I’ve had great experiences with my local store. I should have read the reviews before ordering from the Frisco Tx location. Oddly enough there is a similar review with the same situation where the strawberries weren’t dipped in chocolate not my extra 6 count box they’ve been non responsive so I will be disputing through my credit card.9-8 I finally received a call back with no explanation as to why the wrong order nor length of time for a response. However, they did resend the correct order by the end of the day.

This is the worse experience I’ve ever had with edible arrangement let’s start out I made an order at 9am hoping that it will be delivered by 5PM like they told me it should be ok long story short I ended up having to go and pick it up myself because I couldn’t get it delivered on time I worked a whole 8 hours And I live right up the street from the location then it took almost a week to give me a refund for the delivery charge and they was real nonchalant I would not recommend this location customer service is garbage

Trust your gut (and the ratings) before ordering here. I saw all the complaints but was desperate to get something for a friend who needed a pick-me-up.Paid an additional $7 for chocolate dipped strawberries that she did not receive, and some of the fruit was discolored from age.Normally, I wouldn’t leave a review but I have been trying to resolve this issue for over 3 weeks and have not received a call back, even after speaking with someone and being put on hold multiple times.

Last year (November 20), I had Edible Arrangements send out a For Get Me Not Arrangement for my Wife. The day of delivery was Our 1st time meeting each other (November 11th 2016). It was also the last day for Donald Trump (Lost Election) So it was a Great Moment for the both of us. Just like our 1st meeting, it was a memorable day! The Arrangement came just as I gotten off the phone telling her I Love You, Perfect timing! The Arrangement was Just Beautiful!, my wife said. It really made Our 1st Meeting Day Extra Special! I will definitely be using your services again in the future. Thank You

I order a fruit arrangement with balloons on Sunday, to be delivered, yesterday, Tuesday. Tuesday morning, the tracking order button confirmed that it would be delivered that day. It was for a baby shower. By Tuesday afternoon, the tracking showed that it would now be delivered a day late to today, Wednesday. When I tried to call the store on Tuesday they didnt answer and I left a voicemail. I have not heard back. I didnt get a notification or some kind of communication on their part saying that my order was being delayed.I added a star because we did get the correct arrangement and it looked nice, even though it was a day late. It just would have been better to have the arrangement on the day of the baby shower like I was expecting it come. When I pay for a service I do expect it to be delivered on the day that the email confirmed it and if there are delay issues I do expect an email or phone call. Not communicating and letting the customer figure it out is just poor customer service.

My wife uses this company on regular basis. That is going to change. I ordered a basket for my wife to be picked up the day after Valentines Day. For whatever reason, the order was not completed that day. The owner (Haley Clark) contacted me and stated that I did not receive the WOW experience normally shown with their service. For that reason, they were going refund my payment and give me a $70 coupon to use another time. Great, right? I raved about their commitment to great customer service. Maybe a little premature. A couple of days passed - no order. Then we had a winter storm that paralyzed the area. A week after the storm, still no order. Finally, I walk into the store to inquire about the order-not filled! Needless to say, I had to re-order, did not get a refund, nor the $70 coupon that I was offered. We have decided that we will no longer patronize this company I do not recommend that no one else does either. Do what you say you are going to do Haley Clark!

ATTENTION!!!!!!!I’ve used edible arrangements a few times a year as they were a go to for special moments. This location has soiled the rapport they’ve developed in my life. I called in an order on 4/1 at 9:47am . The order taker assured me that it could be delivered before my girlfriend got off work. Because she said businesses were priority. It was to be delivered to my girlfriends job. Not only did they not make it before she got off work but they had her waiting in the hit car for 30 minutes saying the driver was near by. When I finally called to see where he was they said he’d be an additional 20 mins until he delivered. This was an absolute horrible experience. Edible arrangements is a great company but I would not recommend this location. This has truly been the worst and most embarrassing moment I’ve experience. This location is not reliable for those special moments. Please be advise this is not to bash the company as a whole because they do great things. This location is different and does not uphold the company standard of being their for the special moments.They said they’d deliver it tomorrow morning 4/2 I’ll update this review as my experience develops

Great job! He loved the box of goodies and the balloons! Were in California and hoped after ordering it that it would actually be delivered on time, and would be comparable to the photos. It was delivered on time and from the photos he took, it was awesome! Now we know we can count on Friscos Edible Arrangements, even from as far away as California! Great service! Scheduled a delivery for a grandson with a broken leg. His parents were going out for the evening and I called the local store to try to make sure the delivery happened before they left for dinner. Store clerk said she would contact delivery driver and let him know the deadline. Then she called me back to confirm delivery had been made in time. Great service.

