Store is always stocked well, neat and clean aisles. The printing department has always been helpful, and especially since I usually come in not knowing exactly what I need.Good parking. Friendly staff.

Found an awesome cannon wireless laser printer here. Tech support on site helped pick out the best one for me and he was knowledgeable.

Great place for back to school supplies shopping when all of the big box stores (like Walmart) have been totally cleaned out in the last few days before they go back.

Had a great experience here at Fuquay Staples. I called ahead of time and spoke with Nicki about making a copy of my diploma and when I arrived, her and Mercedes took great care of me. They were both very careful with handling the original diploma (which I really appreciated) and they talked together about the best method to make the copy. Im very happy with the results and they were great to work with. Thank you Mercedes and Nicki!

Nikki in the copy/ printing department is AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to help me make sure my company Christmas cards and labels were Perfect! I had issue after issue on my end and she helped me get them printed and perfected in a super fast turn around time! She is a true asset to this store! Everyone was actually very pleasant and helpful! They definitely have my repeat business.

This is more a review of one of your employees. Mercedes was incredibly kind, attentive and did her very best to help me find the item I was looking for. In the end it wasnt there, and there was a sign saying it was sold out (that I totally missed) and she didnt get upset or flustered etc. about any of it or blowing me off like duh. Ill be coming back because of a customer service experience like this, props to her for being kind and fun.

Great experience here. Tech was extremely helpful and the questions he couldnt answer he kindly referred me to a local computer shop that did an absolutely FANTASTIC job (Fuquay Computer Repair - Northmain Computers) Not sure of name.

I get that the hours of a lot of places have changed, but it would be nice if they updated their hours online. Many people use this to determine if they are open or not. Their have been 3 people trying to go in as I’m sitting here writing this review.

The employees were very helpful. They dont carry Brother ink cartridges.

Trish is so helpful and amazing!!She was so kind and patient and understanding in helping me get my invitations into great quality and print format. She expedited the printing of them due to a system error where my delivery time reset and she was nice and friendly the entire time. Its hard to find such good customer service anymore. I have ordered many many print jobs from this location and I have ALWAYS been happy with the service and quality. Theyre always patient and efficient even when its crowded with lots of people in a rush.Nikki is an asset to the copy center and always manages to give great, hometown-type of friendly, personable service.I usually have to drive out of my way to use this location as I live in an adjacent town, but its worth it. Just this morning I had to have them run a job that the OfficeMax in Apex couldnt manage in 8 hours (it was 50 copies) and Nikki took care of the printouts and cutting in less than 5 minutes.Way to go, Staples in FV!

Second great experience in as many visits in the last couple weeks. Everyone is helpful and the interactions I had with multiple employees was very pleasant. If they dont have an item you are looking for they offer free shipping and honor the sales price of item at time of shipping.

Chris from the copy center did an awesome job by laminating my vintage movie poster! It looks great and its not an easy job. If you have a similar delicate job, hes the right man to ask to do it!

Hello,I came in today to buy some earbuds with my friend while there was other customers looking for help me and my friend get stared at and get asked if we can get some help after saying no about 3 times I figured that the point would get across but within my 10 to 15 minutes of sitting there I heard a lady mention needing help and never getting it :////// but I would.enjoy it if you just left it to the manager to stare at me behind the register than have someone breathing down my neck and for people to also understand that not only teenagers steal or need help. The good part was when I get checked out because the guy was friendly and well mannered its a shame I dont remember his name but he was tall with long brown hair.Have a fantastic day though

Edit 7/2021 - The retail side is fine but has been replaced by Amazon. The print shop is so hit and miss it cannot be depended on; it all depends on who happens to be working that day. I’m so used to emailing them documents and they’re typically quick to respond and print. Today when I stopped in I was told this employee doesn’t check the email regularly and wouldn’t start a ticket until I came in the store? What’s the point of offering emailed services? I’ll drive to Clayton and stick to Blackleys.Im at this store way too often! Danielle and the print staff are friendly and quick. The store is well stocked and generally has what I need. They also always price match Amazon and Wal-Mart which is fantastic, as prices can vary drastically. Ive had poor experiences with one of the managers and a few of the employees in the past, but such is life when shopping in a retail store.

