Got a oil change, they’re reasonably priced and got us right in and out within about 20 minutes. Very friendly as well. Definitely recommend.

Well the brake job was done correctly but my wife was out of a car for two weeks because two techs driveling costumer vehicle ( one being my wife’s )after completion of service back into each other when pulling out of the garage . The whole thing was handled by there insurance but I had to do all the leg work.the on duty manger did his best but when I tried to get the ball rolling with the store manger he was rude only offering me a 1800 number I would not recommend you take your car here

Came in my car had some screeching they took a quick look at it and fix the problem very quick with no charge because of a small rock very honest and nice people definitely will be coming back with any problems with my car

Monro has so far been a good way to get urgent repairs done on my car, and this service center has continued to maintain that quality for me. I was able to bring my car in the same day the exhaust broke on my car and get it fixed. The staff were friendly and engaging, and not only did they retrieve a part from another location for me, but they ended up staying an extra hour and twenty minutes past closing time while still being courteous, friendly, and professional. They brought to my attention another fix that the car will need before winter, and I plan on returning in a few weeks to get it taken care of.

I drive a lot, so I am constantly getting my oil changed. I always make an appointment and they are good to get me in, but sometimes its busy and I end up waiting even with an appointment. However, if this happens they make sure to make it up by offering a discount. I have brought them prices for my brakes from other Monroes and they matched the price as well!

Ive been going here for years, and they always do great work. The staff is nice and friendly, willing to work with you to get what you need done, and theyve even taught me some things about cars from time to time. Even though Ive moved to another town, I still always come back here to get any work done. These guys have earned my loyalty!

Unfortunately I have few words of kindness for the quality of service I received. I have a 2012 Rav 4 that needed front end parts and an alignment. Skip past paying 300 for the job n straight to the part where I quickly discover a shake bring it back n ask the manager to take it for a ride. The jam nut was not tightened! So almost lost steering w my 6 year old granddaughter in my car. I take this personal. So IF u go there please b observant n vigilant. If u feel a vibration or anything out of ordinary for your car check it. Your wheel may fall off.

Scott was very rude to me as a customer and I felt VERBALLY ABUSED. All I got the whole time conversing with him at the beginning and at the end was sarcasm. I parked our vehicle in front of the open driveway because I was unsure where to go.I meant to move it as soon as I get instructions inside. But as soon as I got in I was ridiculed for not parking in the right parking space and was even asked if I have never parked in a parking spot before. And then as I tried explaining myself he cut me out by saying people in this town doesnt seem to know how to park. Then fast forward to after the work done his employee didnt even park the vehicle in a parking spot either.. It was in the middle of the parking area. I dont think I can ever go back there anymore.

The person I talked to gave me a quote over the phone of the wrong amount. I asked him three times that the amount was correct, plus tax before I would bring my truck in. He said yes thats what you would pay. It was fine, I brought the truck in and when I did the man added an extra $200 to the quote he gave me. I couldnt pay that so unexpectedly. So I called corporate to get this handled. The manager at Monroe than gave me a decent discount for my troubles. He had great customer service and made my experience better.

I had my air dam falling off from under my car. The screws were apparently missing. I stopped in and explained the situation and that I needed my car due to a family funeral. Well I had an appointment to get my tires balanced at 2 pm. After waiting several minutes in the lobby before anyone came out to greet me, they finally drove my van into the garage bay around 2:12. They said Id be done by 3 so I could get to my daughters school and pick her up. At 2:48pm the mechanic comes out to ask me if I have a special socket to remove to get the tires off. I said no. He said his was too thick. I said I had these tires installed here last winter with sockets that I bought from this location. Wth. So he says well Ill just pull your car out front. Would have been nice to know that around 2:15, not over a half hour later. Waste of my time. I swore I wouldnt go back after they botched my last oil change and I had a leak from the filter.I made the mistake of going back and once again they proved to be incompetent. A place with a labor rate of $50.50 for a HALF HOUR and they either dont have the simple socket to remove the tire or they cant find it or whatever.Ill never go back.Oh it was also a pleasure watching the excellent customer service skills of my tech as he made an older woman feel bad for his companies mistake of not putting her appointment in the computer properly.Dont go here. Find somewhere else to go.

We were in the area for Thanksgiving, 4 hours from home and our car lost its brakes on Thanksgiving day. We started calling first thing Friday morning trying to find someone to repair our car and finally reached Don Raymo at Monro who said that he didnt have time that day but that he could look at it in the morning. We had it towed to their shop where Don told us to give him 3-4 hours and hell take a look at it. Not only did he find time to look at it that same day but an hour after he called us with the diagnosis, it was fixed and ready to go. We are beyond grateful for the service we received from Don and Monro. While we dont live in the area, if you do live there, I highly recommend them. Don was so friendly and helpful and made a very stressful situation that much easier to deal with.

