Friendly and fast service! Called and talked to someone in sales (I didn’t get her name) 😭 she promised we wouldn’t be disappointed and we’d made a deal! We drove over an hour one way just to see how good this deal would be. To our surprise we left with exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted it! They negotiated prices and warranty’s coming up with just what we wanted. We didn’t have to beg or be aggressive. Wa told them what we wanted and both sale man made it happen!! Aaron was excellent at listening to what we wanted and didn’t attempt to change our minds. Brandon worked with the financing company to get us the best rate and down payment! We plan on returning back in the next few months to purchase a four wheeler! They will forever have our business! Even though I was there for my friend and knowing I wasnt there to make a purchase, the staff still treated me as customer. Bought a used side by side from here. Not even a month later it had to go back in to have some issues fixed. Everything was covered through warranty. We’ve called almost every other day asking about when it will be done and ready for pickup and it’s always “yours is going into the shop next” or it’ll be ready in a week. It has been almost 4 MONTHS going through this with them and it, again, was suppose to be done today, so we called and it has yet to even be touched! NEVER WILL WE GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!

I went to buy a honda grom and had a great experience here. Mike was my sales rep and he was a huge help. It was delivered the next day for me to pick up from the store. Mike stayed with me to go over how the bike worked and answered every question I had, which made me feel very reassured. This is my first bike, so he stuck around and made sure that I understood the machine and could ride it before leaving. He gave me tons of tips such as how to defog my helmet, what my bike needed, and what it didnt. Very comfortable experience with the entire staff, cant go wrong coming here if youre looking to buy a bike.

Let me start by saying as a truck driver its not easy getting things done. Been looking for a pioneer 1000-5 deluxe for over a month and Dylan in sales was on it. Called me as soon as one hit the warehouse and I only had the weekend to get it purchased before heading out west on a load. They bring you around to meet everyone so you know who you are dealing with if you have any issues or need accessories. Bryan in parts was super cool and actually explained the parts that he offered as opposed to just hey get this it was more this is the options. Manny in finance was also really helpful and will dumb down anything you may not understand. I also have to say that when you buy anything from them you will get an in depth tour of your purchase and if the rep doesnt know an answer he will go and get someone who does know. Caleb was our internal sales guy while on site and very helpful with the whole final sale. These people actually will go out of their way to help you for sure. Will be back once I pay off our new pioneer.

Had 2 tires i purchased and had them installed with 2 new tubes on my Kawasaki KLR 650. After getting home i noticed i had small scratches on both rims, spoke to the service manager and he informed to bring it in for him to look at and he would take care of it. Rode up on a Tuesday and he inspected the rims. He then took care of my issue with the rims and i am one happy customer. My husband Wesley and I bought a practically brand new side by side rode it a hand full of times and had to bring it in for major repair to the clutches all which was covered under warranty. It’s been a back and forth fight trying to get answers about what was going on and most of the time no one would answer the service department phone. Was told it would be completed on a certain day and they would give us a call this went on for weeks I finally showed up at the business because I was told it was going to be ready to be picked up on that day only to find out it hadn’t even been started on. So I told them I wasn’t leaving this time without the machine and they told me it would only be 2 hours before completion, only to have been lied to again told it would be at least another 2 and a half hours on top of the original time promised probably closer to their closing time. I understand short staffed and other issues but they just constantly come up with excuses or just won’t answer at all I will never recommend or buy from this place again.

I have to say this dealership helped me out a lot with my 2007 Suzuki king quad 700. The parts person Kiersten is awesome, she was able to get the parts I needed as well as have a Mechanic come out and talk to me about my quad since it’s passed that years they will work on. Kiersten is by far great with making the orders work, in person are over the phone. Even though there is a dealership closer to me I will drive an hour and a half to ride now and have great customer service and a great parts person ( Kierston).

