Please dont waste your money on deliveries....this store will NOT meet the deadline, as I unfortunately found out myself. Wanted to surprise my wife, and ended up with incompetent customer service and HORRIBLY estimated delivery times. Ive yet to even receive my order, so I had to make plans and am working with them for a refund so Ill update how that goes here if theyre being unreasonable in that regard as well. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I should have done more research on this place and noticed all the bad reviews, with horrible delivered items and EXTREMELY late delivery issues such as myself. I will NEVER do business again if they dont at the very least offer a full refund for not meeting the bare minimum of customer satisfaction.

I wanted to surprise my mom for Mothers Day and I had heard great things about Edible Arrangements. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this location.I was prepared for the possibility of late delivery (that was stated on the website). What I was not prepared for was the strawberries arriving soaked in a puddle of strawberry juice and shriveled. Obviously, they were either not fresh or there was an issue with cold storage from the store to the house. No kidding my moms house is 1.4 miles from the store (just checked in Google). I picked the location that was closest to them to minimize the risk of this happening.Also, to echo some of the prior complaints, the customer service is awful. I called the location to ask for a refund. And the manager spent a whole 15 minutes (after hanging up on me once) to try and convince me that strawberry purge is normal and that they have lots of moms to deliver to. The late delivery would have been acceptable if the delivery arrived in good condition and was actually edible. This as not timely, not edible, and at $83.98.They finally relented and gave me $69.99 minus the delivery cost. So, all in all it was $13.99 for a pile of garbage and a nice note. I would not recommend ordering from this location at all. It is not worth the price and what a way to disappoint on Mothers Day.

Placed a same day order before 7am online. It said it was processed and in route early afternoon. It didnt arrive until the next day. My wife liked it but did mention it didnt look like it was prepared that day, fruit wasnt as fresh anymore.

I ordered a box of strawberries to surprise my wife and the team at this location worked efficiently to make sure the order was delivered to my wife’s work before she left. I definitely recommend ordering from this store. The staff is incredible and so so friendly! Thank you guys

Placed an order from this place on Thursday and clearly informed the recipient address closes at 4P. They said they would deliver before 4P. I call at 3:45P and it’s just out for delivery. What a joke the lady at the front desks excuse was she has until 4P to deliver. Of course not the place closes at 4 why would you think it’s ok to deliver when everyone is getting inside their cars leaving ? Ridiculous ! I should of canceled the order !!

I ordered an box of strawberries, popcorn and sample box of chocolate for a friends graduation. They called me to let me know two things were not available, but they switched it for another box of chocolates. Everything made it to my friend and she loved it. They’re great when you want a yummy treat delivered, easily and relatively quick. Would recommend.

Excellent visit! We ordered two boxes of strawberries, bananas and apples. My daughter got a box free which is $20. The store was very clean. The customer service was excellent. The fruit was very good chocolate dipped strawberries were amazing.

Ordered on Wednesday and paid for same day delivery. No call, no notification about there being a delivery issue. Called on Friday morning and asked what happened to my delivery. Agent said no one home and tried to call. Someone is always at the location, so I know that to be a false statement. I didnt get any calls asking about the location. In mid sentence of me explaining someone is always there, the agent cuts me off and says we called and couldnt deliver. I asked for her name, she said she isnt giving it, I asked for a manager, she said no, she is going to tell you the same thing. She put in a refund and said it will take 3-5 days. She said I can call corporate. I asked for the number and she said make sure you tell them you were rude and yelled at me. Horrible customer service. Why be afraid to give out your name if you didnt do anything wrong. Why not offer a manager if you didnt do anything wrong. No customer should have to experience this type of service.

Ordered +/- $70 worth of products for my daughter to be delivered on her 23rd birthday. Called the same morning. I placed the order online before the store opened. Great communication with the Fullerton CA shop about confirming the order, and what time it would be delivered. My daughter and her husband loved it. I noticed in the photos she sent that my $5 chocolate lolly was missing. I called the shop and asked if I could get my little credit. I said Its not much money, but could I be credited for the missing item?. Turns out the kids who delivered it to her answered the phone. He checked my order and realized he failed to included the item. He called my daughter to check her availability for delivery, and HAND DELIVERED IT himself within 20 minutes and also added another item (that they devoured). I live in the high desert. My son in law ordered an edible arrangement a few years ago for aforementioned daughter . Honest? Not the greatest. Alot of the fruit was soft, like it perhaps had been sitting. But this location in Fullerton is on their game. Highly recommend. Do it. You will not regret it!

Who doesnt like fruit? And when its carved to look like flowers thats even better.These make clever gifts. Ive used the Bastanchury store for several years and my gift recipients have been pleased each time.

Talk about same day delivery. Paid extra $20 just for delivery but my husband never received the package for Valentines Day. I even got a delivery notification email saying package was delivered but when I called the following day, they said the driver had issues locating our place. They never even bothered calling for directions if they even attempted to deliver. Or at least an email for status that package may not be delivered. Quick to take my money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

Made an online order from MN to be delivered to the OC area. I couldnt believe how easy it was. The delivery still came as a surprise to the recipient. All Edible Arrangements needed from me was a window of time that they would be available. They did the rest. They dont leave it in a box (like they probably would with flowers), just to be ruined by the CA sun. The store owner was very friendly and patient with me calling back and forth to coordinate the delivery. They know how to make occasions special! Thanks again.

First and last time I will use this location, specifically ask the lady when placing my order if they would be able to deliver the arrangement I ordered today by 3:00pm and was told that it would be. Delivery did not happen and they didn’t have the decency to call me to let me know. Poor excuse for a business in my opinion!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Great service, very nice people. I went into the store on Mothers Day to pick up an order I thought I had placed. It turns out I never even placed the order. The people in the store were very nice and I still got to place an order and had it ready within 15 minutes. I will definitely be back for future occasions (:

The food is okay but the service is absolutly and unbelievably terrible... The store i went to is where the employee was terrible and had a extremely rude attitude.... Since my daughter wanted to go there i decided to get her something even though didnt want to buy anything from that store... I will avoid this company unless they teach their employees to be nice to their customers....

Edible Arrangements is a great company however this location is poorly managed. Had to wait over an hour to revive my order that I had scheduled for pick up and numerous times employees would come out of the back snacking on fruit to let me know it would only be a few more minutes

Dont ever use their service. They over charged me and also my wife and kids could not even eat what they sent....so gross. I called and they told me that there is nothing they can do. Basically told me sorry too bad. I even still had the arrangements to return. I called corporate and they took my complaint and said someone may call me. No one called of course....their policy is not to help.

Had a terrible experience this valentines day. Not only did they not deliver the arrangement i ordered but they also never reached out to me to make a after hours delivery like they assured me they would. Thankfully this wasnt the only thing I bought my wife. Hopefully i can get a refund and cancel my order since it is yet to be delivered.
