3 negative experiences is enough.The first was on a part that was ordered (PRE COVID DELAYS) that was not delivered as promised. The second one was a repair quote that was substantially higher (50% higher) than other reputable shops with certified personnel that correctly and timely performed the repair (with a guarantee). Today I was quoted the same price TWICE on something and then the price was raised when I was about to buy it. I dont think it was intentional but its not ok as a business practice and it lowers customers feeling of trust and confidence. Not to mention that it wastes people time. There are too many other shops, dealers and options out there to deal with this place.I also see that on all negative reviews, that management responds with an excuse. Id expect nothing less than a deflection in response. Perhaps the readers will see this when they check the other reviews.

I purchased a sxs from the Gadsden location and purchased through Hunter. Was a great experience overall and I would highly recommend Hunter as your sales guy, also Chris was very helpful and professional throughout the buying process. No complaints here, I will most certainly be shopping here in the future.

I was on a trip from Dallas back to Philly and I had a problem with my chain on my ZX10 and I was still 12 hours away from home, but the service department got me right in even with them being busy and got my chain fixed up in a timely matter and the customer service part of it was amazing and everyone was beyond helpful and nice! I bought a 2021 Honda Rincon ATV from SpeedZone Motorsports in Gadsden. I was looking for one for several weeks, and didnt see it in stock on any nearby dealers website so I figured Id have to order it. I drove to Gadsden AL on a Saturday to see what would be involved in getting one on order. I went inside and was looking around and after a few minutes, Hunter Williams asked me if he could help. Hunter checked their computer and it turned out they had one in stock. He explained all of the warranty and service options. They made me a good deal on it with an extended warranty so I bought it. It was a great buying experience... no pressure. There were no surprises when I got to the finance room. The price Hunter quoted was exactly what I paid to the penny. I didnt have my trailer with me, so I arranged to pick it up on the following Tuesday.Hunter sent me a text early Tuesday AM and let me know he wasnt able to meet me on Tuesday due to a family emergency, but that they would all take good care of me when I got there. When my son and I got there that afternoon, they were expecting us. They gave us a special pen so that my son and I could sign their wall which had hundreds of other signatures of first-time buyers. I got the tour of the parts and service department.The Honda Rincon ATV is smooth.. rides great.Great experience.. low pressure.. no surprises.. good price.. friendly people. Save yourself the money and trouble and check around other dealers first. Was about to purchase a 2018 RZR from this location last week and got a bad feeling about the overall experience. The unit was used and had been on its side a few times when I arrived and looked it over. They wanted 23,999 for the used unit but also wanted to charge me 499$ for service on the unit although it was a trade in and as a dealer it’s a cost you should be willing to eat to make a deal but this place won’t budge on their overpriced units. The total price out the door was 25,473$ I believe. It was very close to 25,500$ I decided to hold off and call a few other dealers and found a 2021 turbo XP for 26,010$ out the door with a ton of add ons and accessories. ( stage 5 ProBox roof, front and rear windshields, front and rear add on bumpers, rock slides and aftermarket 32 inch off road wheels and tires). Shoals outdoor sports has been amazing. It’s a little drive from Gadsden about 120 miles but is well worth it to save you the trouble and the frustration of being ripped a new one.

Just wanted to stop in and talk about what a great experience I had with Chris and his team at Speedzone. I had been looking for a CRF110 for my niece which was planned to be a xmas present this year. However CRF110 have been extremely hard to get ahold of. I called around to almost every dealer near Atlanta and also many in the surrounding states with absolutely no luck. I got a call from Chris on Dec 23 telling me a truck full of Honda bikes just arrived with a new CRF110. I told him to hold it for me and would be there on xmas eve. Did the 2.5 hr drive out to his dealership and was greeted by friendly faces and great customer service. Did our paperwork and waited a little for them to PDI the bike before loading it up and heading back. Great dealership and looking forward to the next bike I buy with them. Thanks again guys!

Emailed to ask about 2 UTVs in stock. No response so I drove 35 miles to talk in person. UTVs were still in stock online. When I got to the store, both were sold. I was told both were sold more than a week ago. Staff was unapologetic. I just moved to the area and will be replacing three ATVs and UTV that i sold. Will not be back to Speedzone. Suggestion-update your website so you do not waste other people’s time.

Had a great experience at speedzone. My wife and I went to buy an atv on a Saturday so they were very busy, but Tony our salesman was still very attentive to us despite being so busy. He made sure all our questions were answered and that we got exactly what we wanted. Because he had several other customers ahead of us, we were there for a while waiting for financing. He even bought us pizza because we were there so long. He also introduced us to the parts and service department personnel which was very helpful. One of there delivery drivers was out so he delivered our new Honda rancher himself. Will definitely be doing business with speedzone in the future.