I placed an order at 3:35pm on yesterday 6/21/21 for a same day delivery. It was not delivered nor did I receive any communication saying it wouldn’t be. As of today, 6/22/21 at 2:34pm, the order has still not be delivered, the tracking information has not been updated and I’ve called the store multiple times only to be directed to a voicemail. I left a message but have not received a call back! This is awful customer service and had I read the reviews for this location beforehand I would have steered clear since there are numerous complaints about this same issue. My sister had a loss in her family YESTERDAY and I wanted to send her something YESTERDAY, but it has still not been delivered. You have missed the mark and I’m thoroughly disappointed. Your business practices seem sketchy at best.

I placed an online order for 1 dozen white chocolate covered strawberries on 02/22/2021 at 4:12 p.m. I paid for my order, received a confirmation email, and proceeded to leave the house to head to the store to pick up my order by 5:00. I received a call from Anthony as I was pulling out the drive to ask me if I could pick up my order the next day? I told him no, that would not work. He proceeded to say that this store does not take orders after 4:00? My question to him was, why did the system accept my order if that were the case? His response was unacceptable and he did nothing to try to get the order completed at this point (they had plenty of time.) I let him know there was not a notice on the website advising me of such rule. I let him know that I would be speaking with management (Halie is the name he provided) and sharing my experience on Google and Yelp but he didnt seem to care! Terrible customer service!!!

I wish I could add a pic, because my tray looked awful. Initially ordered caramel apples and extra items. Day of delivery they reached out saying they were out of caramel but could send apples. I said that was unacceptable. Employee then assured me that they would replace the order with a Christmas tray and they would add extras to make up foe their mistake. The tray that was received looked absolutely nothing like the picture and was missing items. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they didn’t even send my entire order. I was billed $104 for a poorly made tray of fruit. After contacting corporate, via fb, the same employee contacted me from the Frisco franchise called. She made excuses as to why they sent what they did “we were out of a lot of things”. She said she couldn’t refund what had already been delivered and didn’t have anyone in charge for me to speak to. She said she could have the franchise owner call, but she is in The Colony and had no idea when she may be able to call me. All that was done to rectify the situation, since I did not want the order remade and delivered (Christmas was days ago) was a refund of the items I paid for and didn’t received and a delivery charge. This ugly, sub-par tray (which was a gift) ended up costing me $62.58. Steer clear of the Frisco location. Corporate assured me that I would receive a call from the owner or manager. That didn’t happen. It was the same employee that messed it up in the first place so very poor customer service. Beware.

So I call and email and nobody ever calls you back and you can never get nobody to answer the store phone I’m yet to receive a refund and they can at least send my family new flowers never again will I ever order from this company! Horrible Experience!!! My daughter ordered an arrangement from this store for my Birthday as a surprise during Covid. She obviously paid a great deal as these arrangements are really overpriced. I received fruit that was rotting, and overripe. Totally inedible. The hard candy shell they use on the fruit was yucky and had to be thrown out. I had to pitch most of my Birthday Surprise!! Major Fail!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Ordered an arrangement for same-day delivery with cookies and a balloon. Neither the cookies or balloon were included in the delivery and the recipient stated the arrangement looked like it had been sitting in a hot car all day. I have not received a response to my email and cannot reach anyone by phone. I do not recommend using this location.

Yeah, Im thinking they are out of business as well but never told corporate. I placed an order online two days ago that never got delivered. When calling to follow up the phone number is disconnected and no way to contact them. After looking all over the website I was finally able to get to corporate customer service and they couldnt get a hold of that store as well. They cancelled my order but I still havent gotten my refund. If the store is still open please do not order from them.

