Absolutely amazing experience being able to drive my dream truck. I really appreciate Carlos Robles for allowing me to take a test drive and giving as well as recieving information in a very professional manner. This was my best ever dealership experience and Ive had and I travel far to get whatever car Im looking at. Me and girlfriend will be back here I can tell you that!
I wish they were different. Theyre not. Bought a vehicle here, guy was really nice. Thats where it ended. Tried to connect the Nissan Connect app which was tied to the previous owner. It wont despite doing everything Ive read online, forums, etc.I travel for work and asked them to mail my plates, sorry its really best for you to come in Best for WHO?! I called my sales guy about the connect issue who advised me to check what Google says. Thanks dude.So I went direct from traveling back to the dealership to snag my plates today and get this fixed. The seasoned sales persons advice was to call the 1 800 number. I explain that Ive done all that which is why I was there. He disappears for 4 minutes then he says well I called them twice and the phone call dropped, maybe try the chat option. Oh, I would except I CANT REGISTER THE CAR AS I TOLD YOU.Keep in mind this man did not even take my information when I got there so I dont exactly know what he was going to tell the people on the other side of the phone call and anyways. HORRIBLE, LAZY, SELFISH dealership.I shouldnt expect better but ya know, I was hoping....
I love coming to Crest Nissan. I know they are going to do a great job and I can feel at peace when I drive away. Erica Lamkin is a service rep there that I always make an appointment with. SHE takes care of me from the moment I arrive until the moment I leave. Theyre lucky to have her shes the BEST!
We bought a used car from Crest Nissan. We did a 100 point check with a 3rd party and it came back clean. Unfortunately, the car ended up having some major issues. Crest bought the car back from us and worked with us to get full refund on warranty as well. I would feel comfortable buying another used car from Crest knowing they back their sales 100%.
Mike is really professional and made everything easy and clear from the beginning.Jeff has given me exceptional offer and was very kind and cooperative. The same applies to finance and to the sales man. Outstanding experience.Car was clean, serviced and in excellent condition.I would definitely recommend them to any person who wants to buy a new or used car. You won’t regret it
This was my “best ever” car buying experience…and believe me there have been a lot over 60 years!Chance McDonald was wonderful to work with and did everything possible to make this an enjoyable process. He was extremely professional and always made me feel like a valued family member at Crest Nissan!Everyone was so considerate and kind throughout my purchase process. Kyle Jones was great and getting the financing and having my paperwork all in order! Annabella was also so kind and concerned that I have a wonderful process !I highly recommend Crest Nissan. And I also want to say that my Nissan Pathfinder is FABULOUS.
Had a great experience. Chance did a great job and was very attentive. Very straightforward in his approach, and does not use high pressure techniques. I feel like everyone everyone got what they wanted out of the deal, so that makes it a good one. Im happy and plan to return for my next purchase.
I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle into Crest Nissan in Frisco. I recently took my Nissan Altima for some repair, and I was very satisfied. The staff was very attentive and respectful to me. They made sure all my needs were met the moment I dropped off my vehicle for repair, and until the moment I picked up my vehicle once all the repairs were done. They are very professional and have integrity in what they do!
The initial salesperson was good, and patiently showed a couple of cars. When I asked for more details about finance and lease options, he asked his manager to come and assist. The manager was very rude and ruined a potential sale because I would not buy on the same day. It is foolish to have employees who ruin other salespeople’s hard work and scare away customers. I will never go back to this Nissan dealership. Intense and very rude sales pressure, not worth your time.
I had a bad experience experience at another Nissan dealership and decided to try my luck with Crest Nissan. I remember having a great service experience with Erica a while ago. From the time I spoke with Zach over the phone, to the test drive and interaction with Chance McDonald and my final signature with Lance, was the perfect example of exceptional customer service. I will highly recommend Crest Nissan to my friends and family!
I’ve had a variety of service issues handled on my Pathfinder at Crest Nissan - from warranty work to recalls to oil changes. I have always been shocked by how wonderful everyone is to work with! Work is done right and always to customer satisfaction. They are some of the most professional people I’ve had the pleasure of working with at any dealership!
