I needed some preventive services performed and the mechanic found an antifreeze leak underneath the truck (a part failing and a hose needed to be replaced). I really appreciate how thorough the mechanic was and how helpful and personable the customer service rep was. He kept me informed of the status of my truck every step of the way. These guys are great and I will buy my next truck from this dealership!!
Fabian did an excellent job of keeping me informed as to when my truck would be ready. Also they found an additional leak in the rear axel that probably saved me some costly repairs down the line. Date: 10/2021AutoNation did an excellent job overall for repairing my Ford F-250 in an accurate and timely manner.I scheduled my service via chat with Marcus and was able to obtain a next day drop off of the truck. (Did not have to wait, a plus.)The service writer, Rickey, was great. We discussed the truck repair requirements and he documented my concerns. He also kept me informed of repair times.The mechanic/technician, Taylor, called to discuss the issue for further detail. His historical experience with this truck type was very helpful and focused for an economical repair.
The team was upfront and honest with me. I enjoyed the fact that I was alerted of communication so quickly via text. In these fast-paced times, the text may be the only method of communication, whereas feedback and response are available. Awesome service. I walked up, and based on my make a model, year, and mileage, they recommended necessary services for the vehicles longevity. Id recently purchased the vehicle days prior for my daughter and wanted to ensure it was mechanically sound. The crew did a great job.

Had a great experience buying my 2021 F-150. I sent an inquiry around 10:15 pm Friday night and by 10:30 pm I had a text message back from Hamid about my inquiry, yes a real person not a bot. Next morning, at 8:15 am Hamid sent a follow up text confirming trucks availability, and with something that was the first for me - he sent a video of the truck along with his commentary of its features and ford offers. I went to the dealership later that morning, test drove, loved the truck and ended up buying it. The buying process was easy. Hamid was a fantastic salesman. Autonation had very little inventory and I am sure there were many buyers in the market, but at no time it felt like Hamid was trying to pressure me close the deal.
This was the worst service I’ve ever been provided. My advisor was Rick. I dropped my car off on a 11/13/21 and finally was told what the issue was on 11/29. I was told numerous of times that he would follow up with me and give me a status update. NOT ONE TIME DID HE CALL AND FOLLOW UP WITH ME. I had to call each time and when I would finally get in contact with him he would say I’m still working on it. If you set an expectation with a customer you should follow up with the customer and not have them call you every other day to follow up. I’m sure he wouldn’t like that type of customer service. I will NEVER bring my car back here for anything or purchase another Ford. His professionalism was unacceptable and is a reflection of your company. Train your service advisors better and provide better customer service. I would Not recommend this dealership to anyone. POOR SERVICE!!!!
Our family just purchased a 2020 Ford Escape😍 with Auto Nation Ford Frisco. Honestly, we were taken care of throughout our whole experience thanks to Jason Kopp who connected us with Nichole Sullivan. These two are phenomenal!!I have been to 3 different dealerships within the last year (not Ford) and I always walked away without a car and horrible service. I mean these guys really helped us stay within our budget and family size! I decided to just get the work done there and was so glad I did. I was not there long. The job was done well. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. We had a great car dealer, Michael, who was very friendly. He did a good job of getting everything together for us, and gave us good guidance on getting the vehicle. We had needed a van for a long time, and had been searching for a while for a good deal. Occasionally, we wondered if we were recipients of classic salesman tactics, which we felt were unnecessary. Wed done a lot of research and shopping for used vehicles, and felt pretty confident in our choice from the get go. The most negative part of our experience involved getting a hard sell on a warranty that we clearly were not interested in, and for several minutes, it did not seem like they were going to take no for an answer. The salesman attempting to sell the warranty to us seemed very nervous, and it appeared that he was not versed well enough on the product to sell it in the first place. The Van has been a great blessing to us, and the previous owners did a very good job of taking care of it. We are perhaps mostly grateful to them for giving us a valuable product.
Had a very worst experience after waiting for 3hr to buy a truck manager quoted to pay 37,200 (base) + 650$ for transport or 37,250$. I think Autonation should invest time to train their sales reps how to work with customers and talk.Stop playing with customers time, everyone time is valuable
We purchased a maintenance package when we bought our truck. Most of my experiences getting the normal oil change etc. have been mediocre. But this trip I was paired with Ricky and he provided the best service I’ve ever had at this location. At one point I walked up to get an update, without even saying a word he acknowledged me and said “Mrs.Lee let me call and check on the status of your vehicle.” He also called and remembered to double check on new windshield wipers and was very friendly.
Jerome Collins was easy to deal with. He was very friendly and soft spoken. Not pushy at all. I know we were difficult to deal with on financing but the whole team was accommodating and helpful. I look forward to future business with AutoNation Ford Frisco and couldnt be happier.
I can’t remember his name specifically(probably the manager) but service was fantastic. Great customer service from all the staff, got my oil change and tire rotation done fast and wasn’t tried to be up sold on anything that wasn’t needed on my car as far as maintenance. I’ll be bringing my car back here for my oil changes from now on.
I figured I’d wait a bit before posting to see if I got a returned call. I didn’t, so here goes. Service is what service is, nothing here makes it stand out from any other place. Took my truck in with no issues while not having an appointment and was out in a couple hours. While in their possession they did scratch my truck on the fender, not too bad, but enough for me to notice since there was oil on the side of my truck also. I also had to take the service number out of my truck when it was pulled around, again nothing big, but should be done. I called to let them know maybe they should use fender aprons on all vehicles when leaning over them as cars and trucks are upward of 100k these days. I left a voicemail and tried calling several times with no bother of a returned call. I also remember a couple years ago when I bought a pickup one of the salesman said, “hey give me 5 stars and I’ll get you 3 tanks of diesel for doing it.” He was fine so I did, but got no diesel for the returned survey. Friendly enough I guess, but too busy to really care about customers it seems. **Going to add here as to say there again no care to even call me, just going through motions responding to this review with the token response. Pretty pitiful customer service I won’t be returning and will Tell everyone I know to be cautious. Drive a couple extra minutes for exceptional customer service.**