Horrible service! I brought my jeep in to have them check my brakes for me and they cross-thread my lug nuts and now refuse to fix them. I even called their corporate headquarters and they refuse to have it fixed also. Now its going to cost me at least $100 to have them taken off just so i can get to the brake on that side. Awful service!!!! Don have me attitude and refused to fix it because i had someone else doing my brakes and then the other workers lied to me and said that they needed a managers approval everytime they remove lug nuts, on a Sunday... When they were at the shop with no manager removing lug nuts left and right. They will act like they are all buddy buddy with you until you have someone else work on your car out have someone else even look at it for an estimate and then THEY WILL screw you over! DO NOT GO TO MONROE MUFFLER IN FULTON!!!! HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!! Youve been warned!

They had a sign for 14.99 got told a day before it was going to be 19.99 and i got charged $32 for a oil change. And also the broke my nuts and screws on the underside and zipped tied it and said it would be fine. I have a brand new car and they did this to it already im done with this location. Worst place ever never go to the fulton location.

I have been going to Monro for years, these guys are amazing. Don the manager is the nicest man and he treats you right and fair he is always in a good mood, and jokes around with the customer making you feel like you arr more than a customer.

Don’t even BOTHER going to this joint, they managed to mess up an oil change on my car and my mother’s car, leavin oil gushing out of her car as soon as they started it. Then tried to take advantage of my age and tell me I needed my air filter changed and a bunch of other things when I just bought my car BRAND new? Don’t waste your time. Go some place where they know what they’re doing.

I live five hours from here, but I go to school in Oswego and I love having a place like this that I know I can get help from when Im so far from home! The workers are super nice, I would definitely recommend to a friend

Very prompt and professional service. I have gotten my cars oil changed here a few times and have never had any issues!

We brought our car there for an alignment after replacing ball joints on the car. Two professional mechanics went through the car before bringing it to Monro. We asked they examine the front end again, align the car, rotate the tires and balance them as our normal mechanic doesnt have an alignment machine. The car has new Tires and Brakes already on it. After the alignment was completed the Monroe mechanic said he couldnt see anything else wrong in the front another car and got the alignment close. He told us to drive the car and bring it back if we didnt like the way it felt. We brought the car to our normal mechanic for a routine oil change and inspection the day afterwards. When driving the car to him we noticed the car pulling to the right abnormally. We asked him to reexamine the car and He didnt see anything else mechanically wrong with the car and inspected it. We advised him if he did see anything to go ahead and fix it. We called Munro back and asked for an appointment to get the car realigned. Monro told us to bring a car at 4 today. We got there at 3:30 to drop off the car and the technician Anthony told us we werent supposed to be there until 6 in an unfriendly tone. We advised him the appointment was for 4. The car went in about 4:15 and the mechanic tried to realllign a car three more times. During the three hours I was waiting I heard Anthony tell many customers about problems in the shop and people being fired. I also heard him discussing with somebody who sounded like a superior from a corporate office about another fight he got into with a customer earlier that day which resulted in a customer going into the garage and driving a vehicle out without anybodys consent. I cannot attest to that situation but I do not believe that it is professional for him to be discussing that in front of a room full of customers. Anthony appears to be a very inflammatory and aggressive person who I have no idea why somebody would choose somebody like him to be in and out level of frontline management. Anthony and advised me they didnt charge us enough for the first alignment which was about a hundred dollars for a alignment and tire balance. We were told that the alignment would be 50% off because we were getting other services. I advised Anthony that I am the customer and I paid what he asked me to pay for him. I advise Anthony he should talk with his employee about pricing. Anthony said most customers get that price for alignments for just a toe and go. I advised Anthony that I replace ball joints not tie rods and it needed a full alignment and thats what I expected. After three hours of waiting the second time for the car Anthony goes out and nitpicks my car and tries to tell me I have free travel in the front end and the car cant be aligned properly. He has me grab the steering shaft of my car after the front end being inspected at least 6 times by 3 different technicians and tries to tell me that there was something loose in my front end when there wasnt. At that point I advised Anthony I just wanted the car aligned he said he cant align it. I told him to take it off the rack Ill take it to somewhere else. He then tried to force me into signing a statement that the front end was loose in my car. I had wrote on this statement the other people who inspected the car said nothing was wrong including members of his own staff. When pulling out of the parking lot my steering wheel has to be turned entirely left 90 degrees to keep the car straight. The car is now not safe to be driven as it was just moderately out of adjustment before. Now I have to pay an additional amount of money to get the car relined from another facility as I dont trust them to do it and hope my brand new tires dont get destroyed getting it to the next shop or pay a tow Bill to get the car towed. It is clear to me the mechanic aligning the car had no idea how to align it. I took it to another shop for a four wheel alignment. It was done right first time and works perfect. I want my money back Monro. They changed my wifes name to cattle.

I do a lot of my repairs with Monro I believe they are honest and would not replace parts that were not necessary to replace however last week I went in for a oil change my battery was tested at 40% so taking their word I had battery replaced after all mine was 6 years oldThen I read a article on line that if a car battery is not charging properly it may just be dirty terminals and cleaning them may have restored the battery to Full charge dumb me never gave that a thought also you should never buy a battery that has been sitting on the shelf for more then 30 days as a battery sits it life is that much shorter and dumb me never even got the manufactures date please learn from my mistakesI hope Monro was being on the level with me and I did not replace a battery before its time got to keep the faith and God over seen this transaction
