Today I went there with my friend, he wanted to sell a few games and a console. Also I wanted to get a refund due to a game that didn’t worked. The workers didn’t cared about us, one of them went outside smoking cigarettes and watched videos in front of us. The other one refused to test a game when my friend and I had to find a game when my refund policy wasn’t like when I can actually get my money back. It was the reason why I needed the refund in the first place, it wasn’t worth $15.99 at all. And she expected us to take a game that might “worked.” Also she bought 2 games for $1, they were in good condition and she didn’t even tested them. My friend tested all of his stuff for this moment and they treated us like if we were gonna scam them. But they wouldn’t buy the rest of his stuff and say “This is an underrated console” since when did she cared about electronics and our experience. It doesn’t matter if the console is underrated, at least it’s in good condition and can be necessary to families that are going through financial issues. The entire experience made it so hard to deal with when we could actually get my refund and the workers buy my friend’s games and console with more value (at least $10-20).

Small store but with a pretty good selection of games depending on what youre looking for. They sell second hand items so if you need a game or controller for an older system like PS3, check this place out first. The staff is super helpful. If you cant find what you need here, they can usually direct you to the right store

If you go there while Carrie or Lex is there, your experience will be great!! Both of them are extremely nice, professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I do a lot of business there because of them two.

Not a very big selection of games and had no consoles available besides an Xbox 1. I like they have older games but no good variety.

I go here regularly as I prefer this place to any other game shop. My only complaint is that it doesnt offer new games... I understand that its a trade based shop.

The staff is friendly, but not overly friendly. They know their clientele and that most of us dont want to make small talk and say, no thanks, Im just looking. But when you do need help or have a question, they know their stuff and are more than happy to fill you in. Wide selection of games for any console you have, and and genre of movie or TV show you can think of. The prices vary a lot, so some of their stuff is the best price around and other stuff is... not. But none of it is over the top.They also sell vape supplies, but these are also not the lowest prices around.

Always find blu rays and dvds that are fairly priced

They change their return/refund policy depending on whether they like you or not. Literally got told different policies 3 days in a row. Only go if you are looking to BUY games/movies. They have good prices. But if you want to sell there are a hundred better places. Just dont bother trying to return anything, even if it is the next day and you still have the receipt.

Had an awful experience here one time. The younger girl that works there was extremely impatient with me to the point where even the young guy working with her looked intimidated. Also their selection of games is usually pretty awful.Love the other lady that works there, though, such a sweetheart! :)

I went in for vape supplies. If I hadnt been in a hurry I would have just walked out. They charge twice the price of other shops and three times the price online. Thats a no for me. I gave them two stars because the place was clean, seemed well organized and the lady working got me checked out quickly and was very nice.

Very nice employees and helpful. Give good store credit for my used games and movies and are very fair. Great selection of new and used things, lots of movies and used retro games from any game console old and new.

Very empty store with minimal selections in vintage gaming systems. Was looking for an SNES controller, they had none. The store is also visually unappealing and empty.The two employees on duty were playing a Nintendo Switch when I walked in. I was basically ignored after asking if they had any controllers. I walked around the store a bit and on my way out of the door told them to have a great day - no response from them. Very poor experience.

Prices for games and DVDs are not so bad. Some of their items are ridiculously priced, such as Nintendo games and TV show DVD sets. This place operates like most other privately owned buy/sell game stores like it.They gouge you on the price they will purchase your items to turn around and re-sell them for over double what they paid you. They dont mention anything about NO CASH REFUNDS except for on the receipt, after youve already spent your money. Thats no kind of return policy. Thats not a return policy at all.

Replays is a used media store that gets the majority of their inventory from local customers. The prices are always great and the staff arent just clerks, theyre all gamers who are very knowledgeable. Whenever Im looking for a rare movie or game theyre the first place I call.Oh and if you need to unload stuff for cash I HIGHLY recommend coming here before a pawn shop or the other game store in town (hint: its Gamestop) because they always give more!

I bought a xbox one s from here and it smells just like a vape. First off vapes is water vapor and that is not where good for any of the consoles or games. Ive been going to replays for years but Im not anymore until they get rid of the vapes. Thanks