We have gotten our last 5 or 6 vehicles from this dealership and they always do a great job throughout the entire process. Tommy always does a great job finding us exactly what we came in for, or directs us to something we would like better, and walking us through everything from start to finish. Most dealerships take forever to get everything done when you buy or lease or a car but this dealership always gets us in and out in a short amount of time and we are always happy when we leave.

Came in just for a regular oil change/maintenance service with Minyon Garret. It was my first time there, he was super helpful and funny! My check engine light was on at the time, they said that they were really backed up and it would be best to make a separate apt for that (which I was fine with) but he got someone to look at it and fix it that same day! Thanks again for everything :)
My transmission for my Focus has a recall and they told me they can not replace the transmission because I do not have my check engine light on. Meaning they want your car to basically get stranded along the side of the road before they do anything to it, even though they currently have a lawsuit over it. I came because I did not to want to run into the issue of my engine have potential problems and causing more damage along the line. I now have to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle so they can perform a diagnostic exam on my car, and even then that does not guarantee that I will get my transmission replaced. Plus, I will still have to pay for the diagnostic exam and anything else they decide to do to my car within the week. Even though I have received great service from both Rick and Hawk; I am upset that they are making me pay $500 dollars to see if I need my transmission replaced when it has been recalled.
AutoNation Ford is personally the place I would stop at first at when car shopping for anything the brand sells. Better yet, get with AJ, who knows his stuff and will take care of everything and anything throughout your search for a car. Bought a F-150 Platinum and got a great deal with no regrets.
I am not sure what has happened to basic human decency. Today, as I was leaving a doctors appointment for my daughter, my car randomly starting overheating and died in a busy intersection out of no where. Bankston Ford was the closest place to me that I could think to get help, so I babied the car there and shut it off. I know I didn’t have an appointment, and I said that as soon as I talked to the man at the service desk, but I was desperate for help since my husband is out of town and my younger child was going to be getting home and be alone. All I wanted was someone to help me look at it and maybe provide some coolant so I could get it home. My car happens to be a Ford and has warranty. The man just said, we are booking 5 to 6 days ahead and can’t help you. And it ended there. No compassion or suggestions…nothing. I ended up sitting in the dealership parking lot letting it cool so I could drive it 1 minute down the road to meet a friend. So now my possibly damaged car sits on a random side street until my husband gets home tomorrow and we can go put coolant in and get it to another dealership to get checked out. Once upon a time, a service team would have at least helped me in figuring out what to do in the interim and not just send me packing, knowing that I would possibly get stranded on a major highway access road. How a business treats people is very important. I pulled up to their service area with relief to have made it, and left with the feeling of complete desperation.