I have worked with Staples in fuquay for personal and business projects. They have been very helpful and accomodating every time. I especially recommend Trish in copy and printing who has always been friendly, helpful and honest!! Will always be my go to for projects!

If you want to buy from a store run by teenagers, shop here. I bought a chair here after the salesman told me you could assemble the chair without the arms. Got home and began assembly only to find that the arms are what hold the chair together! Also, the chair I bought went on sale at twenty dollars lower the very next day. Called to discuss this and could barely hear the manager over the sound of young girls giggling. This store isnt going to last.

Customer service varies, I have been in many times and majority of the time someone is very rude. I have honestly only had one good visit there where I was helped immediately and professionally, all the other times have been nothing but problems. Do not plan on returning to Fuquay site.

Awful customer service ... Prices at this store seem higher than they ought to be on several items Ive priced - also the attitude of the employees has been poor on almost every occasion Ive been there. On one occasion I bought a monitor there and the employee displayed an awful attitude when I chose not to buy the extended warranty and told me it was a bad decision.I can find better prices on Amazon, probably better customer service also. As a local business owner, I dont appreciate the chilly reception I always receive here.Updated on 1/26/2012:Theres an employee here who always offers to help me when I go in. Hes one of the first truly friendly employees who work at this store. I went in today, and he again offered to help me and promptly helped me find what I needed. A minute later, I hear the manager in the front of the store yelling at him publicly in front of all the customers for not doing his job correctly or finishing a job she gave him to do. First off, she could have done it somewhere else privately and not where the whole store could hear (I was near the back and could hear every word of her yelling) and secondly - hes one of the only people who works in this store that acts friendly! Sad that this is the best Fuquay has to offer for office supplies ... they need a major customer service overhaul. Keep the employee and fire the manager.

We exclusively order from this particular Staples because of the customer service. Our orders are typically not small orders either. When choosing where we want to purchase office supplies, or in several instances, a dozen office chairs, we have to be diligent on where the best prices and value are... and for the last 3+ years, it’s been the Staples in Fuquay-Varina.Saving a few bucks online doesn’t make up for the kind of customer service we get from the FV Staples. When we have any kind of problem whatsoever, they are always quick to help us find a solution. If a certain type of table or chair isn’t available in store, they take the time to sort through their expanded inventory system to find us the next best (or better) item.Every single one of our staff members have come back with nothing but hugely positive remarks about their experience at this location, and that’s why we choose to keep our business local (instead of online) and at this specific Staples location. #SupportLocal

Well...thank you for approaching me and asking if I need help.....but if I ask how can I purchase a laptop since there are no laptops available to pick up physically and your response is: my tech will be able to help you after he finishes his phone call with a customer. If you wait a couple of minutes he can help. 5 minutes later the same woman is behind a cash register. Understaffed and discriminate as if my two small children and wife would steal.

I wish to walk in there and someone would show friendliness and smile.

Bandwidth is really slow - too slow for a tech store charging per/minute computer use. The staff is great given their weak internet resource.

Absolute crap products. Their office chairs fall apart on a regular basis, maybe 2 or 3 months after purchase.Made with cheap, crap materials. Then try to return them, and they dont want to honor their warranty, trying to find ways to blame YOU and make it your fault.

Awful customer service by each employee I encountered. Instead of leaving with big items I needed I left without them to go elsewhere. Will not be back there and refuse to buy from some where that treats customers like a bother. After having to search someone down three times for help with items to then be treated like I was an annoyance and then was told different things by each different employee plus one was clueless. Very frustrating experience and the managers were the worst two out of them all.

Overpriced and not very well stocked. there are definitely better Staples locations elsewhere in the Triangle