I purchased my first car and I’m extremely happy that I did it with Crest Nissan in Frisco. I came in knowing the exact brand and make and received exceptional service the entire time. I initially came in on a Saturday and was provided a good deal but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the model/version of the car, so I ended up leaving. Fortunately enough, the car salesman I was working with (Jake) did a phenomenal job of going out of his way to get me what I wanted and found me a model/version that had everything I wanted and got me a great price. He focused on only the things I told him (not pushing other cars on me just to make a sale etc.) which is why I got a better vehicle than I initially began looking at.Additionally, the Business Manager (Sal) was very transparent, helpful, and personable while setting me up with financing. Not once did I feel uneasy during this whole experience.
Crest Nissan financial team were such great professionals! I wanted a good percentage rate on my loan and they made that happen! They explained the additional warranties policies and didn’t waste my time. I drove into the dealership at 2 pm and left with my certified pre owned Rogue by 4:15. I would recommend them highly!
Was trying to buy a car listed on Car Gurus and their website for $24,999 which was their advertised price but they are telling me the total price is $29,500. That is $3000 more than with TT&L. They wont send me a break down of charges which I requested so I can understand what the extra charges are for. I dont know if this is even legal, seem like false advertising. Ill be reporting it to the BBB.
Chance was my sales person at Crest Nissan and the experience was awesome. Chance listened to what I was looking for and extremely helpful throughout the process. His follow up to ensure I was happy with my purchase was also a nice touch. I would definitely recommend stopping by Crest and asking for Chance!!!!
Praise for John Mendow in service!!I previously used Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving for service (due to location) and John was in charge of my vehicle there. I had a last minute oil change, new tires, and new brake pads needed and he got it all done in time for a trip to Kansas(including parts being ordered!). He wanted to make sure I was able to get there safely— he really cares for his customers.Fast forward a few months as I have relocated to North Dallas and needed a new service center. I spoke with a John at Crest Nissan and he got me in immediately the next morning. I arrived and he even recognized me from the other service center along with my back story. It didn’t even click to me when I was on the phone that it was the same John from the other Nissan service center, but when I saw his smiling face I knew my car would be taken care of here. He communicates very efficiently, even informing me of text message updates along with the amenities in the waiting area so I am comfortable to get work done while my car is getting serviced.I’m happy to know John the service advisor is at Crest Nissan as I will always leave a happy customer!! Thank you John!!
Robert Temple is truly the most valuable service advisor at this dealership. Having him during my last visit was the best experience Ive ever had here. I won’t go anywhere else now. I will absolutely be coming to Robert for any service I need from here on out. He is incredibly knowledgeable and he truly cares about his customers. He was so good about keeping me up to date on everything going on with my car, even returning my call on his day off! He went out of his way to ensure I got my car back as soon as possible! Thank you, Robert!!
My experience was amazing at crest Nissan. Drake did an awesome job getting my car serviced when promised. Although there was one more issue to get done he let me know to bring it back and it would get done Tuesday morning! Awesome job!
When I first set my appointment to come in for service a week before. I inquired about getting a rental. I was told that it would be $80. I also informed my service person and rental person I would need a car that is my size car or bigger. They said they would Definitely work on it and make it happen. Well when I arrived I was told the only car available was a car smaller than mine. I did become annoyed because I had made several calls all week to make sure everything was planned. Drake did go and fine the head person Vince. Vince came out and I am very annoyed at this time. He tried to calm me down and told me he would fix the issue but that I must calm down and let him fix it......well he did just that. He immediately fixed the issue and got me in a car similar to mine. During the entire process Drake stayed in touch with me on what was going on with my car. Tatiana got me all checked out and on my way with my rental.I do have to apologize to Drake and Vince for getting upset. I should have trusted when he said he would handle it. 5 🌟
I recently purchased a new car, and Carlos (Sales) and Kyle (Finance) made the experience smooth and stress free. I never once felt pressured or bombarded with hidden fees, which I have at other Dealerships. I was not rushed, and the staff took the time I needed to review all paperwork with me.
Robert was great! I asked him to take some glue off of the drivers side of my windshield and it was gone when I picked up my vehicle. The only down side was the passenger side of the windshield. Instead of and overall cleaning of the interior windshield it was only the side I specified. Which I can’t be picky and expect them to read my mind. Overall great service and I will bring my vehicle to Crest in Frisco for all of my servicing. My fiancé also has a Nissan and he will also be bringing it to Crest as well.