Brandon (finance) was also great. I again had numerous questions and he walked me through Auto Nations process. It was by far the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Everyone there was on point.
The entire buying transaction was seamless and pain free. All employees, from car our salesman John, all the way up to the finance department, Brandon, are good hearted people that took care of us every step of the way and made the whole transaction just feel right. I have just purchased an FJ Cruiser for my daughter from AutoNation Ford in Frisco and my experience could not have been any better. The sales person I dealt with was Josh and he was great, no pressure and assisted me in every way. I drove two and a half hours to Frisco to purchase the Cruiser and it was worth the drive. The vehicle is in great condition and my daughter was ecstatic when went back to pick up the vehicle and bring her dream car home. Thank you Josh and AutoNation.
Do not trust the service at this place. I took my Ford Focus with transmission noise issue to this place. They told me it’s not covered under warranty because there is no Shudder when changing gears and charged me $2700. When I picked up the car, I noticed the noise was fixed but now there was a slight shudder. Took the car home thinking since they just worked on the car, maybe the shudder will go away. Couple of weeks later the shuddering became much more noticeable so I took the car back. They told me to cough up another $1800 so it can be completely repaired. Told them thanks but no thanks. Weeks later I met a salesman from the dealership at my place of business and told him about what happened. He told me that working in that place, he has heard many stories like that. So don’t get robbed by these charlatans like I did.
Ive taken my vehicles here for several years because I live so close. I will not be returning. 100% of the time they fail to fix what I asked for. Going to this dealership will always cause you to return back there or go somewhere else. They will charge you for services they do not complete as well, this time for me it was for tire rotation (I had the wheel lock with me). I continued to go for convenience but Ill drive to another dealership from now on. 3 stars are generous but Hawk is a great associate and he has no control over the incompetence of the mechanics. If you do decide to go, please ask for Hawk.
Good experience buying my F150 from Scott Jr when it was new in 2009. Ive brought it to this dealership for service since then & have been treated fairly. Although some might be concerned with the price of service at a dealership, Ive found them to be reasonable. If any issues with service have arisen, the service manager has stepped up and gone above and beyond to solve those issues and in the end made sure my truck was in great mechanical shape and Im leaving a happy customer. If I could give zero stars I would. We came in last Thursday and spent HOURS here buying a truck. Fell in love with it. Purchased the vehicle but couldnt take it home because it had to be detailed. Well after a WEEK I called to check what the status was on the truck. They informed us they cant sell it to us due to too many issues with the truck. They to us BEFORE we Purchased the truck it had already been inspected and passed. All it needed was to be cleaned. So they LIED to get a sale. Whats worse was their attitude about it. Like oh well. Do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
I bought a F-150 from AutoNation Ford in Frisco. My salesman Darrell Williams was awesome, he made the initial buying process great. The Sales Manager Cody Coffey however ruined it. The Friday I purchased it was raining off an on, we identified some damage on the front bumper that needed to be replaced and communicated when I could drop it off. Over the weekend I identified some hail damage that was previously unnoticed on the hood and the roof because of the rain. I spoke with Cody about it on the following weekday while we were discussing the bumper issue. He informed me that it wasnt something the would fix. I asked why it was not disclosed to me and I was told that it was my fault and I failed to inspect it (while it was raining...) A inspection sheet was provided to me that is a 200 pt. inspection and the exterior was marked as good to go. When I asked, Cody said guess they didnt see it. I informed Cody that I did not want to return the vehicle but if we could repair it that would be better. I was pretty much informed too bad so sad if you dont like it return it. The problem is not that I think a used truck wont have damage, its that I felt like he was sneaky/ dishonest about it and instead of trying to work with me on it he decided to be shiesty and didnt care. They fixed the bumper per our arrangement, Codys communication was horrible and when they returned the truck it was dirty, on empty, and someone had left GUM on my rear bumper! I was originally excited because I was told AutoNation was a Military Veteran friendly buying experience, that was not my case, and I am unhappy with the experience I had. I would all day recommend my friends and family to go see Darrell for a great buying experience! Unfortunately I would not do the same for Cody, and as it seems he makes the decisions I will have to pass on the positive referral. Guess I should stick to Carmax for my used car buying experience.
Horrible experience to this place please be reminded dont buy a car here I just bought a used car here worth $16,000 first car an issue comes out in the very first day and I return it, now they are giving us a hard time giving back the refund which is the $4000 down payment and we ended up giving a second chance which We are not allowed to return the car anymore. Now, We just barely got the second car within 5hrs the engine light turns on. I tried to return the car but they will no longer accept returns anymore its because we already have signed the contract. Felt very bad, unhappy, sad in short mixed emotion to this place specially money is too tight for us and we really wanted a good reliable car. The finance here is also rude its because We didnt buy the extended warranty He raise hes voice at me.-0 star if possiblethey badly need money for there business they dont care about the quality of there product and satisfaction of there customers.
Took in my car for warranty service, before actually coming in it was very very hard to get an adviser on the phone. Also they promise things they can’t deliver, wen you were told something you expect it in that timeframe, when it’s keep switching it only frustrates you. And then of course the upsale, I was told that I NEED a clutch ($1700) when it was not really needed, I asked for pictures and it looked not even half worn, the way I drive it can easily last another 5 years if not more.
Customer service is definitely not lacking at this place. I had my sons car in for a recall last week and was notified replacement part was damaged. Ordered another one and once it arrived, I reached out on Saturday morning and Hawk was able squeeze me in! Thanks again!!

