Honestly would love to give a nice compliment to a dealership for once but this one topped the cake for WORST experience trying to look for a car, ever.They tried to sell me a car that wouldn’t pass a state inspection and was unsafe to even be test driven, and after I asked them to either fix it or pay for the repair costs they flat out said “no deal. Raising the price another $1000 from the original asking price”. Pathetic and laughable management. Good luck with them! 😂

Bait and switch. They knew I was coming to look at a specific car. I was told it was no problem, it would be there. After driving 45 minutes to get there not only had the owner left but he took the car I was coming to look at as well. I was left with a salesman trying to sell me completely different cars. Do you ever wonder why some people have a negative view towards used car sales? Horrible. Lie from the beginning is such an interesting way to win a customer.

An AWESOME car buying expierence, for sure! The owner was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding which vehicles would be best suited for me and my driving needs. After checking out several options the process of putting me behind the wheel of my new ride, was quick and painless. The employees and the owner were all super friendly but not oberly so in the sleezy car salesman way that we all know and hope to avoid!My car runs great so stay off of the sidewalks! Lol!All in all I say the people talking this place down are most likely complainers and rarely satisfied in lots of other areas of life as well.If you want a used car, at a good price, with little to no hassle involved....just stop by Super Auto and ask for Mo!Dont forget to see the chickens whoke there! Horrible customer service. Drove 4 hours to come look at a car, when we arrived a man was outside. We asked questions about a specific vehicle and once we started asking questions he walked away.

Bad salesmanship it plainly says on there website they finance even has an application to fill so I emailed and got a response from MO saying to text or call there # so I texted got a response Unfortunately we dont finance but the Vehicle Im interested in has a monthly estimate rate so I ask if they would be interested in a downpayment and monthly payments I make very good money $25 per hr and get paid weekly 40 plus hrs a week I have not received any notice my opinion shut the place down and do another profession cause its not in the auto business

Hello,I was shopping online for cars and talk to a few dealers....mostly was bad attitudes.then I click on this website...answered all my questions, no pressure or pushing me in a car I didnt want.nice friendly and helpful all the way til I drove off the lot,I never been to a car lot like this before.if the need to buy another vehicle came up...I will come back here and im sending friends and family too .......................update:its been 1week and check engine light came on and brakes went out.call them up to check it out...was told they couldnt fix it...now I found out it has several codes and issues that needs to be fixed .doesnt make any sense to only have a car less than a week and its sitting in a shop,now one answers my phone call.not trying to be ugly about it.got a bad deal

Car was advertised as interior and exterior in pristine condition and running mechanically perfect. Drove nearly 3 hours one way to find out that though we also VERBALLY confirmed all details and were assured car is wonderful, it was an absolute piece of junk. Rattling and ticking on start up, interior was filthy, stunk and the leather was shredded. What a waste of my day! Actual facility was also a dump. Would not trust these sellers at all!!!

Went with my friend to get a Mazda 6 (3/22/19). The car drove/drives fine and has no check engine light but She is having a hard time with them sending her paperwork off for the car. The owner didn’t get out of his car to greet or anything. They guy that help was named Ahmed which seemed like he didn’t know much but what the owner told him to say. They company should be closed down. She even tried to get their mechanic to talk to her and the guy that was selling the car just kept giving her the run around. First and last mistake... if u are looking for a car don’t go there or to Horizon because that is their company too. They are just taking folks money and not handling business professionally. She Will be contacting N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles License & Theft Bureau if she doesnt get her title.

My husband bought a car here! Great price and looked good but as soon as he drove off the lot, the check engine light came on ! They LIED and told him it was a SENSOR MALFUNCTION. $100 later of mechanical work, its not the sensor or anything small. Its actually going to cost him hundreds of dollars. He took it back and they sent him to a mechanic 45 mins away and the mechanic said he did not fix oil pump issues!! HOW!!?! Now theyre not picking up the phone for him. and when he calls from a different number they hang up as soon as they know its him!! Still waiting on license plates by the way too!! PURE THIEVES. YOU GUYS KNEW IT WASNT JUST A SENSOR BEFORE YOU SOLD THE CAR!! THEY WILL GET WHATS COMING TO THEM SOON!!! Just wait!