John was amazing with my service today. I called ahead of time and not only did he get me in right away he remembered who I was. He treated me like family opposed to just a customer! He will definitely be my go to guy for anything else I need! Perfect service
Crest Nissan was professional as well as being attentive to my request. I searched a lot of dealerships and they were by far the best. Thanks for my awesome new wheels!
I spoke to service person and I stated my a/c was not cooling. I said when would the best time to get my in to be looked at. He said if I drop it off at night would be the best time. The was Labor Day evening I dropped it off. The next day on Tuesday I messaged the service guy at 3:00 and he said they had not even looked at it. I stated that I would need a rental car so I went up to the dealership. The only thing they had was a Frontier Truck. On Wednesday I messaged again and they still had not looked at it. On Thursday I received a call that it was my condenser coil and they had to order it. On Friday I received a call that the part was in and they were working on it. 3 hours later I got a call saying it was the wrong part and another was on the way and that it would be Saturday for me to be able to pick it up. I then received a text stating it would be ready before 7 pm that night on Friday. I did go pick it up. The service guy stated he was sorry but due to Covid they were short staff.I understand this but I should have told that when I dropped off the vehicle and that there may be some delays and that they could provide me with the same type vehicle.I am not happy with the lack of communication and honesty from the very beginning.
Great customer service they will work hard to help you and be completely honest
We had Chance as a salesman and he was so respectful and knowledgeable about his job and very helpful.Beside their very good follow ups, Annabella as owner loyalty manager was very trustworthy help to make sure you are on a right track on your business. Also, the front desk people are so friendly and helpful and waiting area is lovely to spend waiting time.I’m so glad to meet these guys and this place.
Excellent service. I appreciate my salesman Carson and the finance department! Best service at a car dealership that I received in along time .
John was 1st Class all the way. His customer service was amazing. He was patient throughout the entire process and made sure I had a grand experience even though my warranty company acted down right unprofessional & disgraceful. I am grateful for him and the entire service staff.
We had Anthony Peat as our salesman and has was great. He was very helpful and made our car buying experience a great one. We definitely recommend you ask for Anthony if you’re shopping for a vehicle at Crest Nissan.
Ive never been sold a car via text. Shon was thorough, quick to respond, aware of my deal breakers, and put me in a vehicle I love. Over the span of 3 days and 0 verbal conversations. I felt he was personable and professional yet laid back and confident.Enis made the finance process quick (less than 10min) and they worked well as a team.Hands down will use Crest Nissan for my future purchases!!!
John was great in getting what was needed for the repair and getting me in and out in a timely manner. He was very friendly and kep me updated on the progress of what was being done to my vehicle.
Oddly I didn’t buy a vehicle here (went with a different brand), but Zach Hulbert was such a great salesman that I still wanted to give him a shoutout! He was super easy to work with, was very honest, and overall a pleasant person to deal with. If you’re looking for a Nissan, I’d highly recommend you work with Zach!
Robert Temple was excellent, professional and kept me updated through the entire time of the vehicle being serviced. The facility is clean, wonderful, wellManaged and the mechanics seem very knowledgeable and top of their game. Highly recommend Crest Nissan Frisco for your vehicle servicing needs
Enoc was the most genuine person I spoke to after trying out the horrible David Mcdavid Honda. Trust me Enoc is your guy!
The purchase end of my new vehicle was smooth. Probably the easiest purchase of a new car. I even purchased the extra package to have all of your service (oil changes, tire rotations, etc). What they dont tell you is that it will take 3 hours to get a simple oil change. Thats unacceptable. Limit the amount of appointments if you cant service customers in an appropriate amount of time.
Very good dealership. Drake was very helpful and made the whole servicing process easy and straightforward. Definitely recommend this place.
Friendly staff a great environment I was well pleased 😀
Ly was very upfront and communicated in an extremely timely fashion. He was proactive, friendly, understanding, and flexible with my needs. The only reason I would not likely buy a new Nissan is we are interested in other vehicle types right now and Nissan doesnt fit our needs. But, I would recommend the service team/Ly and will continue to take my older model Pathfinder to Crest Nissan for service. Thank you Ly!
Pretty annoying that not only did they trick my son into thinking he’d be able to get a car from them, his first time getting a car. They had him thinking a co-signer was something different than what it really is…I explained to my son what a co-signer is and the guy that he was working with made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. They then ran my credit, said it would only be ran by 2 different agencies when it was ran by like 5 companies and made my score drop. Since then I’ve received about 15 letters…some of the same thing and it’s pretty annoying. Tell the truth instead of having people come there based off lies.
