Had an amazing experience at the Gadsden auto center. I had to call the store to get help at the auto center but after that it only took them 30 minutes to repair my tire. Thanks I know your techs are overworked and don’t get enough thanks for the good jobs they do. Thanks Walmart

Fast oil change. In and out.

I purchased 4 new tires in March 2020. After driving my car for 2 days the tires were riding really bad. I checked my tire pressure and 4 tires were set at different numbers. After I got out to look at the tires I noticed something wasnt right. I called Corporate and they assured me that they will do whatever necessary to make it right. When it was time to take my car back to be fixed they were shut down due to Covid. I still havent been able to take my car because theyre still closed. A total waste of my time & money. I will never do business with them again.

We were camping in Gadsden and got a nail in one of our truck tires. We arrived at 7:45 AM, with nobody in line ahead of us. It took them an hour and 15 minutes just to do a tire repair. The gentleman who checked us out told me that they probably shouldnt have assigned us the slowest guy here to do your repair. Its 9:03 and we are finally pulling out of the driveway. They were nice but its crazy that a 15 minute job took this long.

Cheapest oil change in town!

Took two hours to get a new valve stem and the next morning the tire was flat. Guess they just slapped a new one in and never checked for leaks. Generally a leaking valve stem at the rim gets cleaned up at a quality tire shop

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your money here. 3 hrs to change 1 tire. No one stayed working in the bay. Literally saw the guy working on it walk to talk to people and grab a snacks several times..

I will be sure to NEVER buy my tires here again. I will be finding somewhere else that carries my size. It is insane that I have had to purchase 6 tires here since March 2018 all at full price because they claim the tires are bald and the $10 road hazard wont cover. How can tires bought in March be bald in September when there has been NO long distance driving?!? And HOW was my flat tire inflated when it wouldnt hold air and was sitting on the rim when I arrived with it in the back of my car?! I couldnt even get the gentleman who claimed my tires were bald to even speak to me face to face or tell me what he did to my tire!!! Incredibly unprofessional! Incredibly rude! Then charge me $10 for road hazard I didnt want it on the tire I had to pay full price for anyways!? Worse experience at a Wal-Mart EVER.

This past weekend I ordered online ( $50.00 savings off the in store price) a set of tires and had the auto center install them on my wifes Envoy at the Wal-Mart of Gadsden. I was greeted quickly by the service writter. I was told up front that the wait time was several hours. Told again by the service manager, told about the road hazard, lifetime rotate and balance, new valve stems, tire disposal fees, I was told to bring the truck back in 50 miles to recheck the lugnut torque, etc. They covered all the bases. I was called at home to verify blackwall out, right? This is good service in my opinion, and best of all--the wife is happy with her new tires and Im happy if shes happy. Keep up the good work you guys!

Horrible . Needed one tire and brought the rim to Walmart . Ive been sitting here for an hour and a half and Im the only one here .James the technician keeps walking out from the back and walking outside talking then coming back in.Im literally the only one here and need a tire put on rim. This is ridiculous worst experience Ive ever had and by staff that could care less a child is out here crying wanting to go home .I suggest you tell James to do his job and stop talking to women on the clock if .He does it again before I leave, because Im here now Ill post pictures . This is insane and I will never do business here again .Guess what guys ? 2 hours later james gave me the wrong tire bought a Goodyear got El cheapo. Now the managar and the girl at the counter ? They were perfect . The man he needs retraining at best re careered at worst .

Slowest possible oil change two hours and more for a thirty minute job.got my car and left.lowes. Service center thirty five minutes with diognostic service.walmart employee or slow and lazy.walmart losing money on service bay.no more than one employee working at any time if at all.

Sat in line for over 35 minutes while the slowest woman alive took her sweet time getting to the 3 people in line to get oil changes. That is completely unacceptable. I normally use the Attalla Walmart Auto Center, but I decided to attempt this one today because I was closer. Never again. I am usually in and out of the Attalla one in less than an hour and I have never sat in line for more than 5 minutes. Yall need to step up your game.

They broke the censor on my tire and tried to blame it on the people that worked on it before them. Which i cpuld understamd id it wasnt a 2016 modle!! Horrible experience.

Went for an oil and tire change. They were out of my tires, was just as expensive of an oil change as anywhere else in town, and took 2hrs.... Not worth it in any way

The tires didnt last 3 months. They sold me 4 faulty tires. I will never go there again
