 34th street. Lowest customer service unless your buying 4 tires or such.

This was our first interaction with Discount Tire, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Even in the midst of a pandemic, they were professional, polite, and quick. Garrett was fantastic to work with, and the work was done super quickly. We will definitely use them again!

These guys are awesome. I have been going here since I moved to Gainesville in 2017, and have always been impressed with the level of professionalism, kindness, and efficiency that they have. I often call and ask many questions before I schedule an appointment, and no matter who answers the phone they are always very patient and answer all my questions. They do honest work, and in my experience being a woman getting literally ANYTHING done to my car it is hard to come by honest work. On top of all this, their pricing is reasonable and they will look for any discounts or used tire options they can find for you. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to go here. Only place in town I trust to not scratch my wheels and be very careful with my show truck. All their installers are top notch and very conscientious of peoples vehicles and wheels.

Super great service!I ordered my tires ahead of time online. Prices are comparable to others in the area. Tires arrived the day after ordering and I had made an appointment for the next day.I don’t trust anyone working on my car so I’m always super nervous taking my car anywhere. I asked to see and verify tires before we started and obviously that wasn’t a problem at all. The guys were super nice and informative. Watched them install new tires and they were super efficient and didn’t mind me hovering to watch. I was in and out in an hour.For sure my go to place in the future!

I ordered a set of trailer wheels and tires to prepare for a once-in-a-lifetime 20,000 mile trip around the United States.However, two different times, the wheels that were sent by this store’s supplier arrived bent and out of round.This store was upfront and honest and told me that the wheels were bent (twice), and spent two extra weeks working to get the right wheels and tires in stock.They were very honest and worked for weeks to make sure things were right, and that I was safe on my trip!

We needed a tire, today. Tried a place wed been before, but they wouldnt have time to do it until Wednesday. With no family here, & nobody we know having time to just drive us around, that wasnt going to work. We received great service, a gentleman in the store even kindly paid for the road hazard warranty. It took next to no time for them to get our new tire on our rim and ready to go back to our car. This shop, and our three Uber drivers (one to our car, the next to Discount Tire, & the last back to our car saved the day. Well definitely return to this location for tire service.

Nice guys, they do a good job, and they maintain a very professional environment. However, they need to get better about keeping appointment times. Two separate visits, It took over an hour before they even pulled my car up to start the work, when I arrived on time. Both times I had an established appointment (they called me to tell me they were ready for me the second time) and I verified they were running on time, specifically, before leaving my house. 4 stars, because good quality work, good prices, and an otherwise professional environment will outlive the frustration I feel.

Nick Ruggiero, Andrew, and the rest of the crew have been amazing. I recently ordered a new set of tires. When they arrived, the tires had a very old build date, limiting the tires useful life. I was concerned but was leaving town the next day and had to accept the tires despite their age. Nick apologized profusely and promised to make it right. Sure enough, Nick ordered a new set of tires with fresh build dates and swapped them out a few weeks later. Now I have reliable rubber on the car and a mythic story of customer service at Discount. Nick and his crew rock.

Everything was good. Didnt have the tires in stock that were online but they were able to accommodate me so I appreciate that.

We were driving thru gville on our way to NC. We were towed there with a flat tire. We were told the tire could not be repaired and they did not stock our size so we needed to spend the night (not an option this time) or buy 4 new tires of a different size. We got 4 new tires. inexperienced installers had a hard time mounting tires on my 20 wheels. Pulled away and had low pressure warning on all 4 tires. They forgot to program. Got back on hwy and wheel was shaking at hwy speed. pulled into lake city location. Wheels were not properly balanced. shaking was 90% better after they rebalanced but still didnt feel normal. After we got home, I found balancing weights in driveway under tire so I took to another place. Mechanic said it was like they used a slingshot to put weights on. some fell off with a light touch. They did not clean wheels before placing weights. All 4 wheels needed to be re balanced AGAIN. it is my opinion you should run (not walk) away from this place.

This place is amazing. Collin is very informative and answered all of my questions about tires. I was in and out in under 25 minutes. This place will be the number one (and two) places I refer anyone to for tires, flat tire repair, etc. The staff very willing to explain anything. You’ve gained a customer for life 👍🏾

I went in today to have my tires balanced, I was greeted with outstanding service! The employees were very knowledgeable and thorough through the whole process. They were able to fix my “Chevy shake” in my truck, which was such a hassle while driving everyday on the highway. Very thankful that they were able to resolve my issue with the tires. I’ve been going to Discount Tire for years and will continue to do so for the following years to come!

I went in today because I had a big bolt in one of my rear tires. They told me they would try to patch It up but because the bolt was so thick, they would possibly need to replace the tire altogether. A couple hours later, I went back in and they had successfully patched It up and told me I didn’t owe them anything. Customer service is A+ and I’ll definitely use them in the future!!

Just needed a plug and I was at the shop for 2 hours. Andrew at the front tried to tell me I needed all new tires and sensors (all overpriced) but I called my mother, who has experience in the car industry and her and her colleagues thought my tires looked fine. Their only saving grace is Tyler and the employees physically working on the vehicles. He was attentive and communicative when I was frustrated and he’s the only reason I didn’t leave to go to Firestone.Update: they did plug it for free, which was nice. Not sure if that’s company policy or because I was waiting so long

I have used this shop several times over the years. Theyve consistently been the best price in town, and shockingly the fastest and nicest. Ive also stopped in just to get air filled or tires checked. Several times theyve checked my tires and assured me that my tires were fine, complete honesty and trust here. No need to push a sale, theyve earned the trust of the community and theyre usually bustling. No matter when/how Ive pulled up, theyre usually at my window offering to help before I get out of the car. Yesterday I drove up an hour before close with two threadbare front tires. I was immediately greeted and the tech checked all my tires, recorded and explained the info to me. I asked a lot of questions and he gladly answered them all. Super impressive guy and he shared he was in mechanical engineering, youll get the feeling here that everyone is genius. The sales guy then walked me through a few options and considered my preference, needs and usage to find the best option in my budget. He also explained each number and factor. I watched them with a full day of cars work efficiently to get everyone taken care of. The guy that replaced my tires came to get me, explained everything I needed to know and wished me a good night. Consistently GREAT experience every time. THANKS GUYS!

If you own a Tesla or any car for that matter, this is the shop to bring it. Cory helped me pick a new set of tires efficiently, as well as easily warranty out my old tires. I don’t write reviews often, but this was a great experience and service.
