He took me back to the shop to explain everything that was wrong with my car and was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. My 2006 STI had a major overhaul. and it runs like a dream now. Timing belt, headgasket, oil seepage and boost leaks from vacuum hoses and my sloppy shifter were all addressed and taken care of and they gave me a great deal on parts and labor. Considering how this car was cobbled together from the previous owner the labor costs and parts were well worth it for someone who knows what theyre doing to start back at a baseline and ACTUAL SUBARU PARTS. Went with my daughter who was looking for a CrossTrek. The sales guy doesnt work on commission so the test drive and talking didnt involve getting shoved into a cube waiting for the sales managers tired intimidation tactics. There was no pressure which was nice for a change. They didnt have much available inventory, which cant be held against them...there arent many Subarus available anywhere.

He had the vehicle on the lot in Gainesville for me to test drive within a day, and the vehicle exceeded my expectations. My first ever 5 star rating for a dealership. The service was top shelf. Emily was very personable and professional the entire process of having my car serviced . Kept me in the loop, time wise as to what was happening behind the scenes. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. I was also happy to have a choice of waiting inside or outside since Im cold natured. I will no doubt be returning to this dealership for everything my Subaru Outback needs.

This has to be the worst parts department Ive ever dealt with in my entire life. One person sitting at the counter that apparently does nothing and if you need to speak with somebody she tells you to ring the bell. The person whos not the manager apparently knows nothing and doesnt know where any parts are. They cant find your order they cant figure out where your stuff is. Apparently theres only one person in the whole building that knows where the ordered online and shipped to store parts are. I will never darken the door of their parts department ever again. Ill either order online or go to Jacksonville.

I had a nail in my tire and I totally did a very poor plug job and felt stupid. The always-cordial technicians and very accommodating service advisor helped me at short-notice and did a perfect job. Yeah, it might be just a little more at the dealership, but Ive never had a bad experience with this group. I highly recommend them.

Even though the sales manager, Jimmy, is quiet, he made the experience pleasant by adding equipment to the car that I wanted. One item they paid for the rest were at cost.Sean was great and helpful when my wife purchased a used Outback a few months ago. Sean made sure that the trade-in price for her old car was fair.Service Dept: first of all, sometimes I show up there too much for random parts. Everyone in the service department is like family. Wes, gave my 3 year old a free Subaru hat. Car is either finished on time or early and I always arrive to a clean car.

Chad was professional, courteous and very informative of all the products and never pushy, he explained everything and answered my questions with honesty and made me feel proud of the decision I made with my purchase. I have had so many bad car buying experiences in my life but this by far has redeemed my faith in car dealerships. I walked away with a great deal, my needs met and a good feeling that I, the person mattered, not the car deal to them. This dealership also offers many amazing perks when purchasing unlike other dealerships where you buy the car and thats it, if you come back for service great but if you dont, see ya later. This dealership offers tons of detailed services such as complimentary first service experience, free tire repair for the life of the car not the tire, its nice to know that if I run over a nail, they will repair my tire at no cost. They also provide free diagnostic which can be very costly to learn what the problem is with your car. I also will utilize the free car wash program. I also respect they are closed on Sundays to observe time with their families and honor Gods day of rest. I dont know if that is why they are closed but I am Christian and I feel that is a wonderful quality which also shows in how they treat people. I recommend this car dealership highly to anyone who needs to feel they matter first and not the car deal.

I made my vehicle selection online as there website is accurate and up-to-date on the models they have in stock. I called a salesperson because I had a trade-in and she quickly sent me a worksheet with trade-in price and new vehicle price. This dealership is now considered a non-negotiating dealership which is perfect for me--Id rather not spend a whole day haggling. So, you pay what there asking and for me, start to finish took about 2 hours. It was a pleasant experience to say the least.

Worst experience ever!!! My wife and I are from KY. I’m deployed, my wife drove all the way down to the dealership for an agreed upon price. When she got down there they attempted to change the price on her. Thank god she kept all the email traffic. We did end of getting the vehicle and are happy with it. However, my wife again had to go out of her way to resend insurance information multiple times to them.Furthermore, my our county clerk will not release our title work to us because they say we owe tax’s. We paid the tax’s at the dealership!! This has been nothing but a nightmare dealingwith this dealership. We will be contacting the BBB and Subaru Corporate.Update: GM contacted my wife and got the title stuff fix and also refunded an extended warranty. We do appreciate the GM resolving the issue. I do feel the issue should never had gotten to this point. This was more of a culmination of events that caused this. I truly hope no one else has these types of issues but I have faith they will be resolved if they do.

Unfortunately I was unable to purchase a vehicle from Subaru of Gainesville through no fault of their own (personal circumstances got in the way at the last moment). Throughout the buying process they were accommodating and professional, remained great with communication, and were gracious when I was unable to purchase the vehicle they went out of their way to get for me. Would absolutely go back to them in the future for a purchase and to recommend to my friends and family in Gainesville.

The place is spotless. Their used car inventory isnt huge, but the quality is worth it if youre in the market for a used vehicle. This concerns the service department only. Noah in sales is wonderful. BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT UPSELLING! I took my Outback in for oil change etc service and there were not problems listed on their checklist. A few months later I go in for a recall and come away with a list of necessary repairs for $1250.00!!! This confused me, so I later called my previous service writer and left a message with the person who answered. I never received a return call.

My check engine light came on so I went over to the dealership. As soon as I arrived they were kind and attentive. They were timely and checked the codes on my car to make sure that it was safe for me to drive. They answered all my questions throughly and completely and didnt make me feel like I asked stupid questions like some other car mechanics would!

I had such a great experience! One of the best things was that the salespeople aren’t paid on commission, so I didn’t feel pressured by the salespeople who just wanted to make a sale. Everyone was so knowledgeable, and Nicholas and Ari were great! There were a few bumps in the process simply due to my bank and previous car loan, but Nico and Ari made sure that I ended up with the car I wanted. I am so, so happy with my car and the whole experience! Thank you guys again!

This review particularly pertains to their service department. If the time it takes to work on your vehicle is of considerable length they offer to shuttle you home/pick you back up. They also are upfront with cost/time. They don’t overbook their mechanics. They also realized a billing error on a previous service and offered to make it up to me. They run a tight ship over here.