Excellent service every time I come here. Ly is always responsive and makes sure everything I’ve asked is taken care of. He provides feedback and explanations for every issue and propose options to move forward. Would be a great perk if the shop includes any kind of shuttle service when repairs take more than 2 hours.
I went down to Crest to get my wife a new car, I had previously looked at their website to see a couple of cars that I would be interested in, my salesman was Carlos Robles and he was awesome! He showed me the cars I had previously viewed online and actually 2 of them were sold as we were there, my wife and I were ready to go with our 3rd option when Carlos brought out this beautiful red version of what we were interested in and my wife just melted!! Carlos truly saved the day and Enis in the finance department made the numbers work, great customer service!!
Greg worked extremely hard to help fix our issues. Crest Service does excellent work.
Amazing service! Go Visit Greg in the service department! He communicates great and will let you know whats going on every step of the way!
If you get your car serviced at Crest Nissan be sure to ask for Lee! Excellent customer service!
I felt cheated after going to the dealership for servicing and state inspection after moving from another state. I was told that the wait time would be a couple of hours for servicing which, I was fine and went in, On the arrival, I was told that there was a promo for new customers 104 for service, tire rotation fuel additives, car wash, and cleaning. When asked how much it costs for servicing, the advisor mentioned 79.99, which I, couldnt believe, as where I, came from it was 45 or close to 48 with the Nissan dealer. So I went with a $104 service package and a State inspection additional $30. After a few hours advisor came and said my vehicle would not pass the state inspection and I need to change the tires for passing the state inspection and gave me just one option to choose from for the tires. I was running late to pick up my son and, I said I, will get it done next week, will wait on inspection too. After a while, he came back and said my vehicle passed the inspection, not sure how? He also mentioned that they, will not charge me for state inspection as I am a new customer, and they had a coupon for me and said to come back next week for a tire change. I am totally surprised. How did the vehicle pass the inspection? or were they trying to force me to change the tires which was not needed at that time, I knew my tires were coming to the end of life, but from my last report, they had a good amount of life. Now, which raises the question did they service my vehicle or did they just wash and gave me the vehicle? I am not sure about the quality of work performed. Generally, when I visit the dealership they update with a sticker on the front mirror when to come for next servicing with miles or a date, I did not see that and, I still see information from my old dealership. Also, they gave me a report to change filters which were replaced not even a month or two ago. I doubt this dealerships work and recommendations. I am not going there again.
If you drive a Nissan and youre not taking it to Crest Nissan in Frisco, TX for service; youre missing out. The service advisors are always friendly and very helpful. The customer service is amazing! Robert Temple was my service advisor the last few times I had taken my car in for service and he is the BEST!
What an absolute nightmare. Taking a customers keys to their car and not giving them back so they cant leave? Marking up a vehicle $10k past sticker for tinting the windows? I get that theyre in it to make money, but this dealership embodies everything that people hate with buying a vehicle.I just want to buy a new car. Why is it so hard to find a dealership that isnt pushy and downright disrespectful?
Great experience working with Matt and Sal at Crest Nissan to nab a 21 Rogue for my second daughter. Happily delivered it after hours to the house, to my daughters surprise. Thanks for your great attitüde and flexibility, guys! Ed
Need better communication with customers. Never again.
I had a great time. Crest Nissan have built a nice waiting area for customers. My Service rep was really good and courteous. I appreciate the hospitality.
Carlos Robles has been very helpful, great sales consultant friendly, understanding. He let me know about the features in the 2021 Rogue explain to me each button about the vehicle. And what they were for even help me set up my phone so I can listen to my music on my play list. Also set everything that needed to be on. Thanks again LOVE my ROGUE SV. 😄🌹
Super friendly team! They listened to me about my car’s issues and explained everything they were going to do to try and fix it. It was a great experience and this is by far my favorite dealership!
Ryan is the best! He listened to allMy needs and concerns and addressed every single one.Thank you
First time visit. Very satisfied.
Lies, lies and more lies. Anything to sell a car, it’s a shame. Carson shouldn’t be trusted if he’s your sales person. When confronted about it, big surprise everybody guess what.. more lies. I wish I could return the car but I suppose I’m stuck with it. Good luck people
Went in for my first oil change and it was a great experience. Erica was amazing!