Had I known that the plano address was closed, I would have ordered it.very rude manager not willing to fix mistake. Yesterday (Valtentines Day 2020) my order did not get delivered to my girlfriend at our place of work. It was supposed to be delivered before 5 PM so around 2PM or so when it had not been delivered I tried contacting the store directly by phone. When I called I kept getting a busy signal. I figured that was normal because it was Valentine’s Day and it was busy. I kept trying to call over the next few hours and the phone was always busy. I finally did get through a few times where the phone actually rang. When I did I realized what was happening. The store picked up the phone and without speaking put me directly on hold, I stayed on hold for about ten minutes and no one ever picked up. This happened twice. They must have been doing it to every caller so they didn’t have to answer and kept them on hold so the phone wouldn’t keep ringing. So I can only assume this was happening to a number of other people trying to work with this store.I was NEVER contacted by the store about the fact that they were not going to be able to make my delivery. I was given no way of recourse. So today I am going to have to go out of my way on a Saturday to drive over to the store and get a refund. This place is completely unprofessional. I would never work with them again and would suggest anyone thinking about ordering for them to try and other edible arrangements in the area. Put this place out of business like they deserve.

I do admit that I was nervous about buying anything from this location due to all of the negative reviews especially since I live in another state. However, I placed an on-line order on Wednesday to be delivered today for my best friend’s birthday. She just called to let me know the fruit is delicious and the driver was very pleasant and festive. At first, I thought the price was a little expensive, but my friend and her husband were very happy to receive the gift, so it was worth spending the money!

This review has nothing to do with the quality of the order or the help I received from the manager, Anthony. This review is 100% due to the terrible customer service I received from a delivery driver, George.George called me after finding I had the wrong delivery address. The issue on my end was, at that exact moment, I was in no position to figure out the correct address (driving on the highway, 800 miles away, unable to stop for about 20 minutes, and possibly still not able to secure a new address because the recipient was an in-law and I would have to make several calls to contact the right person).I explained my predicament and asked George to work with me and see if he could spot the house. I repeatedly explained that I did not want him to actually go door-to-door, I just wanted to see if he could look down the block and identify the correct house based on my description. He refused.George then told me that if I could not get him the address before 3:00 p.m., it would not be delivered. I understand deadlines, but to be so inflexible and unhelpful was astounding. I again explained my predicament and said that I would try to get the address, but a visual check could be easier and much faster. Thats when things got ugly.George started talking over me, then yelling at me. I demanded his name, his managers name, and the store number. First, he refused to give his name by saying, they know who I am. Then he provided his name, but would not give me a managers name or store phone number. Then he HUNG UP ON ME.So, here I am on the highway, fuming, with no direct way to get this address, an approximately 45 minute window of time to make it happen, a delivery driver somewhere in the immediate vicinity of the recipient, and no one to help sort it out because George hung up, did not provide the stores phone number, and will not answer his phone.This is where this Edible Arrangements location earns one star. When I was able to pull over, Anthony, the store manager, was extremely patient and gracious in listening to me vent about the disrespect and poor customer service. Of course, I was ready to cancel --- I had had a shouting match with the driver --- but Anthony was really helpful and proactive about trying to work it out. In the end, George was able to make the delivery (1 block away) without me jumping through any of the hoops he imposed. How? He called the recipient (yes, he had the phone number the whole time).No, the customer is not always right. I had an incorrect address. But an incorrect address should not completely bewilder anyone to the point of being unhelpful or disrespectful...especially a delivery driver. Instead of having a good experience via the driver exercising good customer service (not yelling at me) and a little courtesy by looking out the window or continuing attempts to call the recipient, I had a gift that I was no longer happy to send and a stressful situation that left me wishing I canceled the order.You choose for yourself. In the future, Ill pass. There are lots of alternative ways to spend money in appreciation of others. I am not willing to take the chance that a George wont ruin what should be a good thing.

I work across the parking lot. I walked in, in the morning, to place an order for rake out. I was told to come get it anytime before five and put it in the fridge. Closing at 5pm and me still being at work till 7 I ran across the parking lot after seeing that it was already almost a quarter past 5. To my surprise David was waiting there with my order and it was even better than i could have hoped. My girlfriend and her mom will be very happy and so was I. Thank you David.