Went twice to check out Spyders and both times there were none on show room floor. Too lazy to assemble and not interested in sales. Leaving them in crates.

My husband had already called days before we went and had all the financing done and had even put down the down payment over the phone. All we had to do was sign papers. We drove 2 hours to get there and had to wait for over 3 hours just to sign papers. He was told when we first got there that 2 people were ahead of him. Their were people coming in after we did and leaving before us.

DO BUSINESS HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! So recently (last week) my girlfriend and her mother went to purchase an ATV. We had to call 3-4 days straight to even get clearance before going to SpeedZone we stay 3 hours away. We did not want to go to SpeedZone for no reason hence is why we had to call repeatedly. Long story short, we got clearance to come on in, got there and got approved, paid the deposit. For the particular ATV that we wanted and we were told that it was only one in the crate and we had to pay a deposit to hold it and that it has to be put together. After that, we were told that someone would call to arrange a date so they could deliver the ATV with the paperwork to us. We paid the deposit and days went by and we did not receive an update like we were told. We had to constantly call and call to see what was going on. Then we finally get told that they do not have the ATV (EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY SAID THAT THEY DID!) that we want to purchase. The sale manager Chris I believe is his name lied to us, and so did Tony the salesperson. We asked for our deposit back they do not want to give it up because they are still so call looking for the ATV. This company is BS they lie, they have poor customer service and they have poor communication skills.

Recently purchased a new Can Am Spyder and Colton was great to work with. He was relatively new and apologized numerous times for having to ask others for answers to my questions but he took good care of me during the transaction and even missed lunch. The service department is great and have used them a number of times. Only downside is the distance I have to travel to get there. 😉

UPDATE: 2 days later...I got call that it was being looked at, today I was called and told it was ready for pickup. Hopefully everything can a bit smoother next time. I think had I been told it would be 2 weeks up front Id have been a little more understanding.Right now Im torn and this could become a 4 or 5 star. I did MASSIVE research in the entire state of Alabama on 4 Wheeler prices and kept coming up with the best prices being here. So...I pulled the trigger and bought a slightly used (2016) 4 Wheeler at $6500ish. Everything about the purchase experience was amazing. I purchased the extended warranty and speedpass for future maintenance on it. Fast forward 2 months....Ive put about 8 hours on the 4 Wheeler and it starts leaking an oily fluid like the Titanic. I dropped off the 4 Wheeler on Sat Aug 11th and as of today 22nd, they havent even looked at it. I just bought this thing 2 months ago, its not a 6 yr old machine. When I dropped it off noone told me it might be 2 weeks before they could look at it much less fix it. Ive got family coming in for the labor day weekend and its paramount I have it to get them shuttled around my property. Hopefully in the next few days I get something from them on a time line. I hate this is happening, my future plans are to spend upwards of $15,000 on a machine for my farm, I hope this isnt a systemic problem.

Nice salesman, very slow service, bad pricing, charged $700 more than competitors. Tried to rip us out of $3000. They had to put one together so we had it delivered, without all the parts, and the ones delivered was still in the boxes for us to put on, no manual, and minor damages. Now they are wanting us to come pick up parts they failed to deliver. Also have to take back to re build and put on parts they failed to put on. Very unsatisfied! Had it to do over again we would drive the 2 hours to get what we wanted in the first place with a much better quote! The fault is ours, as we should have just walked away! Saying all of this for you to do your research!!!!

Tried emailing two times about two different Honda Pioneers they showed to have on their website. I work 6 am to 6 pm and it is difficult for me to be on my phone while at work. So with that said, emailing works best for me. I even left my number but never had a missed call or voicemail from them. Now looking at their reviews, I doubt they even have what I was inquiring about anyways. This is the day of internet sales. Get with the times. You need to take all inquires seriously and make sure your website is updated every day to show what you actually have on hand. I wanted to give you the opportunity to do business with me but I will be taking my business to another dealership that might actually respond.Response to your reply:I inquired about a Honda Pioneer on your website on 4-28-20 which is a Tuesday. Great great service! We were riding at top trails and had a accident. Broke a few parts so we contacted Melissa and the staff and they went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Highly! Recommend them! Definitely more to it than just a sale to them. Heck we didn’t even buy the machine from them! Great group of people. When I go to buy another one it’ll be from them.