Before you go to Crest Nissan, make sure you schedule with Jonathan Reyes. I bought my VERY FIRST car at this place and Jonathan made this experience the best that I could have hoped for. He was patient, honest and made sure to keep my best interest in mind. I left this place with the car I wanted and a fair deal. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase, Thank you Jonathan again for everything! Youre the Best!
The staff was amazing! They took care of my car easily and was able to find the issue. They fixed it no problem and they were super kind. The mechanic James was great at communicating the issues and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands. He was able to explain my car issues without making me feel stupid and was very considerate.
John was very helpful and always responded to my texts and calls. Friendly and personalized service.
Had a great experience with the sales and financing staff. Would definitely come back as a repeat customer.
They sold me a messed up truck took them 9 days to get it to me an it was still messed up so told them I wanted a different vehicle an they said u only have 3 days .well they had truck 9 days I had it one day. So y couldnt I take it back
Zach Hulbert our salesman was EXCELLENT. He was very patient with my 82 year old mom who was purchasing the vehicle. He gave us great customer service. He is an asset to Crest Nissan and Kyle the finance guy was AWESOME too!
Purchasing a car went really well. The sales team really helped me out. After the purchase the service department sucks. The manager Vince Kelly told me I was a liar and then left a voicemail telling me more false information. I brought my truck in to get it detailed, because i payed for the service on my contract. I rented a car to drive around while they detailed my vehicle and the rental had grass and pet hair all in the back seat. When I got my truck back, it smelled like they used old sewage water. I literally had to pay another service to get the smell out. Listen to me when I tell you, reviews work! DONT BUY THE DETAIL PACKAGE. The sales team suffers due to less than poor service after the buy.
I did not end up buying a car or going into the dealership. I was in a hurry so I just wanted to check out the lot. Your salesman Patrick Mitchell approached me and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at! He is a great guy, very polite, and has a great character! amazing salesman ! Thank you Crest Nissan !!
Excellent customer service. Never pressured us into buying what we dont want. Allowed us to make our decisions on what we wanted. Every one that we came in contact with was great. Thank you Enoch, Carlos, Mark and the team @ Crest Nissan. You guys are wonderful 😃
Called in to schedule an appointment for service. When I arrived, they notified me that not only was my appointment scheduled for a time before I actually called, but they couldnt perform the service I scheduled for another TWO MONTHS. Why bother following the instructions in the email you send me if you arent going to honor your own appointments or the service plan you pushed on me during the leasing negotiations? This dealership frustrated me from the moment I got a quote, so why would I think there would be a difference when I try to get service?
Had a great experience here buying a new truck. Make sure you visit Greg Gansle in service. You can’t ask for a better hospitality and character in a person. He truly cares and so does the whole team.
Erica as a service advisor is very helpful. She knows her stuff. Most importantly- she is very prompt in actions and communication.
My shopping experience was excellent. My maintenance experience is also excellent, until this Monday, August 9.I went to do the maintenance on the car. You have payment in advance for several services already contracted. Let it be known that a tire was leaking and needed to be checked. Two hours later they gave me the car with the proposal that I buy a tire for $ 306.00. He did not agree.Today Wednesday I had to return for the same reason and the same tire. The answer was you have to buy a new tire. I withdraw. Dont buy what they wanted me to buy.I went and had the tire punch somewhere else. I paid 10 dollars for this. Now the questions arise.1. Why and for me to pay for a SERVICE that you cannot offer me now?2. Why the persistence of buying a tire for 300.00 dollars, when for 10 it is achieved?3. Why the Lie, the Deception, the Revenge and finally the scam? There will not be anyone from Nissan Crest who can answer, I would sincerely appreciate it.The Star was entrusted to the Service
Had a great car buying experience with Shon. Very easy to work with, not pushy, and he stayed within our price range. We drove away with a beautiful suv with everything we wanted. The whole experience was excellent from start to end. Highly recommend!!
This is our 8th vehicle purchase and we have never encounter a sales man Enoc and a finance specialist Ennis that have gone above and beyond to satisfy our needs and wants. By far this has been our best car shopping experience. Thank you Enoc and Ennis!!!!!!
Told a 90 minute wait for service, ended spending 150 minutes at the dealership. Just needed a tire rotation and oil change…that service should not take 90 minutes. I feel like if I would have known that at the beginning I would not have bought the prepaid maintenance.
