Bought a Nissan Versa manual 6 speed transmission. No bells 🔔 & whistles. I’ve had the car for about 3 months. There was a strange ticking that it does at slower speeds. When I told them about it they had their mechanic stop the ticking but the problem persist. There is also a strange sloshing sound after it rains but it fades in a few days.The car is a decent car bought at a great price. I’ve had no troubles with it thus far and I’ve driven it all around NC. I can honestly say it was the lowest price in the area. My salesman was helpful and not pushy. They even got me the tags that I wanted. All in all it was a smooth process.

I’ve been searching for a BMW hardtop convertible for my daughter for a while and I first found a 335i here. Good experience with great salesman. We quickly found the car we wanted and the whole buying process was enjoyable. After that however, we waited 30 minutes while they went to fill the car with gas. When they got back, the car was still on empty. Not sure what happened there. Other than that I would recommend.

They sold us a car and stated it was in great condition, nothing wrong with it besides the fact it was missing the center console due to the fact it was a police vehicle. We were fine with that. Well in less than 30 days the car dies on the highway. We’ve dropped hundreds trying to repair the vehicle and the car is just 100% dead at this point. We hardly even used it and they will not do anything about it. I wouldn’t waste a dime on this company if you need a reliable vehicle.

Had a great experience, everyone was really friendly and the car I looked at was great. I took it for an off site pre-purchase inspection to find out it had a couple potentially costly leaks that needed to be looked at. After going back to dealership and showing them what was found on the inspection, they had their mechanics look at the car. The guys at Inline were even nice enough to take me back into the shop at the dealership and to show/tell me what they were going to do to try and correct the leak before I purchased. I was told I would get a call back after they worked on it. Did not get a call back after 2 days. When I called, I was told somebody else had a hold deposit on it already. I know there is a $300 hold policy, but was never told it was necessary if the car was getting worked on in their shop. Had I known, I would have put the deposit down. Not sure if it got fixed and put back on the lot, or didnt get fixed and put back on the lot. I was pretty excited about the car, because other than the leaks, it was in great shape for the price! I know it is a tough market for used cars, so I cant be too sour about the deal, just disappointed.- Thank you for taking the time to look into it, and for the response. I appreciate it.

They post cars for sale they they do not actually have ready for sale. I find this practice to be extremely frustrating when I see a car I want and then when I call and ask the car isnt really for sale at that time.If you look at their website this is happening on multiple vehicles. What this does is create a false impression that the vehicle you want is available.... I cant see supporting a company that participates in this sort of shady behavior.If they are willing to do this then what else they doing that isnt ethical?

Inline Auto Sale is a disruptor! What a refreshing car buying experience! We came here to buy the 1st car for my son as his birthday gift, turning 18, and also going to college. I had prepared my son for all the negotiation tactics, how to haggle, going back and forth between the sales representative and the manager, etc., but to our complete surprise, none of that took place! It was a fixed price deal! Not a penny more or less than their published price on their website. On top of that, Moe, took care of all of the things we pointed out including installing new brakes, removing a few dents, and ordering a missing head rest, again, all without adding a penny to the price. Thank you, Moe, for changing our perspective and showing us how buying a car can be exciting and thrilling as it should be without any of the hassles.

My husband and I drove from Fayetteville to purchase an Audi that my he saw the following day. We drove down with a check for $16,000 to purchase. I noticed that the sun roof net was hanging from the inside of the vehicle. I asked if they could have someone take a look at it and possibly fix it. Mo and the service manager didn’t even attempt to fix the issue. They simply said we can’t do anything. I guess the company is doing pretty good to turn down 16,000 for a minor fix. It was very disappointing!

Found a nice Nissan Titan here. Was able to take it to my mechanic to have it checked out. Came back with cash and was out in 30 min. Easy to buy and not so much hassle as most car dealerships!

Nice people and vehicles though they are a bit overpriced. They did take off $50 for a bad tire pressure sensor, but they would not come down on the price according to the retail value of the car. I financed through my personal bank for a lower interest rate and found out the retail value is $1,570 less than what they are selling the vehicle for. So I am eating that extra cost because it seems to be a nice car and my son really wants it. We have been searching cars for a few weeks and the price overall compared to other places was still decent. Overall I would recommend to others, but I also believe car dealerships should be able to compromise on their prices.

Always excellent experience when visiting inline autos, if you want a great no pressure honest and upfront car buying experience you must go to inline. When browsing the lot you arent swarmed by pushy salesman, youre allowed to wonder and explore inventory on your own and if you have any questions or want to test drive a vehicle you just go inside and ask. Ive bought several cars from Mo and Oscar, they always super personable and helpful. Mike is the finance department works fast and does a great job explaining everything you and doesnt pressure you to buy any additional services or warranties.

I’ve been looking for a 2020 Chevy Malibu lt for a long time. I found this dealer online and they had it for about 3k less than everybody else. I test drove and literally was not pressured to buy. Car had a meltdown and broke 200 miles after purchase. The odometer showed 88000 miles but once reset it was showing 115000 miles. Thats 30% more miles than what I thought I was buying.
