Good location. Very clean and well organized. All of the staff was very polite. I purchased paint for a bedroom and wasn’t sure what kind I needed or how much. The associate “Guy”, talked with me about it and answered all my questions. He suggested I purchase a second gallon but I did not at the time. When I went back, he remembered me and gave me the sale price even though the sale had ended. I did purchase the the best quality paint (my idea) and it is an excellent paint. I had to paint flat chocolate brown with a light blue and it covered beautifully with two coats. This is my go to place for paint from now on.

I came in and was assisted by Whitney. The young lady is superb and knows her paint and accessories that I will need to get my project done. Everything was seamless since she is a product expert.I love when an associate is efficient, bright, and knowledgeable.Whomever hired her did a fantastic job. Not a good experience with sales people. Not satisfied with paint color. Didnt use paint they mixed. Went to Lowes to purchase SherWilliams paint and the color was perfect. Like SW paint but wont go to that store ever again.

One employee was very unfriendly when assisting me. She made me feel very unimportant. Some of the paint that I bought was very thin and did not cover the walls. It was going to take over 4 coats to cover my walls. We had to go to a different paint company in order to get a good quality paint that covered my walls in 2 coats (the exact same color). I hate to leave a bad review but this was my latest experience. I was very disappointed because I have felt very confident in the past concerning them. Very disappointed at this time.

I love the paint, but everytime I go into the store on Rainbow Drive, I wait at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges me. Last time I stood at the counter and a young man was waiting on a customer, a young lady walked in and began to help the young man with his customer, while totally ignoring me. That has happened several times at that location. Please at least acknowledge my presence, and let me know you are aware I am standing right there and I am as important as any other customers that walks into your store.

When purchasing paint from SW, you can trust the color to come out correctly. When going to Lowes, I have had paint tinted that looked totally different from the paint swatch.

Order was ready when I arrived and brought to my vehicle by an employee.

The salesman Nicholas, treated me like I didnt know what I wanted, even though I told him white exterior paint for my porch posts and rails 3 times. I felt almost like an inconvenience. Spent $252 at this visit. Will probably have my husband take it back and get a refund just because of how I was treated and go to Lowes.

My local store was spooky and deserted looking, took forever for a bored looking young man to wander out of a back room to greet me. He had absolutely no knowledge of concrete stain, I see why it was so deserted. Such a solid old company, too bad poor customer service can ruin it. My local benjamin moore decorator store is awesome, and my local Lowes is very very helpful
