They were able to get me in within two business days for $400.00 cheaper than the other shop!!! My car was fixed quickly and efficiently. I heard from Sneller the next day to check up on my car and the service I was provided. I no longer have to worry about where I will take my vehicles for service! They were able to get me in for front brakes the same day I called. The ladies up front were polite and helpful, and the work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. Parts had arrived prior to my arrival. Very good experience overall.

This is a rating for the cost vs service provided. Went with my grandson to pickup his car that had the alternator and belt fixed and the charge was right at $1,000. This was a rebuilt alternator not even a new one. Asked for an itemized invoice but they would not provide it. Have had vehicles serviced there in the past and been satisfied. Not this time. I would have liked a better explanation of the excessive charges. Doubt we will use their service again.

Had a significant metal screw in the side of my tire. Sneller replaced with an exact match and even let me use their loaner to make my doctor appointment. They always come through with a timely, reasonably priced solution in a comfortable, professional environment.

Our Suburban broke down while moving from Idaho to South Carolina. We had it towed here and my husband began trying to fix it as he believed it was an electrical issue. They frequently checked on us to make sure everything was OK and if we needed anything. Unfortunately the fuel pump needed to be replaced. They didnt have time to fix it until next week which would not have worked. However they continued to be incredibly helpful and many of the mechanics helped us on their own time. Purely based on their friendliness and willingness to help i would recommend them to anyone!

Snellers was very friendly and fast. I had a low tire light on when I arrived and it was off when they were finished with my oil change, which proves they checked my car over. They recommended an air filter replacement on my next visit but did not push me into unwanted services like other businesses have in the past. And the price was affordable. I will return and recommend others give Snellers a try.

Excellent work!!! I took it to joe machens back in may for squeaking and grinding and they said it was dust/rock stuck on brake but it slowly got worse to screeching and grinding. Problem is resolved thanks to Sneller fixed within a day, reasonable pricing and staff were friendly.

As brand new Missouri residents in need of vehicle inspections, we found Sneller Automotive. Sneller took great care of our cars. So when we later had an unrelated problem with the brakes, we went to Sneller who fixed it right the first time. We are so fortunate to have a local business in our small town staffed with high caliber staff. We will definitely return for all of our auto maintenance needs.

Sneller Tire and Auto performed a Tune up on my Ford Crown Vic. Due to my own lack of knowledge, I assumed that there were to be components included, which took little research to confirm I was not correct. I regret I became argumentative due to my incorrect assumption before knowing true facts. Once I realized I was in the wrong, I apologized and admitted any misunderstanding was completely my fault, but Sneller had already taken steps to go above and beyond to supply parts and remedy issues with my vehicle that they were not liable for. When I acknowledged I should pay for these additions, they maintained The Customer is Always Right model in an effort to make sure I was completely satisfied, and refused to let me pay for these additions I should have been responsible for. I have been a small business owner for many years, and too have always practiced The Customer is Always Right model within reason, just as Sneller did for me even when I knew my clients were mistaken, and in this case Sneller knew I was mistaken. Too me this is absolute proof of their integrity, commitment to do whatever necessary to satisfy their customers, and the importance they place on maintaining a good reputation no matter what. I sincerely appreciate the kind and generous way they treated me, will never feel a need to question them again, and can confidently recommend them to be fair and honest handling a customers needs.

They do great work. I had a front end alignment done here. Steering wheel still centered, tracks great down the highway. I herd good reviews from customers, one of the reasons I chose them. I even got a follow up call to see if I was satisfied with the work. If you need tires or repair on your vehicle, they will take good care of you.

I purchased 4 new tires with a warranty and had them put on. The next day the tire pressure sensor light started flashing so I took my vehicle back in. They wanted to charge me 150.00 because my tire pressure sensor was broken. I put new tires on because I had a slow leak and the message low air was coming on with the light before so it was working until they putthe new tires on.I called around and it is standard practice to replace the sensor if they are broken when getting tires and is a fairly common problem....I was texted by Tia from the office after posting my review and she offered to fix it after telling me there is no way they broke it and didnt inform her. She was confrontational and then tried to tell me what my warranty covers (which is not the sensor) I wish the response I received via text was as customer oriented as the response on my review.

I took my truck to sneller tire auto and diesel to get my breaks fixed and they were upfront and professional about the whole process. They gave me a fair price and did a fantastic job, they even had me back in my truck the same day. Great service and even better people.

I went there for alignment and inspect, when I first got there and sat down I watch them go get my car and instead of taking it to the shop the guy took off and hot rodded it befor bring it back to the shop. Another thing was I noticed was they took my reflector out of my bumper and never put it back on and drove it with it like that. Another thing is that there mechanic dosnt know the difference between suspension and coil overs, I just dropped $1600 on it and coilovers requires you to take the springs out for proper installation but they didnt know that, and lastly its said my inspection was done at 1:30 but made me wait till 3 to get the car even tho they knew they wernt going to do the alignment so not only wasting my patience but my time. Wouldnt recommend and wont go back.

My engine light came on the day before my appt for the oil change and I was concerned that there was a major problem. He was very thorough in explaining to me that my battery was not charging enough and it set my sensors off. They installed a new battery. I appreciated the honesty of their service. I am a woman and have been taken advantage of situations like this with my vehicles in the past from other dealers and services. What I feared of what could have been a bigger and more costly problem was a relief and affordable solution from them. They will be my new car care service. Thank you all so very much.

I needed 4 new tires for my Mercedes, and was extremely stressed at the fact that I had to replace all of them due to my vehicle being an all wheel drive but I was surprisingly not as upset as I thought I would be and it had a lot to do with the employees at this business. They did a great job of assessing the problem my car had and fixing it. The transfer case had to be replaced which is major. The car runs better now and is quieter than it has in years.

I had an issue with a truck tire that went flat on the highway and needed to get it fixed. Stopped in at Sneller’s and they took the best of care of me and my truck. Staff was professional and courteous and I will utilize there services again when warranted.

I finally had to so I messaged Snellers on Facebook, they got back to me quickly and they were able to give me a quote, much more reasonably priced than other shops around town!The ladies at the front desk were very personable as well. While having 4 tires installed I noticed that each tire was rechecked manually .Then after finishing they test drove my vehicle to make sure it had the smooth ride it should (no vibration). They take the extra steps to make a great service!

I got to Sneller Tire and Auto 15 mins before they were getting ready to close and asked Randy if he would fix a tire that has a nail in it. He said he would be glad to. I really appreciate it since I am a rural mail carrier and I don’t like having a leaky tire while delivering mail. I was surprised he only wanted $15 most places charge $20 some $25. Anytime I need a flat fixed or tire needs I will go to Sneller Tire and Auto.

I had pretty much given up hope of getting my truck fixed.I first tried to fix it myself then took it to another shop in town just for it to break down the same day I got it back. I showed up, without an appointment, at 11:30am on a Saturday morning. They normally close at 1:00pm on Saturday. My front brakes were making a grinding sound. Sneller Auto performed a complete front brake job that day, not finishing until well after 3:00pm. No complaints, no excuses...just great service with a great attitude!
