Came here Monday morning to repair a tire with a nail and the valve stem. They went under the hood and I told them to close it. There isn’t anything under there that you need to look at. Then I was told they couldn’t fix the tire. I agree with another review that mentioned getting over on women.

They are doing great service at this store! Cashiers are very busy, sometimes a little slow, but very knowledgeable and work hard with you and the technicians to get your job done correctly!It is my go-to place to get service and shopping done at the same time! Theyre very helpful!

I purchased a car battery from Costco and I called this Walmart Auto Center location to inquire about a battery installation. I was informed that I did not need an appointment and to just bring the car in. After I arrived, I was then told that Walmart Auto Centers do not install car batteries on Mercedes cars due to their complexity. I left and drove to the Walmart Auto Center in McKinney where my new battery was installed within 20 minutes with no issues. This place is in need of either better customer service or better mechanics.

Fast quick oil change for 44.88 synthetic on sale. This was onna Sunday during 1-2pm. They even vacuum my floors! The other walmart I went to to get an oil change didnt vacuum my floors. So that was a nice surprise.

Friendly and attentive staff. They scratched one of my wheels then denied it. Hopefully Walmart can get me a replacement.

I came in for an oil change this morning and John was working. He was the friendliest Walmart employee Ive seen in a long time. He went above and beyond to provide the best customer service he could.

Fast and super affordable! The staff was friendly and accommodating at this location. The waiting area was very clean and was able to do some shopping while I got my tires and windshield wipers installed. I highly recommend the road hazard protection! I also did not know Walmart did headlight restoration. I saw another car getting that while I was there.

I came around 6:15 pm for an oil change and they saw me right away. Cant beat the price for a full synthetic and tire check! Thanks guys!

Try to avoid going to this place. they have huge wait times I thought it was a one time thing, i went there 3 times and everything time i uave to wait for a very long time, even though i am the only one in line, especially the asian guy cant understand anything i say and is the slowest person i have ever seen

Isnt too interested in fixing flat tires. Most of the time they end up giving an excuse of unavailability of patches. My experience with regular service has been good. But would appreciate if they dont turn back regular customers like that.

After a horrendous experience at the McKinney Walmart Auto Center at 380 and Custer, this store was a breath of fresh air. Just needed a simple battery change, and they did it quickly and efficiently. The waiting area was clean, and the attendant and mechanics were friendly and competent.

I went to this Wal-Mart twice for help with my car. Both times, the service manager was unprofessional and told me that it would 3 to 5 hours before they could get to my car just for an oil change. The first time there was two cars in the shop and there was 2 bays open and a guy just walking around talking and the manager just hanging out by the register doing nothing. The second time was worse than the first. This place has poor management and slow/lazy techs. I will never go back there.

WORST WALMART AUTO CARE IN DFW. Refused to perform an oil change and tire repair. Shop is open for another 3 hours and with only 1 car in the bay and NO ONE ELSE waiting. I was told that they might not be able to get to it today. Really? Why the heck are you open? Dont go here.

Got an oil change maybe 2 weeks ago, it wasn’t busy at all and took well over an hour despite no one else being there. Took my car to the dealership to get an A/C issue fixed and they found my oil leaking out and missing washers, which lead to having to pay for another oil change. They told me to never go back to wherever I got my oil changed (this Walmart) and I certainly never will. They also wouldn’t replace my cabin air filter because it was TOO MUCH WORK. Go somewhere else!

Unreasonably slow, poorly organized, regularly lets random people cut to the front of the line. Im never using this Walmart auto center again

Couldn’t process a tire warranty and took 15 mins to check out after a simple oil change... I’d avoid this location until they figure it out..Got home and realized they put the wrong viscosity of oil in the car and have to go back to get it done again...
