I have unfortunately had to have my past 2 trucks repaired for body work but Auto Body Concepts made both of my claims a great experience. They did perfect work (and I am picky on how my truck look). This was the second time I used them. Perhaps it is problems with COVID and people not showing up for work but they were several days late in finishing the job. Towards the end, they did not tell me until the day it was supposed to be delivered that they would not be ready. Not very good explanations why. I think they did a good job other than they parked it under a powerline with birds when they finished so it had about 20 poop spots on it when I went to pick it up. Richard was nice and professional but he shifted the due date several times. After I complained, I did not hear from him again until the afternoon the following day when it was finished.

I was in a t-bone crash and my front end was absolutely messed up from the hood down, headlight to headlight. My family had gone to auto body before and they did a great job. I went in expecting the best and left with better than the best! My truck was absolutely perfect. The people who work there have the best customer service! Highly recommend them. 100/10!

Once my car was in the shop I was messaged with every occurrence that was happening from the initial paperwork, to the repairs, to the paint, to the reassemble, etc. They were very attentive to what I wanted done and the problems that needed to fix. We were excited that our insurance company has Auto Body Concepts as a vendor. Our neighbors have used them and we’re happy with their experience and results.We had to get a new front bumper, side fender over front tire and headlight replaced. The team that did the actual repair did a great job! Matched the paint beautifully, you’d never even know it was replaced.The front end staff were very helpful. We were assigned a service rep (Jeff) and he kept in contact with us the entire time by letting us know each time the car entered a new phase. And Maria at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. At pick up Mike went over the vehicle with us showing us all the repairs as we stood and gazed into the fantastic paint job.Excellent work!! I’m not generally one to write reviews, but I was genuinely impressed by the quality of their service. They took my vehicle in the same day I contacted them, provided a complimentary ride back to my house, provided frequent updates and provided perfect repairs in an extremely timely fashion. They managed to do all of this while being extremely pleasant and professional. I definitely recommend.

I got the hail damage fixed on my truck by Shawn. He was GREAT! He had it done in the time he said & is reasonably priced if paying cash. If ever needed Ill definitely use him again

I took my car in for repair after it was involved in an accident. The front bump, lights, etc were severly damaged in the accident. Auto Body Concepts did an excellent job in the repair and were very timely in getting the repair done. The car was like new again once I got it back. They communicated fairly well, and were good to work with. Hopefully, I wont ever need to go back, but if I am in need of repair, I will not hesitate to take my car in to them.

Abc is amazing! i wrecked my Acadia during the ice storm and they took great care of me! i got updates, so i knew exactly what to expect. richard and the receptionist were always friendly and helpful, and my car looks great. it was trashed the inside due to my 3 kids and us basically always being on the go. i seriously would have paid my 500.00 deductible to only have the car detailed this well.

This place is amazing! Hands down the best service we have ever had. We just dropped off the car and Auto Body Concepts handled the rest. They dealt with our insurance company, sent us regular status updates and finished on schedule. We also received a loner vehicle at no charge to use while ours was in the shop. We received our car all polished up and it looked like new. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
