Hands down the best around!!! This man spent 11 hours all day all at once to get me on the road quick. Not only honest but very hardworking and determined to not leave his customer stranded. I would highly recommend this mechanic especially for any single moms like myself who just needed to get on the road for work the next day. I appreciate his business and will definitely call him from now on. He talks you through everything and helps you understand what is going on with your vehicle. Very honest with his work.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was able to diagnose and fix the fuel system issue my vehicle was having which was causing it to not start. Saved me from having to get a tow! I was from out of state and he fixed the issue at my location all in one evening! Very thorough and honest. Showed me everything he looked at and replaced. Even took the time to explain things. Great value as well! I would highly recommend and will be utilizing his service if ever needed again.

Fletcher is a rare mechanic! Hes down to earth, real chill, pretty quick with the work, and is honest. He straight up tells you whats wrong and is even willing to show you step by step whats causing the issue and how to fix it. Theres no fixing things behind a shop door making you wonder. He does it all with you right there watching him. Hes always on call and is pretty decent on his prices compared to the big name shops. His shop may be small, but hes got all the tools you need to fix almost anything. I kept taking my vehicle to everyone in town looking for the cheapest price and unfortunately getting the cheapest work for it too. Until I finally gave up and my friend told me about Fletcher. Within minutes he gave me a diagnostic of whats really wrong with my van. And it was a lot longer list than I expected but thats why I trust him. He shows me the proof and always backs up his work with quote papers, receipts and does a customer profile so we have the record of all the work hes done on the vehicle. 10/10! My only mechanic from now on!

Fletcher came out and did an awesome job on our vehicle. He worked hard in the heat to make sure he had everything done, Very professional and wanted to go the extra mile. I went to Fletcher thinking that I needed a new thermostat, and turns out I needed a new sensor instead. Had I not gone to Helping Hands I would have without a doubt had my time wasted and spent more money than necessary. Fletcher is not only honest, but hard working and does his best to get the job done quickly and to the best of his abilities. 10 out of 10 would recommend him for your car needs. 🙂

My mother-in-laws car broke down yesterday evening while driving from NC to GA. We called tow trucks, etc. and none were available, then we lucked out and found Fletcher / Helping Hands and I dont know what we wouldve done without him. When Fletcher heard MILs was literally broken down in the road, he headed straight to her to help her get her car to a safe place and immediately went to work. He clearly explained what was wrong to my MIL (and my husband who was on the phone), identified how to fix it and bought the replacement parts. He was able to get her car working again and she got back on the road and got home safely last night. If it hadnt been for Fletcher, my MIL and her car would still be stuck off the highway in SC. Thank goodness for Helping Hands. Hopefully we wont need Fletchers help again (no offense!) but want anyone local- or passing by this part of SC- to know about his service. Thank you!!!

My car stopped on me 700 miles from home. Fletcher went above and beyond staying with me for several hours to help ensure I made it back to Georgia. He is knowledgeable and funny! He made a terrible situation bearable by adding his own humor, replacing the nervousness I was feeling being so far from home, but Fletcher made me feel at ease and took time out to explain details about my car that will come in handy in the future. He even texted to make sure I made it home.😊 If you want a honest, trustworthy mechanic...Fletcher is your guy!!

I just bought a battery on Thursday and it died on Saturday and knew that my alternator went out . I called MULTIPLE people and everyone gave me the run around. Fletcher answered and was here with in an hour. He does great honest work and went above and beyond . He was a life saver especially since it was a Saturday and all shops were closed. My first time using helping hands but he will most definitely be my mechanic from now on. Very professional, has all the computers for diagnostics and once again HONEST.

5/29/2020Fletcher was great! On time, fast, and took time to explain everything to me. Cleaned up and even offered to pick up the replacement parts for me from Autozone. I called Thursday, got the first appointment Friday 9am and he diagnosed the problem within the first few minutes. He called and purchased the parts, he picked them up and had everything installed by 10:30. Thank you so much! Looking forward to working with you again (but hopefully not ;)Tina White

I would most definitely recommend calling Fletcher when you need ANY of the services he offers. He is knowledgeable and if he cant resolve your issue himself he most likely knows someone that can and doesnt hesitate to get them involved.

I was introduced to Fletcher through my daughter. Fletcher worked on her van and told me to have him look at mine. He came to my house and looked everything over and figured out the problem and saved me from spending money on something I didnt need. I highly recommend Fletcher.