We were originally stopping by Crest Caddilac, but we wanted to check out the new Armada. ETHAN out Sales Consultant was very honest and helpful, ultimately we purchased a the car! He took us for a test drive and showed us 3 models to compare.
Greg and team did an amazing job, always clean my vehicle after any service to look brand new!
These guys always do a great job. Theyre consistent and thorough. The pricing is fair and their folks are very attentive. Greg helped me this time out and he was terrific.
This buying experience was the very best one I have ever experienced.
Very nice people that I talked to and made sure I had a ride for the day because the service took all day. Quick and easy pickup once it was done!
Great experience, Drake explained everything very well and made sure I understood my multipoint inspection.
Sales person Jake and finance manager Lance were excellent. The transaction went very smoothly.
Overall it was a good experience but the process took way too long to complete. Patrick was very customer oriented and accommodating. However, there was a mix up with the VIN # of the car that I was purchasing and it made an already long day even longer. There was/is and issue with the passenger side handle that needed to be fixed and I dealt with a lot of the sales team (Patrick, Jimy, Mike and Chance). Patrick initiated the process, but it was Chance that came through in the end with helping coordinate fixing the vehicle. I felt he went above and beyond to make this me feel comfortable that he would see the fix through the end. Sal in financing, as well as the other gentleman (cant remember his name), worked very hard on my deal. Lastly, Annabella was very thorough in explaining the functionality and services that applied to my vehicle. Great team!
I dont normally deal with Crest outside of service visits, and those are usually good. Bought one car from them, but this time around, I decided to sell a car to them. I was told on Friday that the check for my vehicle would be ready by Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to verify that the check was ready, and was redirected to a voice-mail. I left one with my inquiry, and two hours passed and I tried again.I decided to just make the trip over, and I was met by the person who handled the transaction of my car. He was waiting on accounting to get my payment done, and I was left sitting at a table for an hour, maybe more, and after I got his attention again, he was surprised that no one came to me. I guess I was someone elses problem. He leaves one more time and comes back saying that my payment would be ready for pickup on Tuesday of next week. Theyve got my car for five days and I havent seen a cent. Now they want nearly another week to pay me?I asked to speak to a manager, and after a couple minutes, he comes back and tells me their used car manager isnt even there. I dont see why that matters, since I thought I was waiting on accounting.. so I ask if theres anyone else I can talk to, which I know the answer is no at this point. Then Im told that tomorrow the used car manager will be there and I can talk to him then.At least hes sorry that I was inconvenienced and wasted my time there, and I got a free bottle of water. What a joke. Theyve basically stolen my car at this point. After (and if) I get my money, I wont ever go here again, and I recommend anyone that is looking to go here to reconsider.
Great car buying experience. Carlos was efficient and very helpful
Meh. Responded to a car they posted on cargurus or autotrader, one of those. Car was priced at $22,999 yet the salesman sold it to me for $25,999. No reason why the jump in price. Never mentioned it to me, I also was in a rush to trade in my terrible car so I admit some of it is my fault, but still, i shouldnt have to worry about salesmen being dishonest. DIdnt tell me the price jumped up. Didnt tell me he put a paint protection on there or some interior cleaning service. Basicaly like another $3000 in stuff i dont use. Thank u for taking advantage of me. Then they kept the car a day because they wanted to make sure it passed their 170 point inspection and when I came the next day I still had to wait another 4 hours because they were detailing it. Well needless to say immediately felt a humming and vibration from wheels as soon as i got on the highway. Took them a month to take care of it which was surprising they even took care of it. Cleaned the car and found stuff that shouldve been cleaned during the detailing. Very bad experience I feel like Ive been taken advantage of will never come here again
This place literally lied to me about a couple of different things. One, I asked Henry if the vehicle I bought had lane departure and was told it did - it doesn’t. Two, the financial department insisted that I get the extended warranty, they told me that it will cover if I ever get a flat, oil changes, mechanical and issues. It doesn’t cover a flat and apparently only two oil changes. Three, the man also stated that I could take my vehicle anywhere and they could look it up on the vin because I told him I don’t even have a Nissan dealership where I live. He said I could take it to Avis lube because I told him that’s where I normally go. This was also a lie. I have called crest Nissan multiple times and no one will get back with me. Ryan called my back once and said he was going to look into it but never called me back. I am pretty upset that I was literally lied to multiple times just so they could stack on an extra 10,000 onto my vehicle payment. I put $10,000 down on an $18,000 vehicle and somehow I still owed 17,000. I am not happy with my experience here.
