I have worked with RMG Apparel for the last 9 years ordering shirts and caps for my kids school...athletic booster clubs, sports, etc. They know whats in, and what sells, create the artwork, and deliver on time. The schools have sold out on the initial order each year, and we end up ordering additional inventory. Highly recommend RMG apparel.

Ross was amazing. I ordered shirts from another company and they never came in. I called Ross and asked if he could get the shirts done in 2 days and he said absolutely. When I went in for the meeting, he took time and paid close attention to detail. My shirts turned out better than expected and he finished them early!! I would highly recommend RMG apparel! Ross was an amazing guy. Where I normally get my embroidery done they changed rules in the new year and asked a friend if he knew anyone and told me about Ross. The embroidery’s are better. Greatest quality shirts,jackets, hats etc. this is my number one guy now.

Unfortunately after several years of working with Ross and referring others I have to change my review.I had 3 total accounts with RMG, one elementary school PTA and 2 sports organizations made up of 5 teams total.I submitted a request for art on October 4th to Bri. Due to a change, I did have to submit a change request on November 14th. As of November 30th I had no response. I called Ross and he was apologetic and kind but that quickly changed. I needed to get the art so the orders could be placed as we need them in a February. Ross emailed me on December 12, still no art, and said he doesn’t have time for me or my business. Sad to see local businesses treat local customers so poorly but glad to know it now.
