The staff is so friendly! I called twice back to back (I forgot to ask her something) and the girl that answered was friendly both times. I went in the store the next day and that girl was really nice and helpful. They greet you when you walk in the door and will always help with anything you need. Highly recommend

Friendly and fast. This was my first time in this store. FedEx majorly messed up at least three packages for our household in the past year. UPS has not yet messed up anything we have sent or received in my lifetime.

I have used the Amazon return service at this UPS facility several times. They are always very courteous and friendly, and I am usually only there for a couple of minutes. They have this down to an art. Shout out to Ashley and Danielle!

Went in with Comcast equipment and said I’m sending it back to them. They took it and scanned it and gave me the tracking numbers. Super easy and fast. I was there maybe a minute

Woman who assisted me was very helpful and thoughtful. She offered a discount That I would not have thought of to ask about. The items that I shipped were carefully packed and wrapped. They were all delicate items. Great job and reasonable price.

Went in to the store because i needed to ship a fragile and expensive gift across the country. The girl at the counter was super insightful. Really knew what she was doing. I definitely recommend this place!!

Great staff - super friendly! Was so easy to send my returns to Amazon, even without a box for my items.

They keep a very clean store and go over everything you need to know so you can make an informed decision. Very funny and welcoming people - glad they are in town!