Hawk was my service advisor and he was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He told us there was a backup in the shop so he might need the car for at least 3 days. He was actual able to get the vehicle back to us in 1 day. He was able to get the transmission guys do a quick check and all the transmission needed was a software update. The car shifting and running great.
Austin addressed all my service needs and went above and beyond to ensure he provided me the highest level of customer satisfaction! I bought a new 2021 Ford F-150 XLT from AutoNation Frisco and it was a pleasure dealing with Alexander in Internet Sales. He invited me to come check out a truck I found online on their site and walked me through the options and pricing. There was some negotiation but it wasn’t pressureful and we reached an agreement on price and options fairly quickly. I appreciated that the dealership didn’t appear to be taking advantage of customers in this time of low inventory like I was sensing based on my inquiries to other dealers. I’d recommend the dealership to people I know based on the sales experience.

They are super friendly and helpful. However, this is the second time weve called ahead for an appointment for a recall on our Transit, only to show up days later to be told that they dont have the parts. I think their processes should be updated so that if a customer makes an appointment for known service, i.e., a recall, the parts are available at the appointment time.
My experience with this level of efficiency and excellent customer service was beyond my expectations. The level of detail and diligence in all areas from managing the finance to preparing the vehicle was really above and beyond.
We recently had a positive experience with this dealership, regarding the AC. Austin Reed is our go to advisor, as he will tell us honestly what time frame to expect, and provide follow-up calls to advise of the progress. We purchased both our Ford vehicles here, and thus far are satisfied with the service team here.

Just go somewhere else! I don’t typically write negative reviews but here I am. The buying process was good, no issues there. But as soon as they get your money you don’t matter. They stop responding to calls, emails and texts.We have lots to say about the terrible service but to shorten it up we bought our truck on a Wednesday. They said there were minor fixes they would need to do and we’d get it back the next day. We didn’t actually get the keys until Sunday (4 days later!) AFTER we went into the dealership and threw a fit. We also had to demand a rental. Why?And before you say it, we already contacted people regarding our experience. But what can anyone actually do? If you want repeat customers, actually care about them even after they pay you. I highly suggest retraining your employees. Just sayin’.
Completed the online forms for two vehicles to get an online quote. as advertised. Apparently all you get is a call from a sales person to try to talk you into coming to the location. Not what is advertised. Wanted to see if you are in the range desired before I take the time to come in.

