Claudia is one of the most helpful employees. The store itself is good people are friendly and though the store is small dont underestimate it has good phones has good employees the whole package :) using my new phone its the best! Highly recommend

I went in seeking advice for my phone issues... Michelle was very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable when it came to taking care of my issues. She had an assertive manner toward finding the issue and was able to correctly and quickly make adjustments that not only fixed the problem I was aware of, but helped my device to begin immediately performing better in several areas. Gaffney Metro and Michelle have renewed my faith in great customer service and I would recommend their services to anyone in need.

Danny is simply the BEST. He is training an great crew there. They are ALWAYS friendly when Im there. Most definitely professional. Danny will take care of you hes never in an rush he takes his time to make sure your satisfied. 😁

Now that this store is under new managers i have loved going here for all my phone needs. The staff is very friendly and they seam to have everything you may need. Just got a Stylo 4 with a screen protector and case for a very low price. Ashly and Elena get 5 starts and a forever customer from this guy!! Keep up the good work MetroPCS!👌💯💪

Be prepared to spend some time in here especially if you are getting new service. Doesnt always have phones on display in stock and doesnt have accessories to go with most of the phones they sell. Also not a lot of knowledge about the deals or phones. The owner is the only one that seems to have it together, know whats going on and very knowledgeable and takes his time with his customer. One of the girls that works there is only interested in getting to leave if you are there 30 minutes before closing, hurries her work and acts like you are causing an inconvenience to her for being there. They never answer the phone when you call. Customer service could use improvement

If I could give 0 stars I would this is by far the Worst metro PCS store ever!!!! Asking questions about your phone and they cant even help you plus very very rude, went to another metro PCS store and they did everything and answered my questions, dont waste ur time find another metro PCS to go to because these people WONT help you
