Poor customer service. Staff does not follow directions. They were enlisted to embroider a volume of company merch. None of it was completed as requested. At drop off, notes were taken, measurements and pictures. At pickup, they admitted to having questions but rather than reach out for confirmation, they did our company an injustice by making assumptions. Everything is incorrect/wrong and no ownership was taken. Not a discount offered or even an offer to correct. Let’s not forget the lack of attention to detail. Would not recommend.

Wow thank you for these reviews, I was about to place a big shirt order for my company. but I can not afford incompetence. One bad review can be ignored, but many reviews saying things like crooked logos, bad customer service and promises not kept is enough to sway me... once again thanks.

Closed on Saturday. REALLY! Made trip over on Saturday to pickup my older and they were closed. Now I talked to the owner on Friday to confirm that my order was ready. I told him I would pick it up in a day or two. Didnt bother to tell me he is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

All they had to do was stich simple patches to my husbands jacket sleeves. He specifically told them he wanted them spaced out evenly. Finished work...not even close. A couple were even crooked. AND the patches were ironed on, which we did not request, and thus the adhesive from the patch was activated so we cant get the patches off tot fix the issue. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Wonderful experience! Had a large order for holiday shirts for 4 of my restaurants in the area. Price point was affordable, order was ready before due date, and when I came to pick them up, the shirts were already organized by size and boxed for each restaurant I ordered them from. Ask for Eddy-he was very professional and great to work with!

I’ve been very pleased with EmbroidMe Frisco. They have supported our local charity event with very good quality custom printed t-shirts for volunteers. Besides that I’ve worked with this location on multiple occasions for my company embroidery needs and always had great customer service and good quality products. Definitely recommend to stop by and check out this place, friendly staff, reasonable prices and good quality.

EmbroidMe Frisco did a fantastic job on our event t-shirts, aprons and gift bags! They matched our colors perfectly. Eddie, Isaac and the whole team there have been so wonderful to work with. They have really helped to elevate our Taste of the Cowboys fundraising event for the North Texas Food Bank - that raises funds for hungry children. Thank you!

These fine folks had 3 of my shirts dropped off on 11/28/17 with a due date of 12/13/17.Run up there to grab the shirts I had expected to be finished (as I called Monday 12/11/17 and they said they will be done on 12/13/17 as promised), and walked out with 3 unfinished shirts.Incompetence!!!! Claiming they tried to call. Not a single number resembling theirs, no voicemail.Normally I dont waste my breath with reviews. Especially negative ones. But I needed this done this week. Here I am with 3 untouched shirts and the fine people of this establishment not answering my calls, just so I can get a clarification. Grabbed my shirts and walked out before I exploded (confrontation prevention), now that Im cool, they wont answer the phone.Not this will sway someones decisions, but Ill be on here for people to read. Its the least I can do for the inexcusable lack of professionalism, punctuality, and full blown lack of respect for their customers.

When I ask for advice in picking garments and products, I get insightful replies that are very helpful. The prices are excellent as well. I could not be more pleased. $500 golf bag. Brought to have my name embroidered. Seems like old owners sold the business. Picked it up and the first name is in a larger font than the last name. Really? Looks terrible. Thanks for ruining a new $500 bag. Hoping I can find someone else to fix it.

Absolutely avoid this location. Ive had one incident where they put the wrong logo on my shirts and was given credit for the embroidery only, not the shirts. The credit was then lost when they upgraded their system. I then had an expensive jacket embroidered to use on sales calls and the logo had the wrong color with black stitching on a black jacket. The solution there was nothing. Told sorry it was proofed even though we wrote it down wrong. It seems theyve switched owners or something because I didnt have issues in the past. Plenty of other options in the area to use. As you can see by their response and some of their other responses they’re a business that refuses to take any responsibility, it’s always going to be the customers fault. Actually they wrote it down wrong which is what caused the entire issue, just like you said it was my fault you printed a completely different logo than what you were suppose to on the first mishap but that was somehow my fault as well. Should have learned not to use you then.