Good luck trying to use any service packages they sell you. Ive been in multiple times with an appointment and turned away each time. The last time I was there the guy in service said it didnt matter if I had an appt and told me they couldnt service my car.When I purchased the car, literally the day after the seatbelts stopped working and the roof headliner fell..... salesperson ghosted me. Big surprise.At a minimum. AutoNation owes me the money for my service plan that has never been used and for the repairs I had to make immediately after buying.Do Not Buy From ANY AutoNation! Wonderful experience during my recent service of my Ford F-150. My service associate is Fred who is always on top of his game. He is dependable, timely, and always informative. He helped me get the best deal on my new tires with alignment, and transmission service. He made sure to be thorough and discussed my previous services and what needed to be evaluated. A huge plus was being to directly contact him via text to keep me updated on my trucks progress through the day to ensure a prompt pick up. Highly recommend!!
Not thrilled at all with the customer service. Scheduled appointment and earliest could get in was 8 days later. Ok I get it you’re busy. Finally took it in and was then told I’d have to leave it with them for a few days before they could even look at it. Asked if I could bring it back when they are ready since the vehicle was drivable and was told it was a liability issue and that it had to sit there until it was time. 3 days without a vehicle before they could even look at it!!! What???? This doesn’t make sense. Tried to work it out and they wouldn’t budge claiming that it could be longer but that was their estimate and then they could check it out and see how long it would take to fix. Asked about a loaner and they laughed saying they don’t have any. So in order to get the vehicle fixed for faulty build, I would be out my vehicle for a week. Just horrible service all around for a vehicle that is drivable, saw to drive and nothing mechanical. Was told I could get it fixed at another repair shop. It is under warranty!!! Just extremely rude and poor service and planning.
Hawk was my Service Manager.. and he was very helpful and keep me posted about my car and suggested a fuel flush.. he came and let me know when the car was ready and explained that everything checked out just fine and offered me some water for my exit.. which I greatly appreciated.. he was very nice and made me feel important- like Family.. Thank you Hawk. I will come back for future problems..

I was short on time that afternoon so he started the paperwork over the phone, we arrived to paperwork ready to sign and the only wait was for the financial team to do there thing. AutoNations service department is a mess. Twice now I could not get a simple oil change. I had 7:30 am appointment, they said it would be ready by 9. I showed up at 9:30. They hadn’t yet even touched my truck. Had to go elsewhere.
Went to test drive a Mach-E. Highly up-marked price. Almost $10K above the sticker price. Do not recommend this dealership.

I am a 20-year-old female who was basically going into this all by myself, the one thing that I really had was knowing exactly what I wanted and I have been doing my research for about a year now. I could not be more pleased or satisfied with my purchase. Nicole Sullivan is literal angel sent, she made me feel very comfortable, I really felt that she understood where I was coming from and was doing everything she possibly could to make my dreams happen for me. I got a wonderful trade in value for my vehicle that had just over 250,000 miles. I was able to completely finance through myself and did not need to involve a cosigner, I felt the compromise on both ends was entirely fair. If you have an eye for a vehicle here I 1,000,000% recommend you talk to Nicole. Everyone here is very polite and handled all of my silly questions with a breeze. I walked out of there almost 4 hours later with my absolute dream car, a black 2018 4runner. I would not hesitate on this place, especially if it’s a good deal grab it while you can!
Great experience with Nicole and the service people. My appointment was at 8:00 and I was on my way home about 9:15. So much better than waiting over two hours at other Ford locations. Thanks for a great first experience with you. I will be back.
Theres a general lack of communication between the staff in the service department. Made an appointment and took my car in today for a blown speaker. It took them over 5 hours to find out if they needed to order a part. I called several times for an update because I live an hour away and I was killing time in frisco so I wouldnt have to drive back and forth. At the 5 hour mark I called and the guy said my car hadnt been seen. Im upset at this point because I made an appointment and have been waiting this whole time. So I show up clearly upset and no one acknowledged me and they were just talking to each other. So I walked over in front of a guy with short sort of spikey brown hair, slbender, maybe 511 and he was spitting sunflower seeds into a cup as I was explaining the situation. He then interrupted me and said oh its done. And at that point Im furious. I walk over to the other counter to get my keys and he looks at me and says I know Im awesome, your welcome. The staff is rude and completely unprofessional.time to invest in some customer engagement training.

