I have been working for this company for 4+ years and every day I’m happy to go to work. It is safety oriented and has great benefits. I enjoy working with the team members from my department and different departments as well. I like that it has a lot of opportunities for growth, some times in short lapses of time.

Hydro of North Georgia is an excellent place to work. Pay is above average and medical benefits on day one of employment. Mentors, Supervisors and Management are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help you in any way needed. Safety is the number one priority for Hydro. Lots of on the job training and moving up the ladder is completely up to you and how comfortable you are with the jobs offered. I would recommend Hydro to anyone who is looking for long time employment and a friendly place to work.

Management needs more training on how not to harass employees or making threats.

Hydro, it is a good company, it has very good employees, I would recommend the following: first improve the pay hours a little more, the work is very heavy, Look for a way of how the staff that teaches the incoming staff, be cordial and friendly, when they are instructing him.

Very pleasant and informative onboarding process very thorough education of job skills very level-headed management and human resources department. Challenging Continental schedule but it grows on you.

I worked their for my entire 90 days I get injured at work got it confimed by 2 doctors then they proceed not to pay me at all while I was out. Then I got fierd and I am now losing my apartment because hydro is the worst place to work for anyone their management sucks I wish I could give a worse rating

Worst company I have ever worked for in my life the discriminated me because of my medical condition and didnt allow me to move to a better position but instead let me go with no explanation just horrible

“High intelligence” management!Going to Wood Ridge NJ and Newark DE they put first delivery in NJ and second in DE for no reason, just to spend extra $ 200 on tools and get late for second delivery which closes midday! And how overs wrote, sloooow, 5 hours for loading!!!

My man use to work here, the management’s could careless about their employees, giving there employees points when there are the ones sending there employees home, management don’t pay attention to there employees when it comes to taking breaks, especially when the employees that work 12hr shifts. And they take advantage of there employees when it come to there grading (work experience) paying them Still at the minimum wages.

Could care less about their employees. My husband been at this job for 26 years . Makes one mistake and out the door. Were everyone else gets a slap on the hand .All in who you know .

Managers are committed to caring for workers so that workers deliver results. At work we are all the same, you do not have to see any difference with anyone because they are a team and it works better

A FEW DAYS AGO I LEFT THAT PLACE, THE SUPERVISORS ARE A GOOD PERSON BUT THERE IS A NEGROGY ADDICT THAT WORKS IN A LOADER THAT IS A HP, AND THEY HAVE IT FROM LEADER GROUP, I LIVED HELL WORKING WITH THAT GARBAGE. AND BECAUSE OF NOT HAVING PROBLEMS I WENT OUT, SO IF YOU GO THERE, HAVE TO COME UP WITH EXCREMENTS LIKE THAT.

This company since many years ago they manage the same people of human resources ran to Martha of human memories was a woman rasizta and left ratera also. Belinda is in her place, which is the same trash that Martha now loves and a Puerto Rican named Luis Valencia is a garbage with the people there who run you for anything. Now they are using pure criminal ex-convict. And prisoners of the prison I disgust of. Company is already well burned that company not even that I am being paid 30 will return now many companies are paying better starting at 16 hr per day. There is a slavery for 13 dollars ewww
