CONSUMER BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM WIRELESS PLUS!!!First off this is not a Verizon Wireless store, its an authorized retailer called Wireless Plus. The customer service rep David is the absolute worst! The guy has no integrity. He was rude to customers that came in the store and gave them ridiculously long wait times while he was working with us. He also answered the phone a few times and was super unprofessional to those individuals calling in. The business practices here are fraudulent, unethical and dishonest.My wife was trading in an older iPhone for an iPhone 13. The phone wasnt available in store so it had to be ordered. Aside from the cost of the phone ($810), David quotes us a $290 setup cost plus taxes. He grabs an iPhone case, screen protector and 2 different chargers and says these accessories are included for free as part of the setup cost. Seemed odd. When we looked at the receipt the accessories were rung up as individual line items totaling $185. Watch out!!! setup cost is a sneaky way to charge you for unwanted accessories. We told him we didnt need any of the accessories and just wanted the phone. He went on to say the accessories are part of a mandatory bundle you must purchase in order to get the phone per corporate policy. Conveniently omitted that piece of information prior to check out. So initially the accessories were included for free in the setup cost then the language changed to mandatory bundle once we called him out on it. Very misleading to not say anything about a mandatory bundle in order to purchase a phone right from the start.Why am I required to spend $185 on accessories I dont want or need just for the privilege to buy an $810 phone. Do not trust this store or any of its employees. Take your money elsewhere. Again, make sure you are at an actual Verizon Wireless store not an authorized retailer.

Johnathan was a big help on getting me on a new plan. He helped me step by step through the whole process. The customer service he gave, was great. I definitely recommend coming to this Verizon store. All the employees have great customer service.

I came in to pay my bill and she took a look into my account and gave me a hotspot and made the experience very easy and pleasant. I loved Julie’s customer service, if I were to choose a Verizon store to go to it would be this one.

Went there just the other day for an upgrade, the wait was about 15min due to CA Policy with social distancing. Once I was in the lady who helped me convinced to get a better device, which I am grateful for now. The whole process was about 25min; not stressful at all. I would recommend this store even if it is one of the smaller stores. Keep in mind there will only be about 2 employees on staff per CA Policy..! Thanks again!

This is the only Verizon store I’ve dealt with for all my issues/purchases. I have never had a bad experience with any of their salesman. Each time there has always been an easy, smooth transaction. Love this store.

My wife and I upgraded both our iPhones to iPhone 11 Pros, and we received excellent service from Tom. Not only did he get us the best deal to which we were entitled, but he did a really good job transferring our old data to the new phones and educating us about the differences between models.

Brandon helped me and my mom today with setting us up on 2 new phones. Explained everything very well and very nice, We are both very pleased with our new phones. Atmosphere in this store is very amazing, very welcoming a d answered all our questions. Anything I need in the future Ill be returning back to this store.

Best phone buying expireince we have ever had. Nicole was extremely knowledgeable in the entire process from quoting prices to seting up the new lines we added and transfering all apps and contacts. This is worst place to go to. I am sick with their service and I think they deserve no star. They are lucky there isnt any no star option here. If I had read others reviews in yelp, I wouldnt go but unfortunately I couldnt read it.This store is full of lies.I was trading in my iPhone 4 because one of my friend told me Verizon has a trade in offer which give you 100 bucks for a good condition iPhone 4 and he said he got 100 bucks for his iPhone 4. Since his phone was worse than mine and I had really good working condition 16GB iPhone 4 without any damages or scratch, I was expecting to get 100 bucks for the phone. So I went to the store to trade to new iPhone 5S on Saturday 11/16/13. They didnt have a gold iPhone 5s in stock so I had to order it and I prepaid for it.Few days later, I got a call from the store and I went to the store to pick up my new iPhone. But when I went to store at 11/20/13, they said the offer ended last Sunday which is 11/17/13. And they said they only can give me $45 for my old phone even though it was in a perfect working condition. They even said I should come few days early to get $100. There isnt nothing that I could do since the offer was ended so I just got $45 and trade my phone.After a week later, my other friend went to other Verizon store to trade in his iPhone 4 16gb (which is worse condition than mine) and surprisingly he got 100 bucks for his phone. I was surprised and shocked because there was no way he could get 100 for his phone. So I asked him and he said THE OFFER NEVER ENDED. The offer was till 1/15/14!!!!They just lied to me!! So I called the store and complained about it.But all they are saying is that is what you get for the phone and there is nothing they can do. They were just sorry for the miscommunication and that was it.This happened to me which means this can happen to you.SO DONT EVER GO TO THIS STORE!! GO TO VERIZON WHICH IS IN IMPERIAL HWY. Hope this review can help many others.

Such a layer guys they dont know anything how to add line and how to get 650$ trad in atlist they make mistake and then he dont get solution then told me wait till tomorrow its done and Im go after one day said hey what happen hey you know my boss not coming today came Thursday and then I go Thursday then said I will do next month but Im go after 4day and asking hey what happened hey I can do in Monday early morning definitely sure everyone dont know how to make customer nothing.

Told all kinds of wrong information by two reps that ended up costing me money. not an issue of experience but just pure misleading. very frustrating because I cant go back to the store to demand anything back but the manager, Andrew, tried to keep everything real and give it to me straight

This is by far the worst verizon store. I added a line in this store about 4 months ago and the associate Daniel was completely rude to me and my friend which we just bruahed off. Well, ive been back to this location several times as kra close to my home and every time its like you causing an inconveniance to any of the gentleman in the store. Went in recently to speak about an issue with my account and again Daniel helped me and with in a few min he copped an attitude because I didnt remember the other number on the account so when matched his attitude and tone of voice he then used profanity telling me to leave the store. Worst service EVER. Every time ive been to this store. The manager who id been asking for before I raised my voice ignored the situation until i finally started yelling at Daniel. Both were rude. Both had an attitude. I was about to buy the iphone x last night but now Im just going to focus on corporate for the complete lack of respe shown amd difficulties every time ive been to this location. Those 2 men are complete garbage when it comes to customer service.
