If you really showed all the paper used for no reason and the normal trash bins they all go into instead of a recycling bin then i believe the awards are false too for recycling. Im just saying ...

Professional plastics is a scam company.I made an order 3 months ago, my card was charged the same week and after 3 weeks i heard nothing, had to send mass email to all the company email addresses i could find to get a response. So Chris K. finally answers and tells me its going to ship soon. They charge my card again and i get the material next week.Now, i ask about why there are 2 charges in my card, he says first one is just a pending authorization, so i wait.Its now 3 months, ive been emailing for weeks trying to get one of the charges dropped, he adds someone called Lydia C., and Chris K. stops responding. I have sent my statement information TWICE which i didnt have to, and its been 2 weeks and no one answers emails anymore.This company is a fraud, just read their reviews, not even ordering from china i had these troubles. If nothing is archieved by the end of this week ill take them to small claims court which says a lot.Edit: I have posted proof of both charges now, how is this a false claim now chris? You and your company are a scam, people should know this.

I ordered two pieces of clear plexiglass. I tried four times to change the thickness of the pieces by phone and email. They ignored my requests to alter the order and then sent me solid dark blue plexiglass instead of the clear that I ordered. I will not use them again.

Horrible customer service with their warehouse employees, I stood at their door trying to get someones attention but they seemed to not care that I was present. I had to call their 800 # to speak with somebody, George then said Ill have someone right out to assist you 20 mins later still nothing! All I was there for was for a quick will call....but they couldnt help me with somethingso simple. 👎👎👎

Zero stars would be better. $30 for shipping a mirror, which they didnt mark as fragile or handle with care, so it arrived broken and unusable. I would never do business with these amateurs again, and recommend you find somewhere else. See attached photos.Update - I sent them these pictures and asked for my money back. They responded immediately and did everything they could to fix the problem, sending a replacement by overnight express at no charge and crediting my account. It arrived in one piece, but had a 6 knife cut on the face of the mirror. Apparently their quality control needs improvement. I would do business with them again, but only if I could pick up the item and inspect it in person at the factory before acceptance. So Ill revise the rating to 2 stars.

Placed a small order to test a material, looking to place a larger order if everything was good. So glad we did.Professional Plastics waited several weeks to ship the order. They also ignored multiple emails, never responded to a single one. In fact it took them so long that we waited weeks, ordered from another company, had the material delivered, and completed our assessment before PP had even shipped the order.Needless to say were going with another vendor.

We ordered a white wicker dresser and when it was delivered the glass top had been shattered in transit. I searched online for a place to get a replacement top and came across Professional Plastics offering .25 inch clear extruded acrylic cut to size. After measuring the dresser at least five times I placed an order on Thursday. The piece was cut, securely packed and shipped FedEx on Friday. It was delivered Sunday morning. The acrylic top is a perfect fit and looks great on the dresser. If a similar situation comes up again I will certainly turn to Professional Plastics for the perfect solution.

Ordered a single sheet of acrylic for $176 to cover an old wooden table ($100 for the sheet, $76 for shipping), and when it arrived the corner was broken... thats a lot of money wasted - makes the table dangerous for small fingers.

Fantastic customer service, very polite and truthful!I ordered 8 pieces of plexiglass type plastic at approximately 38X14X1/8, talk about a pristine cut!!! These pieces were cut to the exact measurement!!! They fit like a glove! The pieces were also individually wrapped in a protective plastic film which was more than I expected!!! The shipment arrived earlier than expected even during this pandemic! 5 stars!!!!!! Ill definitely order again!!!

This place really lives u to their name... Professional. George and the staff in the warehouse had the job ready as ordered and even though they were very busy, they made me feel right at home.

Scott charged almost a dollar more for ordering double the material and would not match the price that was charged from 2 days before. I don’t recommend this company they are over priced as always, better to go to Industrial plastics instead. Save yourself the hassle and they have great customer service.

I placed my order for a HDPE STRESS-RELIEVED SHEETSize: 24 X 16, and a month later Professional Plastics decided to process my order... Thanks for that... I recieved the order a couple weeks after that and to my surprise, the sheet was disgustingly dirty, covered with a black soot type dirt, scrated on the surface, as if it had been used a couple of times for a cutting board, and was slightly warped. So, given the amount of competitiors out there for HDPE, I would highly suggest avoiding Professional Plastics... I think Amateur Plastics is a more appropriate company name... Highly disappointing experience... Have a nice day!

Awful experience using this company. I ordered 3 pieces of plexiglass and one of them arrived with a large (quarter sized) broken piece on the edge. Poor quality and even poorer customer service. I emailed the company twice and got no response. I called them and they were not helpful at all and would not send me a replacement.

Placed order online, a month later still no product.Order confirmation email has a noreply return address.Boneheads who come up with that.

I placed a $300 order exactly 3 months ago, still waiting. I understand covid-19, but not everyone needs shields.

This company does not carry any clear material at the moments meanwhile the website lists all kind of materials. Just remove them to not confuse customer. Avoid wasting time here

I order a shield for my wifes restaurant to protect her from the virus. I ordered on the 22nd of April and I even sent a email to get a ETA on its arrival. Nothing.

It was a struggle to get real material with real certification. It took 3 times calling to get the lot and batch that we originally asked for at time of order. Very frustrating! Pricing was fine, but Im not even sure we got what we ordered. Very sketchy.

I placed an order through Professional Plastics on 01/07/21 and after 30 days it still had not shipped. Customer service told me that they did not stock that material in Denver which is where my order was sitting. It needed to be sent to Dallas, where it is kept in stock. I dont know how long it would have sat there with no action if I had not called...

I only ordered 2 sheets my order stated 6 I will not pay for 6 sheets when I only ordered 2.

Two weeks after the order was placed - Not a Word. Multiple calls and transfers. Finally someone answered and did not know what was going on. If the material is in short supply they should just say that and give an approximate ship date rather than just remaining silent. Next time I will find another supplier.

Called to Cancel this order the day after it was placed and then continued to call and email with no answer.I received a shipping confermation today telling me it has been shipped, 3 + weeks after order was placed.I will not ever use this business again!

This place is a joke. The workers were talking about getting into altercations w customers. The order I made from a week ago was not found. Then when it was found they said they close at noon. So I drive 20 miles to get there on time and the order is not there. I call again and they send the order but the guy at will call says they don’t have time to pull it and to come back on Monday. Well this is not possible as I have planned doing this job tomorrow and already have everything ready to go. They guy shuts the sliding door in my face without another word. Completely unprofessional. A waste of time. Never going there again. I will say the customer service and or sales people were professional at least. Although they messed up my order. It happens but everything around it was obfuscated.
