Friday I called to have mother’s bedside commode replaced because the one “she qualified” for is made for the size of a child.....Amanda says Jeremy will call you by the end of the day.....and get you a replacement and you can pay the upgrade......Today I just get off the phone by someone called Katie who after she leaves me on hold for 5 minutes comes back and says the reason Jeremy didn’t call you is because paperwork needs to be done plus a lot more but I wouldn’t allow her to speak over me......No one cares that our elderly aren’t pieces papers! No one cares that mother isn’t able to use the bathroom! So called Katie will reap what she sowed this morning because God is good and vengeance is his and if something happens to mother we know who is at fault!It is time for all this people who get so offended to start getting offended at real things...... since paper is so importantI will start the paper trail now.......

Drove 45 minutes to this store because they advertised CPAP supplies. Then when I arrived to pick up a new head strap for my face mask, they told me they could not sell me one without a prescription. PUT THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE BEFORE PEOPLE WASTE TIME AT YOUR STORE! I see now why you have a less than 2 rating.

We have had the best experience ever in purchasing a power wheelchair for our daughter. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend them. They were on top of things from the first visit to the last and kept us informed all along the way. They truly go above and beyond and make sure you are a part of the process.

If Joan owns this store she needs to fire herself! Rude is an understatement and she seemed really irritated that I asked a question! If I have to go out of state, Ill never buy a band-aid from nasty Joan.

Staff not very friendly. Lady who assisted me, never got out of her chair. Told me where the products were located, and that I could go ahead and be looking at them. Did have to get up and go to the back and get the product, once I had made a decision. The impression I got was they had rather not be bothered with customers. Not customer oriented at all. I would suspect the store needs proper management.

I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly and my husband and I enjoyed the freedom to browse the store to see what they had when and if the time comes the time comes that we should need any of those items and they were very informative about the items my doctor sent me there for.

Very rude. I called to ask if they carried a certain product and Joan was extremely rude, didnt even chech just saidNO. If i could give less than 1 star i would!

Ther is always one.you find very unfriendly and I found that one yesterday.trying to find a hi low drive shaff for daughters hospital bed.the lady was justNasty.but I forgive her.dont really know what kind of day she was having.

I went through them to get a power wheelchair and I didnt get the chair I needed plus they didnt service the warranty either so anybody wanting a wheelchair I suggest going somewhere else this is the worst chair I have ever used I wasnt measured right its to small and will nearly turn over goings down a ramp so wish I yall better luck