Unfortunately - do not use this location. I have never given a one star review but they earned it. After not accommodating a delivery, I had to go out of my way to visit the physical store. I arrived 30 minutes BEFORE closing to find the door locked. The employee was in the back cleaning. The employee clearly saw me and decided to not respond. If you are going to close early, then publish those hours or change your schedule! Very disappointing. Businesses wonder why they lose customers to online stores? This is a sad example but absolutely indicative. Want a reliable customer experience that meets the brand? Go elsewhere. I will be contacting the corporate ownership for they need to be aware of the damage their brand receives in these instances.

I placed a valentines order for a family member and got a confirmation email saying it was delivered. I called my relative to follow up and they did not receive the gift. I contacted the Frisco location and got on hold for a while. I understand this is a busy day but when the front desk representative got back on the line and said it may be lost and her manager said If it is a delivery issue then it is not important and can wait later. And said it will be delivered tomorrowThat is not professional services and they did not seem to care where the order was and hang up

Last minute gift for a birthday present . Call to schedule a delivery was told schedule was full so I decided to visit the location . When I arrived it was empty and took a minute for someone to greet me . When I asked about a arrangement I was told they only had 3 to choose from in the large display case. So I really understood that you wouldnt want the fruit sitting to long . So I choose a arrangement that looked ok but was mostly canalop . Made it home and ate one of the strawberries which was really soggy. Over the fruit basket looked aged and fruit seamed dry . Overall Im sure had I ordered it with time it hopefully would have been better . So my suggestion is its not a last minute gift and call way ahead .I strongly believe a business should have the opportunity to make it right, so I will be reordering from this location in Valentines day . The other day was my anniversary and I went to Edible Arrangements and had the best experience! Not only was the bouquet perfect but the kindness and service that was provided was phenomenal! I took my 3 year old son with me and he was bouncing off the walls. AJ and Kinnadi were the two girls working and they were awesome! Extremely helpful in picking out the perfect arrangement while at the same time being really sweet with my boy. I highly recommend you go check out this location. All around great experience! And my wife LOVED her edible arrangement.

I have used edible arrangements in the past and usually I love it. Disappointed that my delivery was scheduled for the wrong date. Got a refund but I was not able to get service. It was difficult to confirm the order as the staff really struggled with getting the details correct to include my name, the recipients name and what was going to who. At the end I had no gift on a very special occasion.

HORRIBLE dont ever contact this edible arrangement! Horrible with delivers and manager ANGELA and RACHEL are horrible. Rude and dont care about their customers. They deliver at whatever time they want and if they dont feel like doing more deliveries they wait to do it the next day. Save yourself the trouble and go else where. The arrangement isnt even that cute.

DON’T USE THIS LOCATION!!! I placed an order Feb 12th to be delivered on 2/14...The order was never delivered!! Then an email was sent at 7:35pm saying they attemtpted which was a flat out lie. The home where they were delivering to has front cameras and NO delivery was ever attempted. I called this location before 5pm- No one answered. Then called twice after the email came in saying the attempted-NO one answered. Called the Cust Service Dept in which they stated they could refund 3-5 business days but I would have to contact the actual location because it’s privately owned. Called again the morning of 2/15, left another voicemail requesting to be called back. No response....Ended up getting refunded however, I expected for better customer service considering they were dishonest and did not give any reason behind why the delivery was not performed.

Worst experience ever. Ordered $70 bouquet for my wifes birthday at 7am and it was to be delivered by 8pm. I called the Plano store to check status and Anthony was super helpful and gave me the phone number to the Frisco location. They would not answer their phone unlike Anthony who was answering after hours calls, so I had to ask him to have them call me because my arrangement never showed up. The lady manager said that they attempted to deliver between the time I call the Anthony and the time that they called me back which is complete BS. They also said the driver not really hard three times and left a voicemail. I had no phone call and there was nothing left and he didnt even try to deliver. I called the Frisco store back and demanded a refund, she quickly said OK no problem. There is no chance in hell I would ever do business with this place in the future and I strongly suggest going elsewhere.