SUPER sketchy. Stay away. The positive reviews are the owners friends and affiliates. This is a sister company of Horizon Auto Sales in Raleigh.They sell damaged cars to gullible people who dont know much about cars and dont know what theyre getting themselves into. Any listed price you see will come with AT LEAST a $400 markup. They often advertise as private sellers on community forums like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist. If you buy from here youll regret it.

THEY HAD NO PROBLEM ANSWERING THE PHONE WHEN I WANTED TO BUY THE CAR. NOW THAT THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND THE CAR HAS ISSUES (AS SOON AS I DROVE OFF THE LOT) THEY ARENT ANSWERING THE PHONE AND EVERY TIME THEY HEAR ITS ME, THEY HANG UP!! I ALREADY AM SEEKING LEGAL AID!

The worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership. Theres something wrong (not minor) with every car. The owner wasnt even there when we got there after he said he would be. The only perk was the indian employee, whom was very polite and tried to help as best he could. They lied about there being nothing wrong with vehicle we came and saw on their online add. Never come out here! Waste of a two hour drive and diesel.

Update11/10/18I went to Tire Guy in Raleigh, NC to have the vehicle inspected. I paid to have the alignment fixed the total cost was $42.90. The right front, steer ahead, left rear, and right rear were all negative. The tire shop notified me that I needed to have my brakes and rotors repaired as well. I was under the impression that Super Auto Sales Llc had replaced the brakes and rotors. I have avoided driving the vehicle until I was able to get it into another repair shop.12/14/18I went to Just Tires to have the vehicle inspected a second time to get the brake pads and rotors replaced. I also reported that I had some concerns about the suspension. They were not able to find any issues with the suspension. However they had to rotate the tires, the tires were not mounted properly. The repair total came up to $449.67. The mechanic found a bolt underneath the right rear subframe that was damaged and loose causing the right rear wheel to rub against metal. This immediately caught my attention. I tried getting in contact with the dealership having no luck. I called after leaving multiple messages with no response. The business owner was rude, began to talk over me yelling that he was not responsible for the vehicle that it was sold as-is. I explained to him that the vehicle he sold me was unsafe and had frame damage. They refused to compensate me for the repairs, ending the conversation by hanging up on me. I began to do my own investigating reading reviews on both their business pages and found nothing but fake profiles created by the employees and business owner. There was other negative reviews regarding similar situations. I wasn’t the only one that they scammed. There was other reviews reporting broken down vehicles that were purchased.1/4/19I went to Collision Masters. Llc to have the vehicle assessed by a collision specialist. This is the third inspection. They took a look underneath the rear right wheel panel finding Bondo Body Filler that was used to hide rusted metal. The vehicle interior has mold growing from the rear back seats. Causing bacteria in the air-conditioning vents. Scott Wilborn gave me a preliminary estimate for the total cost of labor and replacement parts. He showed me images of the undercarriage of the vehicle explaining the damage. The diagnosis? A leaky fuel pump, suspension problems, bent struts and rusted frame. The total repair would cost $10,353.18. not including any additional charges that would be required for the actual repair. Scott Wilborn told me that the vehicle was not worth repairing. He told me that the dealership was aware of these damages and did not report them putting me at a life threatening risk. Not only was I scammed of $16,796 but now I am left with an inoperable vehicle. I have taken action by contacting multiple news channels, reaching out to fraud attorneys and notifying the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles License & Theft Bureau. Please help report this company so that they don’t put anyone else at risk.

They re-negged on an agreed price, salesman was forgetful and disorganized, and there were several major issues not identified by this dealer. They didnt even clean the car or fill up the tank when I bought it. Wouldnt not buy here again.

Dealerships is advertising on Craigslist as a private party, false advertising was the first red flag. (Of course the listed price isn’t ‘out the door’ since it’s a dealership)The cars photos and description described it as Great Condition, the vehicles had gold ball sized dings on the hood, a larger one on the side, scrapes everywhere, cracks in the leather, tire pressure light, AND breaks so bad the car jerked and struggled to stop properly.
