I had been searching for a sectional for months and FINALLY found one here. The staff and managers are amazing and went above and beyond to help me out.Will be going back for my other furniture needs for sure!!Thanks for everything ❤️

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The staff is so friendly, fun and helpful. I will buy the rest of my furniture from them. I highly recommend for anyone and everyone to go to overstock. The prices are great and you just can’t beat the service you get from the staff.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Awesome prices for furniture but no warranty on any piece except a few mattresses. The manager even returned my phone call. Look forward in doing business with them They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with a smile and a cheerful heart

Best Experience Ever!!! Once I entered the door, Maria spoke to me and made me feel comfortable. She assisted me with questions, and even showed me the latest inventory. Not only did I get a great price on my items, but delivery was fast too (nxt day).I was blown away from her customer service. It was 4 other customers in the store including myself, and she managed to attend to all of us!! She gave attention to each one of our questions! Ive never saw anything like it!! I was sold, not only did I purchase my bedroom suite, but I plan on returning for my guest bedroom next! Shop here..its so worth it!

I just wanted to take the time to come here and brag on Michael. We have purchased 3 items from Overstock in the past year or so and we only want to work with Michael. We have spoken to other employees in the past and they just cant compare to him!! We came in one day and he was not working so we left and came back when he was!! We even braught our grand babies in with us and he was able to sell us a beautiful bedset all while keeping them entertained and laughing! Wow! We have never experienced such amazing customer service like this before. He is always friendly and knows exactly what to say. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF! He is able to answer any question we have ever had on any type of furniture. We are highly impressed with Michael and we most definitely will be back!! Our daughter and her husband are looking for a new house and they want to furnish it as well. We will be sending them to Overstock to see Michael!!

We are so happy there is an Overstock in Gadsden now! So many great prices and friendly staff! Especially Mike! He helped us with an amazing set. He even went the extra mile and called to other locations to see if they had the tide table we wanted. WOW!!! We are so pleased with everything. He answered all of our questions and was so kind and friendly. We are excited to redo our basement as we will be back to Overstock to add more pieces to our home!

Unprofessional from the store manager to the head store manager I purchased two bedroom sets, the day I went to pick up my BEDS the guys broke it...yes BROKE my bed and then to top it off they only loaded one bed now let me say I live in Birmingham and this store is located in Gasden, so i had to make an extra trip because they dont deliver. Ive called the store manager to ask how are they going to address the issue..no help!! Ive also called the head store manager..no answer. FYI their merchandise does not carry warranty.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