Nice cars, process went easy and smooth until some time, unfortunately they dont honor deals, I stayed for 4 hours on Saturday and they sent me home saying we would finish the deal on Monday and for my surprise on Monday after I had run my credit and the only thing left to do was sign Hamid (the person who was helping me) decided to sold the car to another person saying first come first serve a totally shame, really disappointed
I had a scheduled routine maintenance service call. Service was able to service my truck and get me out the door quickly.
I purchased a 2009 FORD fusion with 81k miles from Auto Nation Frisco. I was told before the purchase that the car was well maintained, and a full inspection of the car from certified Ford mechanics was performed. Initially the car ran ok, but less than 10k miles later, the transmission is messed up, the catalytic converter needs replaced, the alternator is bad, the thermostat needs replaced. I spoke with my sells person, Niko Cunningham, and I was told they did a full inspection of the vehicle, and since I did not purchase an extended warranty, I was pretty much on my own. I’ve purchased a vehicle that will require more work than the car is worth. This is unacceptable, and i should have had it inspected by a third party prior to purchase. You would think you could trust a dealership, however, this will be the very last purchase from Auto Nation.
I liked shopping on the AN website. What I didn’t like was the closer. He kept trying to sell me an auto warranty I didn’t want. He tried three times. I nearly walked out. When we were done, he gave me the bum’s rush out of his office. I trade in stock and was thinking of investing in AN. I’ve reconsidered.My experience keeps getting worse. I tried calling the phone numbers for the general manager now for two days with no response to voicemail. Also, the salesman called to tell me he was wrong when he said my license plates would be mailed to me where I live in Arizona. He said my paperwork I received should be enough to license the car. Not so. The licensing people told me i need the title, which I don’t have. Now I’m stuck with no apparent way out and nobody willing to fix the problem. Autonation got my money though! It seems that’s all they car about.
Needed an oil change, and some warranty work. They were able to get it done in less than 24 hours. Easy in and out, and they had a shuttle to drop me off AND pick me up.

Apparently they are very busy and short staffed. However, that is not an excuse for failing to do a job they CHARGE for. I came in for an Oil Change this past week and was specifically told than the multi point inspection on my 2018 vehicle was green. Two days later my car got dangerously overheated and it turns out it was out of anti freezer, the coolant reservoir was empty. Clearly, my car doesn’t have a leak.** UPDATE** I was reached by a manager and after my parts were delivered, they set up and appointment for repairs and even secured a loaner car for me. Service was performed in a timely fashion and getting in and out was quick. Glad to see they pay attention to reviews and are willing to fix things for customer. I had a great experience after all!

Alexander at AutoNation Ford was a great guy to work with. He was just as excited as I was about my new car! I’d give all 5 stars for him. I took a star away for the process of actually buying my car. There was a really long wait so that was disappointing. I walked in with financing, a cash down payment and I had already selected my car. It still took 4 hours and they would not accept my financing. I was forced to use theirs or not get my car. I had to turn around and refinance with my lender a few days later.
Great experience here. Salesman was very helpful. Before we went in, they answered our questions over email and even let us know one vehicle we looked at had sold before we drove down there. Very honest, courteous and quick to get business done. Will definitely do business again. Scott and Dell were who we worked with and then Mark, the finance guy was just as nice and easy to work with. Great folks. Great place to buy a car.
I was here to get a quote to sell my car. They did underquote for 13k, which I eventually sold to carmax for 17.5k. Their quote was not even close to market price. They were friendly and welcoming though.
Hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had (and we just moved here from California). Cody Coffey was outstanding and have everything ready for us when we arrived. We got a great price on a great truck! Dennis was a pro in getting us through the process and Marcus in finance was straightforward and efficient. We went with a local credit union that Marcus recommended. I cant say enough kind things about the team here. They should be the model for how car buying should be. I felt like a VIP. Thanks yall!
