Please don’t take your car here for ANY service. They have had my car for 5 days and we have yet to talk to someone about the diagnosis of the car. They say they will call back and NO CALL back so far. Terrible customer service.10/20–So, since I can’t post another review for some reason, I will reply this way to the dealership response. I know my vehicle is there and don’t make me out to be a liar. In fact, Amy has talked with my husband. She is the one that keeps telling him someone will call him back. There has been no call back and this is day #6 that this dealership has been in possession of my car and NO call back from anyone. Please don’t take your car to this place ever. I am in the process of finding another place to move my vehicle to. A more reputable place. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I had my vehicle towed here.

Service center had our vehicle for 3 days and then refused to make repairs even though they were covered under our extended warranty. They were pushing us to their sales team. Once they knew we were not going to purchase a new vehicle the service center manager called and said they would not work on our vehicle and we needed to come and pick it up.I am not sure who the response below is referring to but I am not that customer. I drove my vehicle there after I spoke to the service team beforehand. After being given the run around for 3 days I was told your mechanics would not touch my vehicle so I came and picked it up.

Absolute blast of an experience. Me and my wife mostly came to test drive a vehicle and just fell in love with it. We were hesitant in regards to attempting financing the vehicle and we figured leasing would be out of the question for us. Both Davids worked and managed to get us a deal on not only the car, but also get us approved with a modest interest rate. Oil change was oh my god messy I had A LOT of clean up to do when my wife got home. oil covered the engine cover, washer reservoir, and rear of drivers side headlight assembly and cost was over $80.

I tried calling this dealership three times, each time they told me that they would have to have an associate contact me to get the work approved. Never once did I receive a phone call back, and each time I contacted them, they didn’t know what I was talking about. That is poor customer service!To your response:I had better service at the Chevy dealership! You will not be getting my service. Maybe next time you should actually contact your future customers, and not push them away!

Bait and switch!! Deceptive! Called and scheduled a test drive for a Cadillac Escalade. I made sure to convey I was coming from 1 he away and he was assured a 2021 Escalade (and other older Model Escalades) was available for a test drive. I drove all the way to the dealership only to be told they don’t have any Escalade in the lot(oo whd never had). Marlene said she’d been calling to tell me they didn’t have one in stock which is a lie because the voicemails she left was to confirm the test drive. She wasn’t even apologetic. Be wary if this dealership especially Marlene!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Had transmission problems that are well known and cadillac will not fix. Sorriest gm ive seen and my family used to own a chevrolet dealership. Took him 1.5 months to call back and only dod so because i said im on way. When problem occurred under warranty, they knew of the common problem and said it was a simple fluid change. Wrong! It kept bouncing around between gears and the service rep said they would change transmission. He left dealership and sonce covid hit, ive had excuse after excuse. Just left and they told me they would knock 25% off a bill and still profit. Look elsewhere. There is currently a class action suit for this against gm. They have every excuse not to work on your car under warranty, really not a good company

Let me start off by saying that David Bush is one of the best if not the best car salesman I have had the pleasure of knowing and buying from. He is very courteous and knowledgeable about the Cadillac cars. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership (we were actually headed to another make of car and decided to check the Cadillac dealership out) we immediately went towards the white cars. That is the color my wife wanted. By the time we got to the cars and started to look David was on his way out at our location and we struck up a conversation. We described what we were looking for and he showed us only the cars that we were interested in. Did not try to sell us something we did not want. By the end of our visit we settled on a car and when the transaction was complete we were all satisfied. Smoothest new car buying experience Ive ever had. I worked with Kyle Shriver who was very professional and straightforward/transparent. I was looking for a specific Mazda CX-30 Turbo AWD that was not available. About a week later one arrived EXACTLY as I wanted and he called me to let me know. From the test drive, to negotiating, to signing and driving away took less than 2 hours! This was my first ever Mazda and the experience has been outstanding! I used their online portal to book a service appointment. Got a confirmation email. The next day I received an email and text and call to tell me there are no diagnosis done on Sat!! So, I rescheduled for the following Tuesday. Dropping of Monday night. A while later I get a call telling me they are TOO BUSY to do my car for several weeks! What??. I just bought this Mazda Used and really wanted this place to be my go to mechanic!! Terrible customer service!! Wouldnt recommend especially after reading reviews....

Cadillac of Lake Lanier has worst customer service in the service dept. I have bought two car will never buy again not good place to purchase. Here is one experience my antenna got broke off do my son letting down car garage thinking I had pulled in. Went to Cadillac of Lake Lanier next day to get estimate they did even look to see just gave me a price on a piece of blue sticky note how tacky 223.00 part which antenna on line is around 20.00 and labor and paint 443.00. i trying to figure out what needs to be painted. This problem was a easy fix . I took my car to Lester Brother and the repair was only 95.30. Why are car dealers that you are loyal to tries to rip you off. I think the service dept. need to clean house and get people that have you in there best interest. I am not happy hate I ever did service with them. I could go on about other service problems with me in general dont buy from them.

