I called about new tires. They guy that answered the phone told me to call back when you get the tire size instead of looking up my vehicle. So, i just called another place to get my tires are oil change. They aint worth talking or dealing with.Update after the business responded: I just went some where else and bought tires, and had my oil changed. This post was about how a business can loose a customer completely. You cant fix it with words. I took my $1200 elsewear.

I live in Tennessee about 3 hours away an my regular place couldn’t get me in an was gonna over charge me. So while I was down in AL found this place right here got me in an out the same day an my car runs great! They don’t play, great service. I think his name is Henry, an he’s the best. I definitely will be coming back

Justin was phenomenal! I needed an oil change on my Equinox and he was beyond helpful! Went above and beyond. Decent pricing as well. I always use express!

Friendly service, they explain any problems that they find. We had a tire that needed to be replaced. An employee brought the tire into the waiting area and showed us why it couldnt be repaired because the nail was to close to the side wall.

Everyone in town said they were booked for weeks to install an alternater on my 04 Cadillac CTS sport.... Went to express... Had it worked in and done in two days ..... Absolutely recommend... They do alot more than oil and tires !!!!!!

This place needs to be what others model themselves to be like. The level of professionalism and politeness was outstanding! We were passing through and had some pulleys and a belt break. They had the parts in stock and were done with this, oil change and air filter change in just over an hour!

Great service. Dont even have to get out of your car for an oil change. Friendly staff. About 45 bucks for them to change your oil and check most of your fluids. Definitely worth it. Will always come here.

We used to like it. However, the last time I went there, they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the front right side of my 3500 Ram. Had to drive/limp back to be told that sometimes on Dodges the lug nuts will loosen up! BS!! Not all right lugs would come loose at the same time! Yall forgot to tighten and check them! Also had them change my serpentine belt. And, the next day my water pump froze up and took out the new belt. Coincidence...... maybe?? But, we will NOT be going back! And, we had been getting our oil changed, new tires, and some engine work on our Jag. Along with our other vehicles. NO MORE!!!!!!!!!

Do not use this place if you want your car to continue to run. They left the oil filter loose so the oil completely leaked out of the engine plus they didnt even use the right weight oil in my vehicle. After charging $170 for a fuel filter air filter and oil change! Im lucky I went to another shop to have new exhaust put on my vehicle today or my car would be dead.
