Got me in same day I called when many other shops in the area were over a week out on when they could start. Quickly diagnosed issues and called me to discuss before starting any work. Quickly got my truck back up and running. Competitive prices and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

First off, I had an extended warranty through the dealership where I bought my car. I got my car to them on a Saturday and did not hear from them until Thursday morning...only to find out my service was not covered under the warranty. They did not have loaner vehicles so I was 5 days without a car. The dealership then quoted a price for my service that I considered high. I called auto shops in the area for quotes on the service. When I contacted Garrett at Auto Fitness, not only did he provide the best quote - he also verified he could get the service completed the same day.When I arrived at Auto Fitness I was greeted by Garrett immediately, he also got my car right in to be serviced. I started to walk home and Garrett then provided a loaner vehicle to borrow while my car was serviced. The battery was replaced under two hours! I was truly impressed with the friendly and professional service provided at Auto Fitness and I was informed they were also able to cover the services on my warranty. This company was recommended to me about a year and a half ago when we moved here. I have always received excellent service at a reasonable price. Garrett, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure my car stays in good condition. They also rotate my tires when I come in for service. The waiting room is clean and I always feel welcome.

This shop is by far the best in town and beyond. I travel past multiple shops to have Garrett and his guys work on my personal and company vehicles. They always pay great attention to detail and correctly diagnose issues. Every technician is extremely thorough and with a gorgeous and inviting customer lounge area, I never mind waiting while they work because they work so efficiently! I just had my first work done by Auto Fitness / NAPA Auto Care Center. I will be going back in the future for all my repair / car needs. The Team did and excellent and efficient job. They were fast and through. I have to say I have driven by them many times and never realized they were there. Garrett was joy to talk while I waited for the service to be completed. The oil change was reasonably priced and lower than the other places I have used in the past. They were able to fix the slow leak in the passenger side rear tire. Three other places were unable to fix it. I am sold. I will be back. Great job to the team.

So, interestingly enough I found myself reading all these reviews and thought to my self there is no way this business can be this good. All I read is Garrett this, and Garrett that, so I decided to try them out. If you find yourself reading my review I can tell you everything said about this business is 1000% true. I have NEVER been treated so nice, and this shop has everything a customer could possibly want or need provided at no charge. Do you want water, coke, snacks, fruit, free WiFi, loaner vehicles, shuttle service? It’s all provided. The waiting area is no nice and comfortable. The service is very fast, but let me warn you this shop stays VERY busy. I will never go to another place again, and as long as Garrett is there I will be there. Way to go Auto Fitness!!!

I had a wonderful first experience with Napa Auto Fitness! I went to them because they are a member of Repair Pal, a group which requires they meet certain quality and pricing standards. I was having issues starting my car on and off. They spent 30 minutes figuring out that my car wasnt starting due to a half charged battery in my key fob, and they did not charge me for it. I also had them change my oil because they were so nice. Its refreshing to know there are still some car repair places left that have high customer service values. Me and my family will definitely be back!!

Trying to find a good auto repair to fix my A/C, driving through Gainesville NAPA Auto Fitness came into view, and from the street it looked pretty good.Having passed it, turned my truck around and decided to give them a try.I talked to the owner, Garrett. They were fairly busy already but said if they couldn’t get to it that day, they’d definitely have a look the next morning. Gave me several cost estimates to expect depending on what the inspection showed. To make it easier, Garrett gave me a loaner car to drive until mine was fixed.I know this all sounds like it’s too good to be true but I got a call from him before close of that day…..truck was fixed, A/C blowing ice cold as it should and to top it off, the repair cost was $200 less than originally expected. I found Paul and Garrett to be very professional and customer-service minded. The air conditioning repair that I needed was not going to be cheap…and I knew that, going in…but I felt they were very honest, fair and trustworthy. They called when they said they would, the repair was finished when promised and it was for exactly the amount that they quoted…no surprises. This was my first time going to Auto Fitness and I was very pleased. I’ll be bringing both my cars to them for routine preventive maintenance from now, on.

This was my first visit to their auto shop Garrett (Manager) & Paul were very attentive and filled me in on all phases of their inspection. This shop is a true gem. Moving to a new place you always wonder wheres the best place to go for car repairs. I was able to find a great spot on my first try. This team took care of what I needed and did a great job in communicating every step of the way. Taking into account my vehicle has 217k miles on it I was not wanting to spend more than I had to. Garrett worked with me and sent me pictures of issues they found in order to give me options. First time I have ever had a shop communicate in this style and go out of their way to prove what they were recommending for replacement or repair. Had a loud gasoline smell from tank area & grinding noise from front wheel. Garrett & crew worked with me over the phone to resolve these issues in a timely manner. They also discovered it had bad wheel bearings & a bad tie rod end. It’s a 1997 model car so I expected as much. They also replaced my 15 year old tires.I’m very satisfied with their work & will use them again

I had a flat tire on my way home from working a double overnight shift at the hospital. I just happened to pull into Auto Fitness to check my tire pressure to see if I can at least drive to the next gas station and fill my tire up with air. The tire was completely flat and smoking, so I went in Auto Fitness to ask if they can replace my bad tire with my spare tire and I will pay for it. I would like to acknowledge Garrett Coulter and thank him for making my experience here at this very clean and organized facility not boring or mundane in anyway. His social skills are ones that you would hope to see in every employee at any store you may need services. Eager to answer any questions, was able to get my vehicle in and out for service within 2 hours. Communication was very prompt outside of the store before I brought my vehicle in. He even offered to buy me lunch while I waited for my the maintenance to be complete on the my undercarriage. If there were more employees like this at every store, life could be easier.

Being a father with a daughter, going to school out of state is stressful enough. But said daughter having issues with her car really adds to it. My daughter called and told me that she was hearing a noise from the rear end of her car and she was going to have to take it to looked at. She wanted to take it to the dealer, but I steered her clear of that . She asked a friend who recommended a shop that she and her husband go to, Auto Fitness. She went there and explained what she hearing. From the start she said that they were very attentive and respectful of her concerns. She also explained that I would have to be involved with any, findings or repairs (dad’s paying for this). Within 2 hours Garrett, called me and texted me pictures of what was causing the noise my daughter was hearing. He also gave us a estimate that I checked and was more than fair and reasonable. I have told my daughter, anymore issues/concerns, take it to Auto Fitness.

On June 22nd 2021, I had the most awful day. Iwork as an IT professional for a local college near by. I get dispatched up here to fix issues but my main campus is Chamblee. On my way up here I got a flat tire, i was able to put on a spare thanks to a kind passerby. I drove into here to get my tire patched and while i waited i went and did the work down the street i needed to. Ended up having something i was attaching break which made the whole trip up here for nothing ended up walking back with the broken equipment, the Gentleman behind the desk, looked at me and said the work was free of charge....Thank you, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much.
