Trustworthy! Grandchild was driving one of our cars back to college and power steering went out near Front Royal. Called Midway for towing, talked to Brian for assessment. Repairs completed, grandchild returned for car, drove it for a few weeks and ps pump that was replaced failed again. I replaced it again at home this time. Brian sent me a check for the failed pump. Pretty decent treatment from someone Ive never met! Would have been 5 stars if the repaired pump hadnt failed.

This place is run by racist, misogynistic, rude jerks. I have taken my cars, all (3) of them, to get inspected each year for 5 years simply because it was convenient. Never again! They are rude (especially the tall, sinewy, dark haired guy). They treat everyone that walks in like we are ruining their day and a nuisance. Ive witnessed them treat me and other customers this way every time I go there. Tall, Sinewy Jerk is the worst offender and especially if youre a woman. I just popped in to get my car inspected and was treated with their standard oh great, another customer to deal with attitude. All from the back room. He couldnt be bothered to walk out of the back room to the counter to even great me. No hello, Can I help you?. Nothing. Stood back there the whole time while he dismissively spoke to me.This guy clearly hates working and has the worst attitude on record. Told me (in a nasty, dismissive tone) that it would be 30min because he was waiting for a part for another car. Really? The 30min wait would not have bothered me at all, but seriously, you cant inspect my car cause youre waiting for a part for another car? Whatever. His overt rudeness was just too much to take. I can go elsewhere. Thanks because it sickened me every year to give a known racist business my money anyway just for convenience? Shame on me really. Ill drive 30-45min out of my way to give a more honorable business my money. One that treats customer like they actually WANT customers.

Got me in for an inspection last minute. Bryan is a friendly, nice guy. Anyone who thinks they treat people they dont know, poorly is crazy. They didnt know me.

Not worth 1 star. Truly the most pathetic service that I have ever received.I called and was told to bring my vehicle in the following week. I dropped it off on the following Wednesday and was told that they would try to get around to it by the end of the week. Another week goes by and I get a call saying that I need the intake manifold gasket replaced.I was quoted 5 or 6 hours labor at 70 dollars an hour so I agreed. Long story short my vehicle is finished 15 days after the day I dropped it off at a cost of 1336.00. I was told there was alot of cleanup ...Cmon!!. Bit my tongue and paid and thought Well Ill just never deal with them again. 2 weeks later..Losing coolant again.Looked in expansion tank and noticed someone has poured head gasket in a can in there.If there was a head gasket issue it should have been addressed when everything was tore down. The price I paid was a common head gasket repair price anyway. Called and left messages with no response. You have been warned. These people are sorry excuses for mechanics not to mention very rude to every person I saw come in for inspection..
