This establishment did work on one of my vehicles and did not fix the true problem. I ended up spending more money at a different shop to get it fixed. Over charging and not diagnosing the problem to begin with was costly and not needed, they should have said they did not know what was wrong. When talking with management they were very unprofessional! Sad that companies can’t be trusted to not take advantage of people!

This is a first class operation when it comes to mechanic shops. Competitive pricing with trust worthy service. When it comes to this type of business you definitely get what you pay for and in my experience sometimes your lucky if you get what you pay for. Especially when it comes to dishonest mechanics and high profit dealerships. This is a operation that will shoot you straight.

Seemed very honest didnt try to push unnecessary parts to gain monies. Car ran perfectly no lights on dash, would highly recommend.

Not open on saturdays. Didnt reset my oil change warning. Prices are getting higher and they dont tell you cost till its done. You go in expecting a $35 oil change and its $52. Girl says...oh your filter is a little more expensive. ........could have told me ahead of time.

Had given A1 a 5 star review, but am now going to revise it just a little bit .I have had to bring my truck back to them three different times on brake work they had done for me .I spent over 2500.00 to have a complete brake job done on my truck .The first time I brought it back was back in July of last year .I had all that work done then 4th of July, I was driving it and the back brakes locked up on it .That time it was due to Baker Tire putting the wrong Master cylinder in it when they had done some work on the truck .Brought it back to them and they fixed it at some cost to me because of some parts it needed . The second time I brought it back, the master cylinder lid and brake line distribution block was leaking brake fluid .They fixed it under warranty work, then the last time I brought it back, the brakes had completely failed on the truck .They had it towed in and the master cylinder had gone bad so again they fixed it under warranty . .A1 is VERY good to honor their warranty work and let you know what is going on . Here was one little qualm I had was attention to detail, they had left some parts under the hood of my truck and did not completely fill the master cylinder after they did the warranty work on my truck .I had to go to my regular mechanic and he filled it .Therefore, this is the reason I have revised my review
