Ive never had a problem, always nice and friendly, and best prices for my meds.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS treats me like Im important to them and they ALWAYS do whatever they can to make sure that my prescriptions are filled on time. If there are ever any problems, they have it worked out before I ever arrive. Most places slowed down and had issues since the covid crisis. However, walmart pharmacy, in Gadsden specifically, somehow improved on their service and I just know that I wont have to worry about anything when it comes to my prescriptions. It is every employee ranging from the pharmacist to the tech and cashier. Thank you! God bless you and your family!

There is no management or guidance of the employees. They are out of control with rudeness and absolutely zero customer service skills. With just a little effort, this pharmacy could be great. Honestly, they think if they are rude, then people will stop coming to the pharmacy and then they could just stand around doing nothing.10/30/2020If I could lower it below 1 star, I would. My medications were ordered and paid for, on the website. This happen 10/23/2020. Pharmacy was supposed to Fed Ex my 5 prescriptions to my home less than 10 minutes away because I have medical problems driving. Anyway, I called Tues and was told by Sarah, the meds should be there by Wed 28th. I then called on 29th and was told there was another problem with Fed Ex and they would be there the next day (today). Well today it is 3 pm and there is no Fed Ex package of my medicines that I need. I tried to explain this to the Pharmacist, Michelle. I thought she might be educated and actually have feelings about other people that are going through problems due to their lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE. At the least, they should have called me to explain. She got very angry and before hanging up, starting yelling “oh my God, I can’t believe... I just hung up, but I felt like I needed to let her know know she should say stuff like that without hanging up. I have copies of my medicines being ordered on 10/23/2020 and Fed Ex tracking number being created on 10/26th. It is 10/30th, and I still don’t have the medicine I need. I pray no one there ever has to go through what I go through with them.

I call in a medication at 12:47pm told to pick it up in 1.5 hours. Go to pick it up and they have no record of me calling to fill it. Phones are hard to get through. Total rubish.

Multiple times didnt fill the prescription and blamed the Doctors. Multiple times did not refill the needles with the prescription for Insulin sq. Changed to the Wal Mart Pharmacy in Attalla. Its a 32 miles around trip from my home but I feel safer using them, they are friendly and not rude. If I questioned a prescription at the East Gadsden Wal Mart Pharmacy I was treated as if I was bothering them even if they filled the prescription wrong. I need to add that most of the prescriptions were for other family members and now Ive been on hold at the East Gadsden WalMart for 16 minutes waiting to verify a prescription for a terminally ill relative.

I changed pharmacies after using Walmart Pharmacy on Meighan for a few years. Every now & then, youll get one of them that actually wants to help, but most of them act like they HATE their job & the customers. Its as if Im wasting their time with any question I have. AND, I think they believe their faces will crack if they have to smile. Come on people!! There are others out there that have things going on in their lives that are probably WAY worse than what youre experiencing! Try a smile! Youll be amazed at how a smile can brighten someone elses day along with yours!!!

Was supposed to have my prescription filled before July 1st. They just filled it on July 3rd....

Pharmacist extremely helpful. Techs however are rude, do not answer questions, and do not work efficiently. Sat in line at drive thru pharmacy for over 30 mins. Claims only one working but spoke with pharmacist & two other employees?

This place is on unbelievable you order you medicine they dont fill it, Then you come pick it up and I tell you you didnt order it you come-back to pick it up couple days later, Then I tell you theyre out and I have to order it I came back 2 days later and say I need a authorization then I come to pick it up after talking to my doctor to get the authorization, But guess what thats not what they needed! They needed a new perscription because we were out of refills ? And each person wants to blame it on another person and I ask why dont you just call us and tell us that you didnt have it s or you need an authorization ?

They are The Worst Pharmacy ! They play with peoples prescriptions & they think everything is so funny ! People are sick and need their medicine, they should be ashamed of themselves & treat people with respect & dignity. All they care about is their self and collecting a paycheck!

Rude customer service

On multiple times they said my script had not been called in .I work for the doctor and was right there when it was called in .They are also very rude .Not to mention excessively long wait times