My salesperson, Mo was very knowledgeable about the Cadillac XT5 and answered all my many questions without hesitation or irritation. He was extremely courteous, respectful and made the buying experience easy. He described all the details of the pricing of the vehicle step by step. My encounters with the Financial manager and the General Manager, Ivan were professional, friendly and they both were also very helpful provided ample details regarding the entire buying process. Car being advertised at a different price then the asking price. Drove to dealership to purchase a vehicle after several communications, and them being aware that I lived an hour away. Upon arriving, car had a market adjustment of $10,000 plus an additional addons of $3,000, totaling $13,000 over sticker and internet price. I dropped my car off on a Friday to get serviced. I had to call them 4 times just to get someone to return my call on Friday. I was told that my car would be diagnosed on Saturday and that someone would call me. I did not receive a callback. I had to call them on Saturday to ask about my car. I was told no one even looked at my car and that someone would call me on Monday. Monday came - no call. I had to call the dealership to have someone call me - no call. I emailed the service manager, Amy - no response. I called first thing Tuesday morning to speak with the service manager. I received a call back from the service adviser instead who informed me that hopefully they will have someone look at it today. I asked for a loaner car and was told none were available. Ive always had a loaner car when I had my car serviced here. I emailed the president and office manager to voice my concerns. Less than 60 seconds later I received a callback from Amy stating that a technican was looking at my car. After hanging up with Amy, I received an email from her stating - I JUST HUNG UP WITH THIS LADY.... 10 MINS AGO. Clearly the email that she sent was not intended for me. She was emailing the other parties on my orignal email but emailed me by mistake. Since when do you address customers as THIS LADY. About 30 minutes later, the service adviser told me that the service manager and a technician was out driving my car. Unless ONSTARs tracking system and fuel level was malfunctioning, my car hadnt been moved. At this point, I gave up and picked up my car. They could not find anything wrong with my car. No apology from Amy regarding the email, no apologies about the quality of service I received... NOTHING!!!! After leaving the dealership, three miles down the road car started malfunctioning again. Im still waiting to hear back from the President but I imagine that will never happen.

If I could give this company a negative star I would. Being new to the area I needed a dealer to service my Cadillac. I took it in last year for an oil change on a Thursday. I was told it would be ready the next day and they would call me. I never received a call so I took the initiative and called them. I was told it wasn’t ready but would get a call Saturday. Again, never got a call. Finally, after having to make several calls I was told it was finished on Monday. I never received an apology. Vowed I wouldn’t go back there. Fast forward to this year. I got a headlight recall and thought I would give them a second chance. I called in 3 times to make an appointment and was always tod they would call me back. Again, no call. So I posted a bad review. Immediately Amy, the service manager called me back. She assured me she would let me know when the headlights would be in stock and that if I removed my review she would send me a $200 gift card to my favorite restaurant. I of course removed the review. 3 months later no gift card, no call to have the headlight recall done. I called in 3 times to talk to Amy and every time was told she was busy and she would call me back. NO RETURN CALLS!! Unbelievable!!! I hope the owner sees this review but I highly doubt that anything will be done. What has happened to customer service??

I own a 2013 SRX. Terrible experience, had to replace both front lights because that were so dim I could not drive at night. Had to replace and had to buy the whole unit (2) of them and Cadillac knows they have a huge problem. $834.00 for the lights. Installation was $700, was told it would be a little over $500. Will get rid of this car have had so many problems. Back lift gate broke, ball bearing went out in one of the front wheels. Computer screen broke. Tell your customers the true price so they don’t find out at the cashiers office. I just received a letter saying Cadillac will reimburse me for these expenses, but I had to pay for all of this upfront. Cadillac should have a recall on these lights and fix them for the customers. I will never buy another Cadillac.

So while people are out of work, an unsure economy you decide to take advantage of your customers and charge 4 hour labor for a less than a hour job! Ok, we were driving by and saw what we considered our perfect next vehicle to serve as our Toad for an upcoming trip out West.Sani took my card and later emailed us the particulars.We asked about a deposit and found out that was a no-go, so we opted to go ahead and purchase.All went well, until Sani handed me off to a second sales person who tried his best to guilt me into purchasing additional warranties products. I said no,.I mean, seriously? Trying to get more money out of me for a used Mercedes, at a Caddy dealer?Whoever thought that was a good idea I would like to discover and chastise properly.There were also several questions I asked that were never addressed.I had to read the Operators Manual to get answers.How many never read those I am chagrined to ask.One important question I repeatedly asked and was ignored was the Service our vehicle received...what all did the Service Department do?I mean sure you detailed the hell out of the interior, but did you change the oil???The engine compartment was dirty and dusty, and it still reads overdue service on the message board on the dash.I want a line-by-line account if what service was done before we purchased sent to my email:[email protected] is apparent to me some of your team is focused on the wrong things.Sani was a bright spot on your dial so-to-speak, it was a pleasure to engage with someone who speaks the Queens Spanish.