Ive given EmbroidMe a few chances to provide its services for me. Both times I asked for an estimate of time when the item would be ready, and BOTH times the embroidering was not done. If fact, on one occasion, the staff could not locate my item I provided to them for the embroidering. My embroidering needs were very simple-two lines, characters only (no complex logos) and both times they were delinquent in getting my items completed on time.Heres the reason I will NEVER use this company again: a person provided physician surgical scrubs to be embroidered, and EmbroidMe totally BOTCHED the centering and lettering, embroidering almost to the shirts armpit! The gal just wanted it fixed properly, BUT SOME EMBROIDME IDIOT WAS ARGUING WITH HER about redoing it! He shouldve APOLOGIZED, OFFERED TO REPLACE THE RUINED SCRUB TOP, AND DO THE EMBROIDERING FOR FREE, BUT INSTEAD HE ARGUED WITH THE CUSTOMER! The customer became VERY FRUSTRATED, and left the store to report to the physician that EmbriodMe had ruined the scrub top and refused to make it right!(Hint to EmbroidMe: This isnt India. This is the United States. The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. But I guess they were never taught this important business principle.)

My company has used EmroidMe multiple times. We had 200 plus backpacks embroidered with our logo on it. They turned out perfect. Also we have all of our company polo shirt done though them. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, time it took, and price was equal or better then anywhere I could find. Thanks

Been there before, and they did ok, shirts weren’t exactly what I wanted, but that was partly our fault. $120 dollars to print the same thing with the changes wanted, and they came out the same as the first. Also I had to be the one to contact them to find out if they were done. Unimpressed overall.

It pains me to say it, but the quality has gone WAY down under the new ownership. My company has been using this location for 5+ years on a regular basis for polos, hats, jackets, button-downs, etc. In the past, they always delivered quick, quality work with amazing customer service. Recently that has not been the case. They are not friendly anymore, (with the exception of Isaac who has been there since before the change of ownership) the quality of work is not good, the shop is usually messy, and overall they seem disorganized. The final straw was they completely BOTCHED a baseball hat one of my employees bought on his own dime. We brought it in to have it branded, and it came out VERY obviously crooked. Im shocked they gave it back to us that way - but especially without even saying anything! When we brought the hat back to see if they would fix or replace it, they reluctantly took it back and said they would try to straighten it up without apologizing or accepting the blame. As of now it has been appx a MONTH and a half and weve yet to hear from them. Im sorry but you guys have lost our business. Mistakes happen, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable to me.

I had few Cricket jerseys and towels to be embroidered and Vinyl lettering.when i entered the store there were 2-3 women sitting behind the reception area and they didnt even come to ask me about my order.They were chit chatting, i stood there for morethan 5 minutes and finally had to go somewhere else for my order.please train your employees how to receive a customer.They were so involved in their conversation that they didnt even notice me coming in/or they were not interested to do their job. I give zero stars for customer service

This Embroidme is the best. There are about five of us who own Aire-Master franchisees here in Texas (the skunk in the diaper logo) and we all use this Embroidme for a few years for our logoed apparel for the past few years. Good service and pricing.

My Answer to the store:Thank you for responding. I placed order for 10 shirts to be embroidered/monogramed and 10 shirts to be printed.The lady(she is from Asia for sure) said she will charge me $69.99 for some victor conversion if i paid by card, she offered me to pay by cash and she charged $45 and for embroidery she said if paid by card it will be $12/ shirt plus Tax so i went ahead and paid $10/shirt by cash for my entire order.I was also told that they will wave off rush fees of $35 if i paid by cash.If she is the owner she must be aware of my order. They also screwd up printed shirts.I am done with this and i know what kind of response fi will be getting on this review form the ownerworst customer service and worst service. I was given my bag of finished goods along with few bugs.Its kept very dirty.I feel very bad to write this review,everything changed along with the new people.None of the employee is trained. Front office person has zero knowledge about embroidery,she dose not understand what we talk and we dont understand what she is talking.and lot of mistakes in the embroidery too.Issac and Janet were the best people who had tremendous knowledge about the process and customer service. All the people are working there are either his relatives or from his own country. please dont go to this place.

I would rather give it a ZERO rating. HORRIBLE place please dont waste your money.Better spend few extra Cents and go to Mckinney embroidme and get a professional work done. we placed an order for 2 shirts and the guy who was on the phone never returned my call,whereas one of my acquaintance who ordered same number of shirts got the shirts in time.When i called this very particular store i get the answer that there was a confusion, when i send a follow up email this guy never replied to my email.Those shirts were for my juniors as an appreciation for their hard work. This is not the first time this happened to me in this particular store.I think it all changed along with the new management,very dirty and disorganized place. Soon they will be out of business if this continues. someone must complain it to the corporate .I am not a racist but i give a zero star for email manners and phone manners to this store.
