Our garage door was extremely noisy and needed some repairs. I found A Quality Garage Door online, and Deric contacted me the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to assess the issue with just a few text messages/videos/pictures. Very helpful with any other questions I had, as well as explaining process & price. Our garage door needed new lubricant (tune up), support for the existing crack, and additional braces. We were able to have a technician come by the next day! The technician was also very knowledgeable, and even suggested us a handy tool to purchase that can control our garage door from an app (we bought it that day on Amazon! its great!) Our garage door is SO much quieter now, the difference is like night and day. It used to shake up the whole house, we were scared of waking up neighbors. Now its a nice quiet hum, opens up smoothly. On June 23rd, I spoke with Deric from A QUALITY GARAGE DOOR about replacing the garage door springs for our garage in Fullerton. The next day, Jesus promptly arrived to replace the springs. Unfortunately, Jesus determined the springs were non standard size and were not available anywhere. I discussed the issue with Deric and he said they could special order the springs but because they would have to be specially wound, it would take 4 weeks.Although they were unable to complete the repair, I would highly recommend AQGD for their response and great support. Once the custom springs are installed, I will follow up with a final review.

I told them the problem I have with my garage door and with a quote price that is very reasonable, I made an appointment for the next morning. I was given a 2 hour window for my appointment, but Jesus showed up right on time. Jesus was very professional in appearance, in dealing with me, and on his workmanship. The springs were replaced in a breeze with lifetime warranty on the springs. Jesus then proceeded with ensuring my garage door is functioning properly, and in the process noticed that the hinges were all cracked. I had him replaced those too.
