Terry, Rick, and Dean were very responsive and helpful. I had damage to my entire rear end after a car accident, and they managed to have it back out in less than two weeks, despite limited part availability as a result of COVID-19. They answered the phone right away, and were more than happy to give me updates on the process, always checking with their laborers to get accurate information. Overall this team is very professional, but also very authentic and kind! Will definitely be going back to them in the future!

Hands down this is the best all around body shop in North Central Florida. Not only do they do superior work, they do it timely and with unmatched customer service. Do yourself a favor and use this family owned and operated shop for your next collision repair. I’ve used the corporately owned shops in the past and didn’t get near the same level of customer service and professionalism that I received at Automotive Supersports. Although this is a business that I would prefer not to have to use in the near future (crashes aren’t fun), but if I do, I’ll only trust Dean and his guys to get my Telluride back where it needs to be!!!

I cannot recommend Automotive Super Sports enough. Dean and his crew were prompt and the quality of work on my car was outstanding. I picked this shop based on the reviews and as one of Progressives recommended auto body shops in the area after my car was hit by one of Progressives customers. I couldnt even open my passenger door, and there was damage to multiple panels. My car looks brand new. Communication was on point, and they even facilitated my rental car/pick up when I dropped my car off. The shop pup was an added bonus! I loved him. I will be sure to use Automotive Super Sports for any other needs moving forward.

I was sadly rear ended in my 2019 GMC Acadia and filed a claim through the other persons insurance, which was progressive. They gave me a option to choose someone or to use one of their contracted repair shops. I am soooooo happy that I picked Automotive Super Sports which they work with progressive. Since the moment I called them to find out when I could drop the car off til the moment I picked my car up (today), I had the most outstanding experience with them. They informed me of everything and if I had any questions they did not hesitate to tell me or seem like it was a problem! If I could give them 10 stars I certainly would. My car turned out amazing!! I had refinanced my car during the time my car was in for repair and even called to ask about getting a copy of my registration and Scott did not even hesitate and said of course I can email it right over to you! If you unfortunately need to use a body shop go to this place you will not be disappointed!!!!

Progressive allowed me to select the repair shop when my car - a Ford Fusion - was damaged in an accident. I chose this company and was absolutely not let down. They worked very fast, handled all of the repair estimate communication with my adjuster, and used genuine Ford factory parts when carrying out the repairs. By the time they were done, my car was indistinguishable from how it looked prior to the accident.They also did not charge me for the new tire they fitted into the car. The entire staff there is polite, prompt, and personable. I will absolutely use this company in the future - and so should you. Definitely the best of their kind.

They worked directly with my insurance company and provided updates as the work progressed. They were very friendly and professional and the best part was that my car looks perfect now. I do not recommend, I was in a fender bender over a month ago and was recommended by my auto insurance that they are the best in Gainesville. I’ve called numerous time to get an update and they keep saying new reasons every time on why it’s not completed. Pushed back the date at least 5 times already. Thank god that I’m using my brother’s car in the meantime because I would’ve been screwed with rental fees this entire time. They told me it would be ready this Wednesday. Let’s see if that date will be true!

I was sent to this business because I was in an accident and the responsible party was in network with them. I was treated so well! Didnt have to wait for them to check me in I walked right in and they took care of me right away. They also were awesome at communicating with the insurance company and me, letting us know and est of when my car would be done. When I got my car back it looked just like normal! I couldnt tell there was ever an accident. When I got to the car rental place I was talking to the employee about where my car was and his exact words were I love that place, they do awesome work. Notice how they were so busy? its because they are the best in town. From that moment on I knew my car was safe and it was going to be taken care of. They called me to let me know my car was ready and made it super easy to check out. As I got in to drive my freshly washed car out of the parking lot I was surprised to see they DETAILED IT!!!! Everyone here is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Did excellent quality body work, and went above and beyond by cleaning my cars entire interior. They expected my car to be done in 3 or 4 days- it was done in not even 2 whole days. Incredibly well-priced. Will absolutely return for any future work needed on my car, and would ecommend to anyone who asks.