We went just looking around & went to 2 other car lots looking. As my husband & myself pulled into the other 2 no one stepped out on their lots to help us, as we went to Mazda, we looked as a salesman was helping another couple, he came over to us to let us know they was short staffed but would be over in a bit. We have been researching the Mazdas. But havent heard good things but didnt want to go upon what others said. In the meantime of waiting I kept looking. Then Gene came over & let me test drive it. I test drove the Mazda 3 & loved it. Needless to say we had a great service, all the staff had a great sense of humor, great with kids, very very friendly, & hung around after they was closed to continue to help us. I’ve never enjoyed buying a new car but the experience I had at Lake Lanier Cadillac was nothing short of amazing. I had already done my homework and knew what I wanted. I called several dealerships and although they were very professional and gave me great offers, none of them compared to the offer I received from Lake Lanier Cadillac. When I drove off from the dealership in my new car I had a nicer car than I had expected and paid less money than I had expected. That’s amazing! The other amazing aspect was the very PERSONALIZED treatment I received. By the time I left the dealership with my new Cadillac I felt like I had known the salesman, (Cesar), manager (Charles), and finance person (Darwin). There was no pressure and I felt like they were sincerely concerned that I was happy with my purchase. I’ll never go anywhere else to buy a new car and I’ll always have my car serviced at Lake Lanier Cadillac.

I was intending to look at a 2016 Cadillac SRX I saw on the website at this dealership. David Urso in sales got the auto for me and we took a test drive. David was most helpful in explaining and demonstrating the variety of features and controls at this time. Upon deciding to buy the vehicle the finance department and I agreed upon what I felt was a fair price. The finance dept. was easy to deal with and I recommend them. Later when I went to pick up the vehicle David went to the car and set up the Onstar and also answered all the questions I asked him, and did an excellent job in pointing out many features. I was quite satisfied with the service and experience I encountered is why I do recommend this dealership and gave a 5 star.

Customer Service at an OUTSTANDING level from the moment I walked through the dealership doors, to the thrill of driving my new car off the lot. There is a very obvious effort to please, even after the deal was done. Negotiations were very fair and not bogged down at any time. I was happy... they were happy! After calling and leaving the service manager 4 messages today, I drove down to ask about my issue. I was told its a common problem and they are surprised it hasnt messed up prior to now. Two issues with that, first that information couldve been relayed over the phone today or during the month prior to today. Secondly how can Cadillac have a known issue that happens to the majority of Escalades sold and not be willing to replace it? Im not a person who tries to get something for nothing, but I also expect to get a quality product of I pay a quality price. The best part of all this is that everything worked fine in the car prior to taking it there to have a separate recall repaired. Not sure Ill ever purchase another Cadillac, but I am certain that Cadillac of Lake Lanier will not touch my car again.....

Good experience but car pulled to the right in test drive. Alignment was just a tad off. Spoke with salesman and service “looked at it” said it was fine but still pulls to the right. Just wished that the service dept would’ve taken the time to drive it and make it right when buying a car from the dealership. Would’ve taken an extra 30 minutes but it would’ve been worth it. Now my wife is unhappy with her new car due to this. Should’ve been better on Cadillac of Lake Lanier’s part to listen to the customer and take care of the issue the first time. Now will have to take more time to correct this issue.

Worked with Nadir Quadir and had a great experience. We werent at the number I wanted to at originally, but we Nadir worked on it and we got close enough. Ive had a few phone questions since buying and Nadir has always been responsive and answered all of my questions. I was able to trade in my current vehicle and was happy with the trade-in value that they gave me even though it had two wrecks on the vehicle history. I would recommend anyone looking for a Cadillac/Mazda to ask for Nadir!Thanks

My recent car buying experience was awesome. It took me a few visits at Cadillac at Lake Lanier in Gainesville to make a decision on the car I purchased because they had so many beautiful cars it was hard to decide which one I wanted. My salesperson, Earl Roach is so knowledgeable and patient. He never pressured me to make a decision and he truly found the car Id been dreaming of. Ill never go to any other dealership. I love my new Cadillac XT4.