Crest reached out to me (via letter and then phone) saying they could give me a great deal if I traded in my car for a newer one. Both times I was told they could give me an offer that was over what I owed remaining on it up to $2033 over what you owe... So I went in. (pS my car in good shape with no issues). In person they then quoted me a best offer of $1500 LESS than what I owed!!!!After leaving I was so mad that I actually went to another dealership and then to Car Max to get a trade in value - one was $4000 over Crests offer and the other was $3600 over!So beware - Crest lies and tries to rip you off!!
Ly was Superb with his Customer Service and Communicating my options about my Vehicle and recall information clearly and direct aswell the service was done Precise and promptly I look forward to return as an Elated Customer Thank you Sir and Crest Nissan 💯 See yall Soon
Shon is an excellent member of the Crest Nissan sales force! His patience, determination, and willingness to ensure a comfortable buying experience was paramount in the purchase of my new vehicles! Thank you!
Great customer serviceEveryone was willing to work to get this deal done fastReally great experience
I felt like my service advisor was distracted by her coworkers. I also felt she was hesitant to disclose more cost-effective options. I had to ask a lot of questions and mention the amount I typically pay at Courtesy Nissan to discover there were other less expensive packages. I had recently been going to Courtesy Nissan and drove out of my way to go back to Crest because I always had a good experience in the past. I will definitely not be doing that again. At courtesy Nissan they are very transparent with the cost and give you what you need without adding in extra items to drive the price up. It feels like a much more honest business, which I appreciate and is the reason I keep returning. Im sad that I ventured out and was disappointed. I was also disappointed you guys were no longer doing Lyft rides or loaner cars. The other dealership is and it is just more convenient considering the time it takes for the service. It was something I used to brag about when mentioning Crest Nissan. Overall I was disappointed because as I stated, I have always had a really great experience at Crest.
Chance McDonald is a stellar sales man. He was great at getting us what WE wanted. And all the features we needed. Please ask for him if you are searching for someone that is on your side. Sales man that look out for YOU want are very hard to find. He is good at what he does. Thanks again Chance!🤩
I bought my car in for service. I was out of town when I contacted them back to say the car was ready. I had a feeling it was not. I asked SEVERAL times to make sure the sensor was fixed. I drove 5 hours to pick it up. When I got there and checked the car was not fixed. Unbelievable. And all I could get in return was “I’m sorry. It didn’t do that while we had it.” And even when I spoke to my service advisor Drake I told him you have to drive the car for several minutes with the cruise control engaged. He swears it was done. But as soon as I set my cruise control the message returned and the cruise control would not set.
Took my 2018 Murano in for service. Expectations were set clearly as to how long things would take. Repairs and suggestions were explained clearly, and my car came back washed as well! Erica Lamkin was my advisor and she was awesome!
I was there for 4 freaking hours just for a cvt transmission fluid change. The guy didn’t give me a time estimate, nor did he come to get me when my car was finished. My car was finished after an hour. The staff didn’t seem to care when I expressed my disappointment of being at a car dealership for over 4 hours. I don’t know about you, but I have better things to do with my day than spend 4 freaking hours at a car dealership. There weren’t even a lot of people there to begin with so I wasn’t sure why I was sitting there for four hours. If I hadn’t messaged my dad asking if the wait was actually for hours for a transmission fluid change, I wouldn’t have known to actually check and see if my car was ready. I will not be coming back to Crest Nissan in the future and I will be telling my friends not to come here either.
I appreciate Drake working with my insurance to get this repair covered after my deductible. Since I first came to Crest Nissan in 2017, Benny Rad introduced me to Drake and he has been a 5 Star Advisor for me, I am sure the other advisors are great but Drake always takes care of us and goes the extra mile to make sure our experience is always 5 Star.
Very accommodating i live in arlington but i will be getting serviced by crest now
Everyone at this location is beyond nice and so willing to help. Robert in the service department took care of me no questions asked and communicated with me through the entire process of my car being in his care.
Ly in the service department at Crest Nissan Frisco was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure that our situation was as painless as possible. He kept us informed of what was going on and always took every call we made and made sure that we were a priority. Lys customer service is top notch and he definitely cares about his Customer and their experience at his location. Couldnt be happier with my experience!