They have essentially rebuilt my vehicle twice now. Amazing work and customer service second to none. Most recently, after a large Water Oak decided to give me an impromptu sunroof, Scott spent an hour getting my truck drivable and began ordering the parts before they ever had a check from the insurance company. Once the parts arrive, they called me immediately to bring the vehicle back and they got to work replacing the roof which did not seem like an easy task. Then, they stayed late on a Friday evening to get everything completed so I could have it back soon as possible. Don’t know of any other place that would go out of their way in so many aspects.

The service at Automotive Super Sports for my daughters car repair was outstanding. She had an accident while going to school in Gainesville. We live in Nebraska so getting the repair going started out with difficulties with the first body shop that I had her take it to. I told her to have it towed to Automotive Super Sports and they provided an estimate that day and had the repair done about a week later. They communicated and explained delays to my daughter when they had a part that needed to be ordered even though the repair was finished very quickly. They treated her really well and helped her through the process. I visited her after the repair and was very satisfied with the repair. I thank them for assisting our daughter and would highly recommend them for car repairs. Wish they had a location in Nebraska.

My wifes Suburban was involved in two collisions in the span of several months (none her fault) both times we took it to Automotive Super Sports for bodywork & repairs. The staff were great, they called with any concerns, they repaired everything to like new condition and the vehicle looks great! They did a fantastic job and had the vehicle done in a reasonable amount of time (for the amount of damage to it). I highly recommend them if you need any body work or paint done. They have a great staff and are very reasonable about cost. In fact will be going back to them to get some minor repairs done to another vehicle because I know they do great work, and I can trust them, which is hard to find these days. HIGHLY recommend them.

My car danced down the freeway with a semi and the whole driver side had to be replaced and repaired and when they were done it looked brand new again. My car is only two years old and in great shape and you would never know it had been in an accident...not to mention its the greatest bunch of guys you could ever hope to meet. Always kind when I called and went the extra mile. Heck, my doors work better now than they did when I bought it! I can not say enough nice things about this shop....it is my new go to body shop in town!

Several months ago I damaged a rear door on my GMC Yukon. When I told my brother who lives in Gainesville about the damage, he recommended I bring it to Automotive Super Sports in Gainesville. At the time, I was living in North Carolina, so he recommended I leave the Yukon when I came down for a visit and take his truck back to North Carolina. When I picked up the Yukon a couple weeks later, the door was perfect. In fact, the whole rear end of the Yukon looked new, and the door worked even better than it had prior to the damage.Unfortunately, I soon after had an encounter with a deer late one night. I knew the damage would exceed the value of the Yukon, as it was an older vehicle with high mileage. I was still in Florida at the time, so I brought it back to Automotive Super Sports. They did some corrective work (at no charge) to make the car safe to drive back to North Carolina. They also gave me a very reasonable estimate to fix the damage.I struggled with putting the money into repairing the old vehicle, but it was still in good operating condition. I also had a gut feeling Automotive Super Sports might turn this negative experience somewhat positive. Little did I know.I finally brought the Yukon back down to Gainesville a couple weeks ago to have the shop fix the damage, which included the left front fender, bumper grille and associated hardware.When I arrived Friday to pick up the Yukon, the whole front of the Yukon looked new. It also had all new light assemblies with new lights (including headlights) and lenses, something we had not discussed. The body work is perfect.When I went to pay my bill, Mike said it was as originally agreed. He said they had determined they wouldn’t have to replace a part they had included in the original estimate, so they deducted that from the estimate. It seemed the lighting should have cost more, but he said he would call it even. Mike made a comment to me that the Yukon was quite sound mechanically, and I realized they had looked beyond the cosmetics. They knew I would be driving a long distance, and they wanted to make sure it was safe. That was probably when they determined they needed to replace the lights.I drove a long way to take the Yukon to Automotive Super Sports for this work, and I would do it again. You dont find many places like this anymore.

My 2012 Honda Ridgeline was damaged in a collision. They brought it in promptly and did an impeccable job with the repair. They finished one day later than estimated but i am still giving 5 stars because one of the owners contacted me personally and explained the reason for the delay.I always say done right is better than done on time.