I called Ride Now Powersports in mid June looking for a Yamaha AR190 jet boat. I spoke to salesman Bill. He told me they had a 2021 that someone had made a deposit on but had changed their mind. Later in the day he contacted me and told me that there was one other person in front of me that he was unaware of who had made a deposit. He said he would get back in touch if the boat did not sell. On Wednesday, June 23, Bill called me again and told me they were unable to get in touch with the people who had made the deposit and so his manager told him: “just sell the boat to them [us].” I asked him for pricing information. He told me it was the MSRP plus destination fees and dealer prep. He also told me there was an upgraded stereo that had been ordered with the boat. Having done plenty of research on the boat, and after receiving quotes for preorders of the 2022 Yamaha AR190, I knew the Yamaha destination fee for a 19’ boat to be $1550 and the prep fees to be between $500-$1000. On Thursday, Bill sent me the link for the financing. I asked him if I had to use Yamaha financing and he replied, “I don’t know why you wouldn’t with rates at 2.99 depending on your credit.” My credit score is in the excellent range, so that was promising. I filled out the forms, and received an email from Jerome Robinson telling me they received the finance packet and would be reaching out to me soon. I didn’t hear anything, so I called Jerome. I asked him for information about the finance rate I received and he told me that he just answered the phones and would connect me to finance. The phone rang and rang - no answer. I called the main number and asked to be connected to finance. It rang and rang…no answer. I tried two more times and finally asked the lady who answered the phone why no-one was answering. She said they were very busy and asked what I needed so that maybe she could help me. I told her I was looking for information about my financing. She said she would connect me to a manager. I was on hold for a few moments before salesman Bill answered. I was confused…I knew he was not a manager. I explained to him the reason for my call and said I wanted to know my finance rate. He said, “finance does not share that because of privacy issues.” He said they would go over all of that when I arrived on Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday…my husband and I made the six hour drive to Jacksonville to pick up the boat. Imagine our surprise when a boat with an MSRP of 33,195 was priced at over 49,000. I wish I had taken a photo of the invoice, but was literally so baffled, that thought escaped me. The $1550 standard Yamaha destination fee was inflated to $4595, and the “prep fees” were $2595. There were additional fees, for example, the stereo system. They couldn’t even tell me what type of stereo system it was. The charge was over $2,000. Long story short, we walked away and made the long 6 hour drive home without a boat. I did text and call to ask for a copy of the invoice. After declining two of my phone calls, Bill finally picked up and told me they were not allowed to share invoices.Looking back at this, there were so many red flags that I ignored. This business does not practice with ethics. I am an intelligent person, and I was tricked. I am only glad that all I wasted was 12 hours of my time, and not thousands of my dollars.

On June 12, I had the pleasure to work with one of the best team at PowerSport at Gainesville FL, Mr. Eddie found the way to get me the right deal for the Yamaha I wanted and I do appreciate all the work he put in with his team!I’ll definitely recommend this store to anyone that’s looking for their new toy.

The salesman named Eddie went above and beyond anything I could think of everybody at this place was so nice I cant explain how nice these people AR.i got approved for a four wheeler at ridenow the bank wanted a little more money down than what I want to pay then I got approved through Polaris of Gainesville at the same time they wanted less but because of the people at Ridenow of Gainesville and one salesman in particular that took time out of his day to let some young kids that were riding by on a bike sit on some four wheelers and have some food and water thats the reason why I want with ridenow younger gentleman late 20s early 30s with a beard that sold me all the way all the people at Gainesville RideNow are excellent people

My son and I went in this past Saturday to purchase a Can AM Spyder. Our original sales person had a family emergency and the staff quickly set us up with Eddie. Even though he was working with another customer he excused himself and came to acknowledge us and directed us to the inventory. We ultimately purchased our product and was satisfied with the entire process. We went to the Jacksonville location the prior as thats our home city and everyone ignored us and we walked out. Customer service is what wins my business. Looking forward to my delivery.

Changing my review from 1 to 4 stars. The marketing team reached out almost immediately to ask how they could improve. The sales team and markets teams are both super helpful so I have no complaint on that end. i never had a chance to try out the maintenance dept because I was too embarrassed to go back and be around the employee responsible for my original 1 start review.I had originally posted a 1 start review due to a former employee talking to me in a very demeaning way. He told me he would wait till I gave a solid answer in the morning to say I wanted to buy the bike I was looking at and had test-riden. I said I was still on the fence and when I called first thing in the morning when they opened he told me he had already filed the paperwork with the bank. He then proceeded to tell me I should listening better an pay attention to what I sign because now that the papers were filed there was nothing he could do. Ridenow noticed that there were complaints about the employee and he left earlier this year.

Got the best service Ive ever got at any dealership from Lydia. Ill be there for my next bike eventually, and Ill be asking for her again.

Nathan and Jarrett were great to deal with when selling our side by side. They were fair, reasonable and worked quickly to make the process go smoothly.

Very nice. Kyle was very helpful and followed up on the sale made sure everything was fine. The spyder was new to me and they showed me every thing will use them again.

Took a outlander xmr 1000 to sell. Agreed on 13K sent detailed photos and confirmed everything before taking a 2 hour drive. In the end I was made a BS offer of 12k because the spark plugs were fouled. Get this $40 in plugs but $380 in labor besides the the fact that they said it needed a fuel pump (it doesn’t) and that the handle bars are bent (their not) I went home put some plugs in my self for 11 a plug done deal. The moral of the story I would not trust or do business at all with ridenow. Also I got asked if the atv was rolled like 10 times...no the atv was not “rolled”...and I did send detailed pics of any cosmetic damage so after doing all the paper work for the agreed sale value they back pedaled gave me a bunch of lies and would not honor their word. Oh yea did i mention almost 400 labor for plugs? Its not a v12 Ferrari. Don’t trust.

I don’t think these people are trustworthy. Tried to buy a $4000 motorcycle they were trying to gouge me almost $800 for document fee and license plate seems to be a bit outrageous bought a motorcycle it was worth more money and paid Half of that.
